You can also view boards on any browser or device (optimized for touch surfaces) by logging into your Tracked admin clicking on Kanban boards. Also, the customer service support@trackedhq.com is very quick responsive. only need pay for the users that will be using Tracked. You do not need to pay for every user associated with the Basecamp account. **What do you dislike about Tracked?** Try period is only for 30 days , it should be 60 days for its user. Also when you try to activate 30 days trial, you need to put credit card details to activate. **What problems is Tracked solving and how is that benefiting you?** the customer service support@trackedhq.com is very quick response and they will revert within an few hours which is very nice support and service. ### 2. It makes Basecamp *almost* a functional project management tool. **What do you dislike about Tracked?** As an admin user, it is challenging to add new users to the account. The input for "estimated effort" does not allow you to input custom data so you are stuck with the provided ranges. **Recommendations to others considering Tracked:** If you're set on continuing to use Basecamp, Tracked is a must-have addition. **What problems is Tracked solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracked helps us provide at-a-glance statuses on to-dos. Our IT team has customized a Kanban board for their particular workflow, which has eased some of the lack of visibility inherent to Basecamp. ### 3. Very much inline with the thinking of scrum project management (tools such as Jira), it allows for a visual view of current and backlogged ToDos. Super tool, makes Basecamp a lot more useful. And at $3/month/user, you really can't go wrong. **What do you dislike about Tracked?** Not a lot, what it does, it does well. I would like more custom views, if I had my way of things. **What problems is Tracked solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking complex projects in a scrum-like manner. Super intuitive, and allows for a better overall high-level view of exactly what has been done, is being done, and still needs to be done. ### 4. Also, I can organize my tasks in a much more meaningful way, visually, which makes Basecamp much more productive and useful for my entire team. **What do you dislike about Tracked?** I would like a little more control over fields -I would like to be able to create my own fields, like labels, and be able to sort them. **What problems is Tracked solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making project management and overall situational awareness much better. ### 5.
