**What do you like best about Accutics?**

I love Accutics because I can easily track traffic using specific links, which is a crucial aspect of our operations. One standout feature that I really appreciate is the ability to edit link classifications even after they have been posted. This flexibility is incredibly valuable because it allows us to retroactively assign links to specific campaigns even months after they have been posted, without worrying whether the links are actively being used by users. Additionally, the overall user-friendliness of the platform makes it easy to use, which is a huge plus for me.

**What do you dislike about Accutics?**

It would be great if the user role 'contributor' would be able to do simple changes to datasets. Assigning people as 'editor' can be dangerous since people can accidentally change data set settings they weren't supposed to.

**What problems is Accutics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Accutics to easily track traffic via specific links and like that I can edit link classifications even after posting, making it adaptable for campaigns.

**What do you like best about Accutics?**

What I like the most is the precision and automation. Before Accutics, we used to spend hours cleaning and reconciling data manually. Now, that process is automatic and reliable. Knowing that our advertising platforms are being optimized based on 100% accurate data gives us enormous confidence. Moreover, the ability to go beyond the 'last click' model and use a data-driven model has revealed the true value of our awareness channels, something that was completely obscured before.

**What do you dislike about Accutics?**

The platform is very robust, and the initial learning curve can be a bit steep for users without a solid technical background in attribution. However, their support team is exceptional and guided us every step of the way during implementation. They are constantly improving the user interface to make it more intuitive.

**What problems is Accutics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

· Eliminate biased attribution from marketing channels, revealing their true ROI.
· Unify and clean fragmented conversion data from multiple sources.
· Improve the optimization of advertising campaigns by feeding algorithms with accurate data.

**What do you like best about Accutics?**

Apart from having a seamless and intuiative new platform to ensure we have a consistent tracking taxnomony across the business, as well as utilising additional features like auto tagging, custom QR codes, short URLs and much more, the team are a pleasure to work with - are always courteous, timeley and responsive to any challenges or requiremnts. We've built a great relationship and Accutics would make a great partner for any business looking to steamline and standardise their tracking.

No downsides, there are many features above and beyond just a tracking taxonomy it's just a case of taking advantage of all of them!

**What do you like best about Accutics?**

As a marketing analytics agency consultants, we see time and time again that media naming conventions and tracking parameters are often overlooked or mismanaged by media agencies or clients who don't appreciate the downstream impact it can have on their insights and campaign performance.

Accutics solution is the perfect antidote to these challenges with integrations with all major media buying platforms an intuitive UI that simplifies these processes. We have seen first hand how this impacts our clients businesses across compliance, accuracy and ultimately return on marketing investment.

**What do you like best about Accutics?**

When operating in complex martech setup Accutics definitely helps make tracking and stiching data easier and consistent. This is especially necessery when dealing with questions of campaign attribution and effect of campaign on business baseline. We operate in failry complex martech setup where a part of adevrtisemnt is done via GMP and part is done in different ad engines while measurment is done in Adobe Analytics, as well as engines and GA. This is done across 15+markets and for us it is imperative that we have consitent tracking on the campaigns that allow us to reach a proper level of granularity when slicing the campaign data for reporting, this would not be possible without Accutics. The system is easy to use and support is fairly good with Accutics team hosting some of world renowened experts in tech space such as Frederik Werner.

**What do you dislike about Accutics?**

The guys and girls at accutics steer it quite well so there is nothing to dislike. Occasionally you may get a slower reponse time but even with those delays the projects move forward with minimal delays.

Consistency and uniformity in campaign tracking that allows us to have deep data granularity

Love teh tool - Accutics, it helped us streamline the campaign structure in a better way and to keep all the tracking uniform and consistent across the channels with our preferred taxonomy. The crew has been really helpful, and our project has been easy to implement with their knowledge and experience.

There is nothing that I dislike about Accutics so far. The featue, the support has been excellent.

Consistency in campaign taxonomy with data governance which in turn enables the data driven analytics decisions. The fact that the tool is easy to setup and very customizable helped us immensly to ramp up

**What do you like best about Accutics?**

Before the platform upgrade in 2023, the user interface and navigation were quite simple yet effective. For the new platform, I appreciate the new features like additional layers of customization per fields at a user level and easier ways of editing data sets.

**What do you dislike about Accutics?**

The previous version of the platform was restricting adding visibility rules to individual fields - the newer version has that feature now. Overall, the new design does have a bit of complexity or glitches sometimes. Given that it is a new platform, I am looking forward to continuous improvements. I do wish there were features like team approvals within the platform which would allow our teams to get approvals quicker and in the same place than using external elements to make this happen.

Accutics helps us significantly in keep our data quality in check throughout the organization. The platform helps simplify our reporting process as everyone uses this platform to create campaign urls leading to a level of consistency in the data.

Accutics has adapted so fast since the first proof-of-concept and today's capability. Also, the teams are well connected and know in-depth how to solve for different use-cases on taxonomy in general in a large corporation setup.

I have not had any negative experience with them.

Naming convention on media including UTM parameters to link to website performance. Also expanding to other confidential use-cases.

- Accutics is an excellent tool for keeping governance and track of the digital marketing campaigns launched. 

-  Keep the naming convention in-platform platforms as in the tracking parameters (UTM or CID) for the Analytics tools. 

- You can integrate Accutics information into your Analytics setup enabling costs and return over investment into your Analytics setup.

- The customer service is great. They always guided us on the best usage of the tool and showed us how to extract the most of it. 

Since we implemented Accutics we could create governance and track of our digital marketing activities.

**What do you dislike about Accutics?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Accutics. 
When I said to them that it was hard for our team to keep the fields updated in the Accutics platform, they came up with solutions to automate the work and still keep the governance. So I just have to say kudos to the team for the support.

The "Validate" tool needs to be able to connect to more marketing platforms. Additionally, building logic in there is not as easy as in their "Standardize" tool

Since Accutics became part of our work team, it has been a fabulous tool to keep track of all the activities of each campaign and obtain a return on investment (ROI) having a better visualization and thus meeting the objectives.

Accutics has brought structure and consistency to our tracking across paid and organic and continues to evolve new tools to improve the integration of data across channels

As with all tool sets, it takes time and effort to drive implementation across agencies and internal groups. 
Onboarding of new data sources into Accutics and migrating users has been challenging to get done.

**What problems is Accutics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a large number of agencies, having a consistent approach to making the data a reliable source of truth has been critical for us and Accutics has helped us make sense of that process. Allowing us to directly integrate cost data into our broader analytics allows for better channel performance analysis, facilitating better decision-making.

Excellent products with great personal support for data heavy integrations. Business outcomes are immense. We are still in the process of standing up the software as well as the processes as part of it, but so far so good.

With their offices located within Europe, and being based in Australia, speed and efficiency of communication has been difficult at times but nothing good relationship cannot overcome.

I like that their team has no hierarchy. Everyone, including the Chiefs, are involved at some level and remain nimble with flexible teams being able to scale to business needs.

**What do you like best about Accutics?**

The taxonomy helps to drive an unified campaign strategies across different channels/brands. The tracking code creator is a blast to get the 360 view in insight campaigns and removing any painful manual spreadsheet processes.

**What do you dislike about Accutics?**

I don't think I dislike something in the accutics platform. It was actually the missing part in our all strategy at SG. Also, Kristian, Michael, Kasper and Jimmy were lush in the whole implementation of the project. They are very knowledgable and it helps us to get up to speed.

**What problems is Accutics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have any view on marketing performances as it was sitting into many different sources from different marketing teams. Accutics help us to get an unified view of all activities and get a ROi for each of those campaigns in any sources. We could align people, goals and Marketing technologies to our analytics tool.

**What do you like best about Accutics?**

Accutics' tracking code creator was a real game-changer for campaign tracking for our company! Finally we were able to do proper setup of marketing channels in Adobe Analytics and improve traffic attribution analysis. The onboarding went really smooth and in a nice atmosphere thanks to great support from Sebastian, Michael and Kasper from Accutics. The platform is constantly being improved and new tools and features are being added, which I am excited to try out in the future.

The best thing about using Accutics to measure our performance is the simplicity of the service. By far the most intuitive system I have worked with.

**What do you dislike about Accutics?**

Nothing. I can't point fingers at anything in their solution.

We are using Accutics to track customer behavior across our e-mail, display, SEO, SEM, and partner channels -  to mention a few. We don't have to use old school Excel sheets or other old click tag systems, which saves us a lot of time every day.
