What I like best is the automation that Acenda provides for multi-channel marketing. For a small business anything that can be automated and take away the need for a daily task is a huge bonus. I don't have any true dislikes about Acenda at this time but perhaps more options for social media automation across all social media platforms. By automating multi channel marketing efforts it is also solving the need to hire an employee or sub contractor to complete the tasks.
