What I like best about Maintenance Connection is that it's very simple to use but it has a huge impact on the overall operation of our building.

From the initial reporting of the issue to assigning it to the correct person, to getting it done and finished on the system, everything is very straight forward and I wouldn't imagine running our business smoothly without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only moment I'm not the biggest fan of Maintenance Connection is when the system is down for updates (which is crucial and very useful) or issue fixing, as it's hard to get the full use out of it. I feel that navigating through MC has been an adjustment with the new changes that were recently made from when I was first introduced to it. I now find it easy to enter my information or search for a work order. The software itself is quick and easy to get through. I was helped to set up my account, but the process was simple. On different occassions I have run into the issue of when submitting my monthly supply PM's, that after saving the information, I would have to reload the page to search for a new work order number. I like how Accruent Maintenance Connection makes it easier to manage work orders, keeping our key people on track. The report section is useful to me, and I appreciate being able to see the surveys. I find Accruent Maintenance Connection easier to use than our previous program because it is cloud-based instead of server-based. I particularly like the ease of use. The way things integrate within Maintenance Connection is much more understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the lack of ability to customize the work order form a bit frustrating. I'd like to customize things like Reason, Details, and Status on what's displayed on the screen, and also have the ability to remove certain items from the Complete/Close Work order, Status Dates. I like the historic record keeping and the almost unlimited potential for generating reports based on my needs. The MC Kinetic app seems to be lacking and has bugs often. The search function does not work dependably, and the Inventory count function was requested 2 years ago but has not been added since then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very hard to use and is not end user friendly. Simple reports aren't available due to how they have things setup. A good CMMS should have easy report creation, able to format columns as one would like, organize tables that helps them make business decisions, and the list goes on.
