## About TeamPassword
TeamPassword is the most efficient way to manage multiple logins for any business that needs to save time and keep projects moving. It’s a cloud-based platform that helps you manage and share access to the apps, services, and tools your team needs. We make it easy to organize access to individual logins, as well as a collection of logins - perfect for Client Teams and Departments. We make on-boarding new employees and clients, and off-boarding easy. With just 2 steps, TeamPassword saves our clients 120 minutes on average when it comes to on-boarding new staff and clients. Off-boarding takes just a single step. We’ve made it seamless to use TeamPassword with a Google Sign In feature and Browser Extensions that offer one click access to logins without interrupting daily workflow. TeamPassword helps you immediately add more security to your process. The best way to keep secure across multiple tools is to have randomized, unique, complex password for each tool. TeamPassword allows your team to generate strong passwords for each tool with a built in password generator, and does the work to remember the passwords for you, so there’s no extra work in having a different password for each tool. The Admin Dashboard gives you oversight of login access for each Team Member.

  ### 5. Great Tool for Company Passwords

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachelle J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I love that ALL business account information (company utilities, vendors, software, etc.) are in one spot. Rather than keeping an excel spreadsheet, i love how TeamsPassword is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Two Things:

1. The only thing I dislike is how there is no way to "show password" all the time. In TeamsID, there was a checkbox where you could mark to "always" show the password. It would be helpful to have this option in TeamPassword.

2. We are small business and myself along with the owner are the only ones who use the TeamPassword. When paying, thre was no option to choose just 2 users. It would be nice to choose any amount of users 1-100+.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not had any problems in the new TeamPassword program.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Rachelle, I'm happy to hear that, overall, you're happy with TeamPassword. I'll make a note of the "show password" preference. It's something we'll discuss internally. Regarding a two-user option, that is something we've talked about but ultimately felt that as a password manager for teams specifically, a three-user minimum was appropriate. I can see a case for lowering that to two users though.

  ### 6. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I love that Team Password is simple, compared to many of the other password protecting solutions out there.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

It does make me login more times than I would like.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of passwords and other important data for the sites I frequent.

  ### 7. Reliable and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara A. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

It's a great tool for our team to keep passwords safe wether these are shared or Private. I use TeamPassword everyday and I never experienced any outage and the service is always available, this is crucial to our Team and helps us work more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

An enhancement I would be interested in using is to be an option to save multiple usernames and passwords in the same record (for example have the option to name specific fields to add to a record).

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient password sharing across the Team

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hey Sara! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate it. I'm happy to hear that you've never experienced an outage. Our development team works hard to ensure everything runs smoothly, and any scheduled maintenance is intentionally done during our slowest hours. We've also recently changed storage providers to increase our speed and reliability further. I appreciate that multiple username/password suggestion. It's one I've seen requested more frequently. Would you mind sending me a use case for it to tony@teampassword.com? I'd love to know more about how this would benefit you.

  ### 8. TeamPassword is good but there are still a lot of things to improve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

It helps the team's password secure in one place. Anyone within the team who has access can add or update the logins which is convenient, you don't have to go to the admin to help you update or add some logins

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

TeamPass is less convenient when using specific apps or sites saved in it. There should be an option where, when you click the site or URL, you are automatically logged in using the saved username and password, rather than having to copy and paste it manually.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No need to write down your passwords on sticky notes; you can just go to TeamPassword without worrying that you've forgotten your passwords for some sites

  ### 9. TeamPassword Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Easy to use, layout looks great. It was easy to switch from TeamsID to TeamPassword. I've had to call customer support once and they were wonderful and helpful. I use this very often.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

I don't see a way to only share a password with just one person. From what I see you have to share it with a group of people. If that can be added, that would be wonderful.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping up with passwords.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> I'm glad that we were able to assist you with your support question! We pride ourselves on having a responsive support team. We will consider the option to share a password with just one person. Thank you for the feedback!

  ### 10. Intuitive password manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chadwick M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Team Password has an attractive and intuitive user interface that makes it incredibly easy to use. The ability to create groups and share credenitals with team memebrs makes managing organizational and service accounts effortless. The ability to cutomize the fields associated with a set of credentials also adds a great deal of flexibility.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

I like everything so far. There is nothing I dislike.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many service and organizational accounts that we need to keep track of securely. Team Password makes this not only feasible, but easy.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hey Chadwick! Thank you for leaving us a review. I'm happy to hear that you like the UI. We've kept it simple intentionally. We believe that the easier a platform is to use, the more likely people are to use it.

  ### 11. It's a good digital vault for our team's passwords

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yuliana Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

The main thing is that it's easy to integrate and implement, in addition to its convenient cloud storage. In terms of user-friendliness and customer support, TeamPassword is excellent. Its UI-friendly interface makes navigation easy, and its support team is always ready to assist with any queries or issues.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

I would like additional options to customize the experience.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Always exists the risk of security breaches or failures in data protection. It motivates me to take additional precautions, such as using two-factor authentication.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Yuliana! Thank you for the review. I'm glad that you appreciate the simplicity of TeamPassword. We believe that the easier the tool, the more likely teams are to actually use it. I'd love to know what customization options you would like. Could you please send our support team a quick note with a few of your requests? You can reach them at support@teampassword.com. Thanks!

  ### 12. it's ok

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

ease of logging in, and display of passwords

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

it needs a browser extention so you can just login from the platform login page

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows our organization to share passwords and keeps them in a central place

  ### 13. Makes team log ins SO EASY!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacci K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

The ease of use!
Limitations for different users on your team. Ability to put anything in there and turn off someone's access or change passwords easily as needed. The Chrome Extension is key!

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

There is nothing to dislike - TeamPassword is so easy to use and does exactly what it needs to do.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have SO many different logins and this allows us to use one user for certain tools. It's also great for credit card details.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Jacci! Thanks so much for the review. We do our best to keep TeamPassword simple; that's why we're such big fans of the Chrome extension. If there's ever a time when you think, "I really wish TeamPassword did..." Please let us know! We love user suggestions!

  ### 14. Team Password makes managing client accounts easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikayla L. | Content Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

It maintains a layer of privacy by allowing users to copy and paste usernames and passwords with the passwords hidden! Customer support is helpful when you need it too.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

I don't dislike anything about TeamPassword. I use it all the time - it's easy to use and implement, and easy to integrate into your company's projects!

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of having to keep track of client passwords and keeping them safe!

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hey Mikayla! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm glad you and your team have found TeamPassword easy to use. We've designed it intentionally so that any team can use it, even without IT support. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to make your daily login access even easier. We're always looking for suggestions from our customers.

  ### 15. Very useful and user friendly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jeffrey t. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

The teampassword is very useful for me to keep all my password. Like the design

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Log out time is too short but I believe it is for the security

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storing the password for countless sites of applications and website

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Jeffrey! Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad to hear that you find the platform user-friendly. We've done our best to keep it simple for a seamless experience. Regarding the log-out time, we have recently launched a new feature that allows organization admins to change their organization's log-out period. To do this, the admin needs to go to the organization settings under "Manage Teams" and then go to "Security." There, they can select a 4, 8, or 12-hour log-out for their organization. If you can't find it, let us know at support@teampassword.com!

  ### 16. Simple, Straightforward and Powerpacked

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephan B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Easily share account credentials with different departments in your company (Admin, Accounts, Support etc).
Easy UI so you don't get confused
Oustanding customer support!
Getting started takes a few minutes
Since it's so easy to use, user adoption within our company was a breeze and now we use it every day!

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

I guess the UI could do with a more modern refresh, but that doesn't take away from the functionality.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping credentials updated across the organisation and contractors is a breeze with TP. It's easy to use so no need to "onboard" anyone into the platform, just send an invite and let them figure out how to use it. It's really simple.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hey Stephan! We appreciate the review. I'm glad to hear that the team found it easy to adopt. We believe in three sacred S's: security, simplicity, and support. A UI refresh is well due and something we're planning in the coming year.

  ### 17. Good system but clunky interface

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Team Password stores my passwords securely and where I can easily access them from any computer connected to the Internet. I use this almost daily to help manage my passwords and the passwords for my team.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

The interface and functionality is lower than it was with the previous system. A migration occured and functionality and use went down from the older system.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remembering all the various and complex passwords that we use through our group.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> I'm sorry to hear that you're finding TeamPassword clunky. Which system are you comparing it to? Are there specific aspects of the platform that you're having issues with? If so, could you please share that information with us at support@teampassword.com so that we can look into the performance for you?

  ### 18. Not Impressed

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsey D. | Accounting Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

It holds passwords, but that is the only thing that is liked.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

After being forced to move from Teams ID, Team Password does not have as many features available. It is not easy to use, it is very slow. The implementation took forever and I am sure we have lost passwords through the integration.
It logs you out after a short amount of time, but you can still access/search passwords before it kicks you out to the log in screen.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It holds passwords.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Lindsey. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry that your experience on TeamPassword has been unsatisfactory. We did try to articulate the differences between TeamsID and TeamPassword to all customers who were invited to migrate to TeamPassword. Most customers who migrated have found TeamPassword easier to use and faster, so I am concerned that you are reporting the opposite. Could you please contact our support team at support@teampassword.com to let them know about the poor performance? Some records did not migrate over automatically, as explained in the migration guide. If you believe your team is missing records, please let us know so we can coordinate a time for you to reaccess your TeamsID account. Finally, we are aware of the short time-out period. Currently, the time-out period is set at 4 hrs for security reasons. However, we will be adding a feature that will allow admins to adjust the time-out period for their organization. If you have additional complaints or requests, please contact me at tony@teampassword.com. I would be more than happy to jump on a call with you.

  ### 19. User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

One of the standout features of TeamPassword is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. The dashboard is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and locate the necessary credentials swiftly.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

While the teamPassword covers the basics well, it lacks advanced features found in other password managers, such as password strength analysis and breach monitoring.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamPassword makes my work life easier by teaming up with my favorite productivity and collaboration tools. This awesome integration lets me grab passwords right from the tools. That's super cool! boost my overall efficiency.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thanks so much for the review! We're happy to hear that TeamPassword helps improve your efficiency and that you find the tool easy to use. For what it's worth, we do have a password strength analysis built into the record template. There's a color indicator showing if it's weak (short and red) or strong (long and green).

  ### 20. Software Engineer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mining & Metals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I like because it makes it easy to manage and share passwords with the team. It can also help with organizing and tracking passwords, which can save time and reduce the risk of security issues. So, in simple terms, TeamPassword can make password management simpler and more secure for teams.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

I cant find a reason, but some find it too expensive

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamPassword is like a handy tool that helps us handle lots of different user accounts, each with their own unique details, like AWS keys and passwords. It makes things less complicated and saves us time, which is pretty great!

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thank you for leaving us a review. I'm glad that TeamPassword has helped your team better manage your passwords and other digital records. If you do have suggestions for how we can improve the platform, we're all ears! You can let us know at support@teampassword.com.

**Reviewed by:** Andrew M. | Chief Executive Officer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

It is so easy to use and their customer support is top-notch. They continue to release a bunch of new features and keep their customers informed.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Sometimes the autofill does not work. Very minor.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Password managenent across a global team. Teampassword also ensures that if a staff member leaves, we are never locked out of a system or tool again.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hey Andrew! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm happy to hear that our customer support team has been helpful. They're an excellent group that manages to keep response times under 5 minutes. I appreciate you leaving the feedback about autofill functionality. It's something we're aware of and are looking into. Let us know if there are any other improvements you'd like to see! Customer feedback has led to some of our best feature updates.

  ### 23. Solid Replacement for TeamsID

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Our crew likes it because it resembles Teams ID and the transition was MOSTLY seamless.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Migration was somewhat tedious and gifuring out the shared list ws difficult.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure Ways To Access Passwords.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Sean. I'm glad that your crew is happy on TeamPassword, and I am sorry that it was a tedious process to migrate. Hopefully, the migration tool made things a bit easier for you!

  ### 24. Great 2nd Level of Memory!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Passwords are stored with ease, ease of implmentation, great customer support response, and provides a number of features. Our integration to TeamPassword was flawless.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

The worst part is, the Administrators login can never be reset. If forgotten, all your data is lost. Understandably this is for safety reasons; however, another level of security would be helpful should a situation like this arise.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having passwords at our fingertip. Whether an employee is on vacation, or permanently leaves the company, having their passwords to certain programs is a huge asset.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're having an internal conversation about how best to build an account reset option that doesn't jeopardize security. Stay tuned for updates in our quarterly newsletter!

  ### 25. Teampassword is a good replacement to Teams ID

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Teampassword is fast. I can get the user passwords I need within seconds of signing onto the tab.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

The mobile app isn't as friendly as the web app.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking passwords for all of our users, and website sign ons in one place, for our IT department.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm glad you feel that TeamPassword is a good replacement for TeamsID. We've done our best to incorporate some essential features while keeping TeamPassword streamlined. You make a fair point about the mobile app. We're a bit behind on updating the mobile apps, but we will be releasing updates in the coming months to make them a more comparable experience. Is there more we can do to improve your use? If so, let us know at support@teampassword.com.

  ### 26. New TeamPassword

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

The program is much easier to navigate. Also, much better to categorize as to who is to receive the password. Customer support is very good and any problems solved almost immediately

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

There are no downsides. Changes made to TeamsPassword took care of any dislikes I had previously.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With so many Passwords entered it is easy to access a password quickly.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Marie, I'm ecstatic to hear that recent improvements have addressed your previous issues with TeamPassword. We strive to be responsive to customer needs and value their input. That's why our product roadmap is largely driven by customer requests. Please don't hesitate to let us know how we can improve!

  ### 27. I love that all my passwords are in one place.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elle R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I enjoy everything is kept safe, and accessible for most people to use and kept in one place. The user interface is really easy to navigate. I love especially that you can organize thing sby group. In a work setting it is helpful to organize by team and can set permissions so that other people don't see specific logins.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Only when you remove a user from your team, they arent removed from all groups as a fallout. other than that, I haven't encountered anything specifically that has made me dislike the platform yet.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not losing passwords, having the team keep one password so people dont have to use their own.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Elle! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm happy to hear that you're satisfied with our platform so far and that you're finding it easy to use. Simplicity and security are our core objectives. If there is anything you think we can improve on (other than automatic removal from groups when a member is removed from the Team, which I've already sent to our development team to look into), please let us know by contacting support@teampassword.com.

  ### 28. Pretty good, was able to store all my passwords in one place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I don't have to remember all my passwords. I can easily store them all together, definitely makes my life easier

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

All good, the interface can be improved a bit

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a lot of passwords in my company that I need to remember, I can gather them all in one place. After adding chrome extension, I can simply obtain password from TeamPassword

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm glad we're able to help you simplify your workflow. The Chrome extension is a crucial tool in our workday, so I'm glad you're using it. I'd love to know what improvements to the interface you'd recommend. You can let us know at support@teampassword.com. Let the team know that you have a suggestion to make! Thanks!

  ### 29. Very easy to use, great UX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simona C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I love that it displays the logos of the sites/companies we store password for and it shows the team members that have access to a password. I love the "Copy" button for both the usernames and passwords.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

It doesn't flag that a password is weak.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to bother my colleagues to ask for a password to a platform/website they manage.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Simona! Thank you for leaving us a review. We're glad that you appreciate the UX. We've tried to keep the platform as simple and user-friendly as possible. I noticed that you were looking for a password strength indicator. We do have one built-in. If you open a record and click on the password, there is a strength indicator below it in the form of a colored line. Red and short = weak; yellow and mid-length = medium strength; green and long = strong. If I'm misinterpreting what you're looking for, please let me know so we can consider it a future feature! You can reach me at tony@teampassword.com. Thanks!

  ### 30. Outstanding tool that excels in simple functionality, non-intrusive features, and robust security.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bianca H. | Chief Operating Officer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

One of the standout aspects of TeamPassword is its emphasis on simplicity. The platform offers a streamlined experience that allows teams to manage their passwords easily. Navigating the interface and accessing stored passwords is intuitive, ensuring that team members can quickly find the information they need without any unnecessary complications.

TeamPassword also is non-intrusive. Unlike some password management tools that constantly interrupt workflow with prompts for master passwords or additional authentication, TeamPassword strikes a balance between security and convenience. It enables team members to access passwords securely without causing unnecessary disruptions, promoting seamless collaboration and productivity.

Additionally, TeamPassword provides excellent customer service. The support team is highly responsive and dedicated to addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

TeamPassword prioritises simplicity, which means it may not offer the same advanced functionality as other password management tools. If your team requires highly specialised or complex password management features, you might find that TeamPassword's simplicity may not meet all of your specific requirements. However, for teams seeking a straightforward and user-friendly solution, TeamPassword's simplicity can be seen as an advantage rather than a drawback.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, TeamPassword solves the problem of password chaos and security risks within teams, offering a streamlined solution that enhances collaboration, protects sensitive information, and simplifies the management of passwords for improved efficiency.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Bianca! Thanks so much for the thorough review. You've hit the nail on the head; TeamPassword prides itself on simplicity, believing that ease of use increases the likelihood that users will use a password manager and create strong unique passwords for every account, thereby protecting their accounts and their company.

Please reach out if there are ever features you think would make your or your team's lives easier.

  ### 31. I love using TeamPassword

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omkar A. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I like that it's straightforward to use and that sharing passwords with your colleagues is easy. It just simplifies my life; I don't have to look for or remember all my passwords. Teampassword has it all and keeps it safe.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Nothing to dislike at all; it does what it tells you it will do. Honestly, it has simplified my life and given me more time to focus on other important stuff. I love using Teampassword.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem is that, before, you had to ask co-workers for their password to log in and do stuff. Now the co-worker can make the password public for the team. This helps us get work done faster and removes the awkwardness of asking someone for their log-in.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hey Omkar!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a message. We're stoked that you love TeamPassword. Simplifying secure password storage and sharing is what we strive for. I'm glad you pointed out how TeamPassword helps avoid the awkwardness of asking for a login. As a socially awkward person, I spent hours trying to find workarounds before finally caving in and asking a colleague to help me access an account. Like you, TeamPassword has helped me avoid those situations and has saved me time. Please reach out if you ever do think of something that you think we could improve. We're always looking for user suggestions.

  ### 32. TeamPassword Migration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Easy to use and organize. Allows delegation of access to specific passwords. Provides opportunity to store personal passwords.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Migration from other Password storage is cumbersome

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to share access to programs we commonly use. Allows sharing of confidential information among the team members.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thank you for the review. I wish there were an easier way to migrate from one password manager to another. Unfortunately, the nature of the product limits the process. I'm happy to hear that you and your team are finding it easy. Please let us know if there are specific features and functionalities that you think are lacking or have questions about. You can reach us at support@teampassword.com.

  ### 33. A reliable password lock storage solution for the enterprise

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oscar C. | Senior Backend Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

The fact that it just works. I don't need to get an overview or some tutorial, it is so intuitive by default. It was the first time I used in my current company and I just got the access without any introduction, started using and all went smoothly.

The feature about grouping passwords helps us a lot to keep sensitive data per project (as we are software consultants) is great

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

So far I haven't found anything I dislike about the product

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need to manage sensitive information. Even if it is for development environments, it is a bad practice to share credentials via chat applications like discord or slack. One never knows what could happen, and you increase the possibility of getting that information stolen. So instead you centralize your information in a single place, that provides you the confidence to do so.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Oscar! Thanks so much for the review. I'm glad that your onboarding experience was a smooth one. As you begin using TeamPassword more regularly, please reach out if there's anything you wish it did or think it could do better. We're always looking for feedback from our customers. You can send your thoughts to support@teampassword.com. Thanks!

  ### 34. One of the best software I use at work

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

it is just so very convenient, I dont even worry about remembering even the shortest of things.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Not sure what, but sometimes I feel worries about the safety of all passwords at one place

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All things related to remembering a password and maintaining it

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Dhruv, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm glad to hear we play such a pivotal part of your workday!

  ### 35. Seemless Migration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Migrating from TeamsID to TeamPassword was a super simple process.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

It would be great if there was a native app for OSX.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All passwords in one place. Password Generator

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm happy to hear that your migration experience was a positive one. Changing password managers is never easy, but we tried to simplify it as much as possible. I'd love to hear why you want a native app for OSX. I know TeamsID had one. It's not a request we've heard before, so I'd like to know your use case for it. You can reach us at support@teampassword.com. Thanks!

  ### 36. Product & support are both great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Easy sharing and managing passwords internally, with the ability to create groups for specific users.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Having a single-click login from the web-based app (versus the browser plugin) would be nice.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking and managing company-related passwords.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review; we really appreciate it! I'm happy to hear that your team is utilizing the "Group" function to share records at the micro level. We allow customers to have an unlimited number of groups so that they can share records how they wish.

  ### 37. A Simple, Secure, and Well-Organized Password Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Korak B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

TeamPassword has the right number of features at the places I expect in a password manager. Quick and simple. It makes accessing and managing accounts so easy across organizations/teams saving loads of time and ensuring security.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Teampassword ends my session when inactive for a while as a security measure. Repeatedly signing in is a slight pain, but Google SSO makes it smooth.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Keeping the login credentials, URLs, some notes, etc., saved for all our third-party services.
2. Generate complicated passwords that I don't need to remember.
3. Automatically sign in to various websites/apps using the browser plugin.
4. A safe space for common passwords shared with team members.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hey Korak! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We pride ourselves on our simplicity, believing the easier the tool is, the more likely people are to use it. There's a reason hammers and screwdrivers have survived the tests of time. We've discussed extending the logout sessions, but we believe the minor inconvenience is worth it for the added security. We may be giving admins the ability to set their org's timeout in the future. Look out for updates in our newsletter!

  ### 38. TeamPassword is simple, reliable and easy to use tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

I can save all the credentials at single place without any hassle and also share with my colleague when required with full security.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Honestly didn't found anything to dislike about TeamPassword.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have to work with lots of platforms so to use lots of credentials which becomes difficult to manage/remember and here TeamPassword comes as a saviour which helps to save all the credentials at single place with some additional features.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thank you for leaving us a review! We're happy to hear that you're finding our platform easy to use. That's our aim, to help you save, share, and access your records securely with ease.

  ### 39. Great reliable and easy to use software - go get it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhys C. | Head of Finance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Using TeamPassword stopped us using shared spreadsheets and post-its. You can share passwords securely with individuals or teams. The mobile app and Chrome extenstion mean you can use your TP anywhere.
It's really easy to set-up and maintain. It's also cost effective. I've used it for nearly 4 years (in fact it's our 4 year anniversary in a couple of weeks!) and would never go back. Everyone in the company uses it and I've never had a single complaint. Go TeamPassword! (and go me for choosing them of course).

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

There are not a lot of downsides. It's secure and easy to use. The app is easy to use.

Maybe the team management module could be a bit cleverer, though this has never been an issue.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TeamPassword simplifies the whole password process. Before TP (BTP) we had shared files that did not work and the usual "hey, who's changed the password?" e-mails to the entire company.
All gone. Now we have one source of true facts that you can access anywhere and anytime (mobile app, Chrome plugin, browser).
It's pretty cost effective and everyone uses it with no complaints - that's got to be good!
I use it many many tiimes a day and it's so easy to use.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hey Rhys!

Thank you for leaving a comment and for choosing TeamPassword four years ago! We appreciate the business and the support. The Chrome extension has been a game changer for me, so much easier, especially with the auto-fill functionality. I'd love to hear your thoughts on improving the team management module. We're always looking for ways to make TeamPassword easier to use. You can reach me at tony@teampassword.com.

Hope to hear from you!

  ### 40. Lots of Glitches

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Having all our client's passwords in one place

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

There are a tremendous amount of glitches that make using Team Password more cumbersome than other password apps. Passwords that are in groups often disappear for no reason from a team member's login and have to be removed and added back by an admin.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Password security, being able to group logins by client, permissions

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry you've had such a negative experience with our application. Have you already reported the issue to support at support@teampassword.com? We had a glitch where passwords temporarily disappeared from the user's dashboard. An encryption error caused this and was easily fixed by having an admin edit and resave the record. Are there other glitches that we should be aware of?

  ### 41. TeamPassword

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Has reminders you can set so if you have annual updates to things I guess you can utilize that. Haven't tried any yet myself though.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Migrating from TeamsID produced a lot of uncessary groups

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Good place to store company passwords.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Try the reminder date feature and let you know what you think. It's a new feature that we added based on customer feedback. I'm sorry to hear that migration from TeamsID wasn't what you hoped. Unfortunately, the group creation was necessary to capture the records "Shared with users." You can move those records to other groups and then delete the groups that were created if you like.

  ### 42. Useful Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mouneeb S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Being able to securely save all passowrd into one place. Easily share with teeam members.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Additional features like being able to easily and securely share passwords via email.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the problem of storing and sharing passwords

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Mouneeb,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm glad you find sharing passwords with team members easy. That's our core functionality. Regarding easily and securely sharing passwords via email, some encrypted email providers out there provide such a service. That is, however, outside our realm as a password manager.

  ### 43. Does the Job

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Political Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

It's nice for organizing passwords when managing multiple profiles on one computer

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

It's a little too convoluted and not all that easy to use. It's not intuitive, but once you figure it out, it's pretty useful

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juggling several different passwords among my team

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm a bit surprised with your experience. We pride ourselves on being the easiest password manager on the market and have worked hard not to be too convoluted. I'd love to jump on a call with you to better understand your perspective so that we can hopefully make improvements. You can reach me at tony@teampassword.com or contact our support team at support@teampassword.com.

  ### 44. Excellent Password Keeper

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Keeps your sites organized. I love how you can modify who may have access to certain sites.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

My team has been using TeamPassword to its full potential no downside yet.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps the Team in the loop and preventing to have loads of emails pending a response with password update they are all located in one place.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Evette! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm happy to hear that you and your team love the platform and haven't discovered any downsides. ### 45. Easy to Use for SMBs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa B. | Director of Recruiting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Universal access and easy permissions for administratives to plug-and-play with their team.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

Users that have been deleted still show up on distribution lists. Not a security issue, but just a design flaw.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing access to company platforms and sites that have single and/or specific logins. Access can be granted without providing the specific password.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Alyssa,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm glad that you and your team appreciate the simplicity. We believe that the easier the tool, the more likely people will use it. That goes for admins as well as other users.

I'm not aware of that deleted user issue that you mentioned. I've made a note to bring this up with my development team. It would help to get more information from you. If you don't mind, could you contact support@teampassword.com and report the issue there? That way, we'll have a support ticket to follow and contact you if we have additional questions.

  ### 46. Easily share passwords within your teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aurélie G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Teampassword is very easy to use. In the blink of an eye you can create teams to share access to a particular group of users which is very practical. By default the password is hidden which is better for security.

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

The price is a bit high I think compared to competitors that do not directly target professionals.
The possibility to couple a password with a 2fa managed directly via Teampassword.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teampassword helps me to share passwords and accesses very easily and securely between the different departments of our company without the passwords being weak. And in the blink of an eye I can remove access to certain employees if I need to without having to change the password for everyone.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hi Aurelie,

Thank you for leaving TeamPassword a review. I'm glad to hear that you find our password manager easy to use and fast. That's what we strive for. We firmly believe that the easier the tool, the more likely people will use it. You're right about our pricing. We're not the best option for individual users, but if sharing records on teams is your goal, our pricing is competitive, if not below much of our competition. We've had multiple requests for internal 2FA, and our development team is working on building that feature/functionality. Stay tuned to our newsletters for updates!

Best,

Tony

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tj S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2023

**What do you like best about TeamPassword?**

Extremely helpful tool to keep track of all of your passwords. Whether you use the same passwords or multiple, TeamPassword will help you track them all and even share them with your team members if you have shared accounts. #genuius

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

The least helpful thing about TeamPassword? I am honestly not sure because I have not had any issues. I suppose they could update the interface or offer more training and resources.

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have way too many apps and log-ins that I also share with my team... TeamPassword has helped me not only keep track of my passwords but also gives me a chance to keep them organized and shareable with our team.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

The ability to set custom permissions for team members. This allows team administrators to control who has access to specific passwords and restrict access to sensitive information

**What do you dislike about TeamPassword?**

For small teams or startups on a tight budget teamPassword can be a bit high for them.
sometimes i would prefer to store my passwords locally for added security instead of cloud-based service

**What problems is TeamPassword solving and how is that benefiting you?**

custom permission settings that allow team administrators to control who has access to specific passwords and restrict access to sensitive information. This helps to ensure that team members only have access to the passwords they need, which can improve security and prevent accidental or intentional misuse of login credentials.

**Official Response from Korak Bhaduri:**

> Hey Beshoy, thank you for taking the time to leave TeamPassword a review. We really appreciate it. I'm glad that you find us fast, easy, and secure. That's what we strive for! We're always looking for ways to simplify users' tasks so that your focus can be elsewhere.

While our record template is designed with web logins in mind, you can use the unlimited notes field to save any manner of text data. We are also considering adding additional templates.
