
What I like the most is the precision and automation. Before Accutics, we used to spend hours cleaning and reconciling data manually. Now, that process is automatic and reliable. Knowing that our advertising platforms are being optimized based on 100% accurate data gives us enormous confidence. Moreover, the ability to go beyond the 'last click' model and use a data-driven model has revealed the true value of our awareness channels, something that was completely obscured before. The platform is very robust, and the initial learning curve can be a bit steep for users without a solid technical background in attribution. However, their support team is exceptional and guided us every step of the way during implementation. They are constantly improving the user interface to make it more intuitive.
