**What do you like best about Yapstone?**

Integration of the software with online wallets.
The product ensures customer data safety especially when using credit cards.
It is multi currency enabled. No need to convert funds into a specific currency.
The software enables quick order processing and payments.
Tracking of payments is easy using Yapstone.
Automation of all payments processes with zero errors.
The product has reliable fraud management and reporting tools.
Flexibility and functionality.
I enjoy ease of use. The platform has simple and clear processes of making payments.

I have no frustrations. Yapstone is an outstanding software powered by advanced modern technologies.

**What do you like best about Yapstone?**

The customer service at Yapstone is cumbersome. Their slow response to my inquiries and concerns along with their poor commitment to finding solutions. The team needs to be knowledgeable and friendly.

**What do you dislike about Yapstone?**

I admit that the customer service provided by Yapstone falls short of my expectations. It often takes them quite some time to respond to queries. Their solutions tend to be generic rather than solving the specific issue at hand.

**What problems is Yapstone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The lack of support is frustrating and time consuming. There are glitches and technical difficulties on their platform which cause delays in payment processing. These inconveniences disrupt our business operations. Have an impact on customer satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Yapstone?**

They are always available to solve any queries. It allows me to monitor transactions using order ID quite convenient. The AVS/CVV reporting is more accurate.

**What do you dislike about Yapstone?**

User experience is less than satisfactory which has led me to decide against using this application in the future.

Yapstone solves the problem of payment processes. Their customer service further increases the value they ensures transactions and satisfied customers.

**What do you like best about Yapstone?**

Payments reflect within very shortest time period unlike several online booking platforms. 
Their customer care is readily available on phone call.
No need of wasting too much time to get email response.

**What do you dislike about Yapstone?**

The system is somehow complicated and risky .
In case of a small mistake correcting becomes hell.
I have faced alot of challenges before Incase of an error  while making payment.
Work on this kindly

Yapstone makes payments for services easier and faster.
It has helped me make a trip round the world without much worries of where i will sleep since I book a room before i begin any journey.

**What do you like best about Yapstone?**

Yapstone's online interface is fairly easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Yapstone?**

Customer service is extremely hard to get ahold of.  I stil lhave no idea how to add an email address to receive statements or how to change my account information.

**What problems is Yapstone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yapstone processes payments for us on VRBO and other vacation rental listing sites and it's directly linked to my bank account.

**What do you like best about Yapstone?**

Nothing, there is absolutely nothing that can be rescued about this application, everything it offers is terrible and of low quality, it is definitely not something that I would recommend to my friends.

**What do you dislike about Yapstone?**

Their customer service is obnoxious, they are never available to answer questions over the phone, they tell you that you should send emails that never respond (and will not respond), they spend their time debiting my bank account for the cost of services that I do not I am even currently using or that I have even contracted, the only time that indeed if I bought a service (I was testing and I see that it was a big mistake) they made the debit but they have not updated the status or they have enabled the service and neither They even respond to messages with some guidance or what should I do, I just gave up that money and I am currently doing the steps to finish blocking this application from my bank accounts so that they do not continue debiting money for services that I have not received

**What problems is Yapstone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, I have not used it at all because my user experience in the first weeks was quite poor, which led me to make the decision to decline to continue using this application in the future.

**What do you like best about Yapstone?**

Oustanding API! Detailed, very intuitive and I love that it's in XML which is much easier to work with and read than JSON in my opinion. Tech support was very helpful and response as well for integration.

**What do you dislike about Yapstone?**

The UI portal could use a refresh, but I like how it allows you to track transactions by a common order ID for reconciliation. AVS/CVV reporting could be improved, it's not always accurate, eg. sometimes if a street address is incorrect a card will decline, yet the AVS result is 'OK'.

**What problems is Yapstone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yapstone has been a tremendous help for our business--reliable processing, no downtime to speak of, and helpful support. It's been a system we can count on to help grow our business.

**What do you like best about Yapstone?**

It adds insult to injury when a guest has to be refunded, but Yapstone removes some of the sting with net billing.

**What do you dislike about Yapstone?**

*It takes too long to set up an account with Yapstone.
*I don't like it that Yapstone does not require the CVV code because this is the only way a reservationist knows that the booker on the phone has the card in their hand.
*Yapstone needs to continue to develop a reverse ACH process for making payments from a management company to their owners.

Net billing is important.

Yapstone's tokenization is easier and this makes the transactions go a little faster.

**What do you like best about Yapstone?**

Net Returns, No middle ware (gateway) required, fast direct communication with Yapstone servers.  Yapstone offers an easy to use portal for merchants to review their card charges

**What do you dislike about Yapstone?**

Tokenization of card data does not include CVV number or any sort of card verification.  So if you tokenize a card for later use there is no benefit of the CVV data to verify the customer has the card in their hand.  Of this is with card not present transactions.

**What problems is Yapstone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yapstone provides reasonable card processing rates and doesn't require some sort of gateway software installed on your network.  Not having to have a gateway software to process transactions makes it easy to make our software more portable and still be able to process credit cards.

The interface was fairly easy to use as well as the availability of Customer Service

**What do you dislike about Yapstone?**

Sometimes it was difficult to get the customer service on the phone- but when you did they were great

**What problems is Yapstone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were solving issues with the payment processing portion of the website I was working for. It was beneficial to have a payment processing company take care of the fees and ensure the customers using the site that their money was protected through a certified company.
