ActionEDI's pricing is built for US distributors and suppliers who want fully managed EDI with no surprises. Year 1 is $0 for 12 months — unlimited volume, unlimited trading partners, unlimited user seats, with onboarding and support included, no setup fees, and no contract. If it doesn't deliver, you cancel anytime in Year 1 and walk away — no clawback. After that, you pay one flat annual price, calculated from your actual Year 1 usage and quoted in writing before renewal, so you never face mid-year overages or true-ups. Year 2 starts at $99/month per trading partner, billed annually, with 2,400 transactions a year included and additional transactions at $0.50 each — all factored into your locked rate. Unlike per-document models that meter you continuously and surprise you mid-year, ActionEDI sets your price once and holds it all year.
Pricing information for Action EDI is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly
accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase Action EDI must be conducted with the
seller.
All pricing is in USD and applies to US-based distributors and suppliers using X12 EDI. The free first year is available to qualifying new customers — US-based distributors and suppliers running an ERP such as Sage 100, NetSuite, or QuickBooks, with at least one trading partner relationship. Renewal pricing is calculated from your previous year's actual usage and quoted in writing before each renewal, with no mid-year overages or true-ups. For high trading-partner counts or transaction volumes (above 100,000 transactions per year or 8+ trading partners), contact us for a custom enterprise rate.
