What do you like best about Zakeke?

I've been using Zakeke for 4 years and I’m very satisfied with its features and seamless integration with other WordPress plugins. I’ve never experienced any conflicts, and the support team is always responsive and helpful. Over the years, the plugin has continued to improve, and I’m genuinely pleased with the results. What do you dislike about Zakeke?

If I really had to point out something, it would be the user interface design — it’s not 100% customizable to perfectly match the look and feel of my website. But that’s a minor issue compared to the overall functionality and reliability of the plugin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zakeke solves the need for an easy and effective product customization tool. It allows my customers to personalize products directly on my website, which improves user experience and increases conversions. "Great Solution - unlike any of the rest!"

What do you like best about Zakeke?

Every other solution, I tried took me hours and days to set up and I could not get everything set up the way I wanted. After switching to Zakeke, I was able to get everything up and running within a day. What's more, their team was amazingly supportive in helping us localize the code within our Shopify theme. They also helped us very quickly with any troubleshooting and our quick to respond. We have used other solutions which took days to get a response and even no response. What do you dislike about Zakeke?

Some critical improvements are needed to the UI. I believe Zakeke is aware of this, as they are in the process of refreshing their UI. While it is still the best UI of all the options, the mobile customizer may be a little difficult to work with because of the smaller screen space. Also missing at this time, but seems to be in the works is the ability to perform a true remove background. Currently the remove background is only useful for vector files like logos, but not for photographic images other solutions have the remove background feature for photographic images so this is a must to incorporate. What problems is Zakeke solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zakeke offers something it's competitors don't - it has a UI that that allows very granular customization for the user without complex set ups for the business. It offers the ability to control how many elements can be added into the frame. It also provides the ability to set up templates that users can start with, and it includes premium photos that a visitor can search and add to their design. "A simple but effective tool to increase the quality of your website"

What do you like best about Zakeke?

Creating a product customiser is on your website, is no small feat. It is normally a luxury only used by large businesses with deep pockets. Zakeke has allowed us to compete with some of the giants in our industry, to create a customisation tool customers can use to design their packaging in a really unique & user freindly way.

Customer support is great & our rep Ken Johnson, has always been there to help & I don't think we would have what we have implemented if it wasnt for all the time and help he has given us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zakeke?

Overall I think Zakeke is great & they are constantly adding features & improving their products. That's why I would say a small room for improvement would be providing more options for users to change how the customiser looks. At the moment you can change the colours & icons, but I would love to see options to change the customisers layout to say a landscape view or on the visual customiser, be able to place the 2d layout and the 3d model side by side with the control bar placed at the bottom of the screen.

I would also say, there are some great features on the Visual customiser that are not on the product configurator & vis versa. For example the ability to select bulk order for example on clothing you can select multiple different sizes or add shirt names etc that isn’t available on the configurator.
