I use Ubuntu in my daily work, and I really like it because it is very smooth, even while working with large files during development. As a backend developer, I especially like the terminal. Using the terminal, I can do almost anything on my laptop very efficiently. Ubuntu is also more secure and stable, and it doesn't have frequent bugs or crashes like Windows. What I dislike about Ubuntu is that some applications are not created for Ubuntu and only work properly on Windows or macOS. Sometimes even small tasks can take longer because I need to use terminal commands and may have to run them multiple times to get the work done. Also, when I open too many applications at once, memory management is not always great, and the system may crash, but this happens very rarely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
