Also, we found somc sales users are frustrated with this software as it is too complex, also often they make us to complete mandatory fields that are not always relevant. **What problems is aCloud CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a technology for managing the company's interactions with current & potential customers. Most importantly I can use it anywhere on any device. **What do you dislike about aCloud CRM?** The only drawback of aCloud CRM which I felt so far is its integration department. It is weird when it comes to integrating with Gmail...... some improvement and automation needed on this side. **What problems is aCloud CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helped us in finding customers from different places and I can take all the customer data in one place.
