I like the report for example the chart of how they show profit from one year to the next year and upload it is easy. **What do you dislike about AccountMate?** i dont like it because it needs to be update. the system that we have need to be update which the last Version of account mate. what if need to improve is the rounding on Number they need to be more accuracy. **Recommendations to others considering AccountMate:** the advice that i have is to get the latest version so they can work better because wtih the new updates of microsoft excel and word are hard to upload into account mate. account mate mades accounting and analysing better. **What problems is AccountMate solving and how is that benefiting you?** the problem is fixing price and anaylys report. the problem i have with account mate is the duplicate the price level. for example on old item it has many level that we dont see. ### 6. The series of customizations is a lot for someone who has knowledge of the tool so one can use it to the fullest. **What do you dislike about AccountMate?** However, its definitely not easy/self-serviceable. Its a bit confusing with all the settings in place. It will take one a decent amount of time and efforts to set this up. **What problems is AccountMate solving and how is that benefiting you?** A few complex transactions can be auto recorded (after heavy customization). The system has many flaws such as crashing for no reason the software company can find.
