"Excellent Expense Management at a Great Price"

What do you like best about TravelBank?

TravelBank delivers nearly all the features provided by its competitors, but at a far more attractive price. The expense management software is outstanding, and the OCR functionality operates seamlessly.

Integrations with our HR system, credit card bank feeds, and IT systems, along with direct out-of-pocket reimbursement through TravelBank, have saved us considerable time across HR, IT, and AP departments, while also helping to reduce risk within our company.

The implementation process was straightforward and could be completed easily, without the need for lengthy discussions or extensive customizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TravelBank?

There could be some improvement in customization of handling imported data. A more direct integration with Delta Air would also be nice on the travel side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TravelBank solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we managed two separate, time-consuming manual processes for company credit cards and out-of-pocket expenses. This required us to keep all employee information updated in Accounts Payable and invest considerable effort in maintaining manager relationships for handling employee expenses. Approving expense reports was a tedious manual task, involving spreadsheets, photocopies, and a lot of hands-on guidance from both managers and the AP team.

With TravelBank, both out-of-pocket expenses and credit card transactions are now handled within a single system. This integration has given us much better visibility into spending, as we receive a feed of all credit card activity the day after it occurs. What do you like best about TravelBank?

I enjoy how you can snap photos of your receipts on your phone, and it automatically uploads them and even merges them with transactions on your card so you don't have to worry about doing that. The initial setup of TravelBank was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use"

What do you like best about TravelBank?

TravelBank is the easiest platform to report to my agencies expenses and mileage for work travel. It is user-intuitive, and there are reminders for places if you forget to fill in certain fields. I highly recommend this program for agencies that have lots of employee travel--it has cut down my reporting time from 20 minutes for one work travel episode to just a few minutes at most! What do you like best about TravelBank?

Travel Bank is such a user friendly website for your business credit card for uploading receipts and reconciliation, and creating expense reports for approvals! I use travel bank app almost each day - and the ease of implementation submitting receipts and integration of the whole process. I have not had to contact customer support as it is self explanatory.
