**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

I love how quickly Statusphere helps us generate high-quality UGC at scale. It’s been such a seamless way to keep a consistent flow of content coming in, especially across multiple campaigns. The option to purchase ad codes for top-performing content is a huge value add and makes it easy to extend the life and impact of the content beyond organic use. Their AI tools have also been incredibly helpful for reviewing and optimizing campaigns more efficiently, saving our team a ton of time. It's so easy to start a campaign and super easy to train other team members on how to use the platform. On top of that, the Statusphere team is amazing, always responsive, proactive, and quick to support any questions or needs that come up.

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

I would say one downside is that there are only two campaign start dates each month, so you do have to plan around the 1st and 15th. It would also be great to have the option to hand-pick creators for certain campaigns when needed. That said, their team is incredibly accommodating and always works with us to find solutions and ensure content goes live when we want.

**What problems is Statusphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Statusphere has made it so much easier for us to scale authentic UGC and influencer reviews without adding extra lift to our team. Rather than spending hours sourcing and managing creators, we’re able to quickly connect with partners who truly align with our brand and consistently deliver high-quality, genuine content. As a startup beauty brand, what we love most about Statusphere is how seamlessly it connects us with genuinely aligned creators who truly understand and elevate our brand. The platform takes so much of the heavy lifting off our plate, from matchmaking to logistics, giving us the ability to scale awareness quickly and authentically. It feels like having an entire creator marketing team built right in, which is invaluable for a young brand like ours.

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

Honestly, nothing. The experience has been truly exceptional. The team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way, and Sofia in particular has been amazing to work with. She’s guided us through the process with so much clarity and care, and has been such a valuable partner for our brand.

Statusphere is solving one of the biggest challenges for a growing beauty brand: the time, effort, and uncertainty involved in finding the right creators and generating consistent, high-quality UGC. Instead of chasing outreach, managing follow-ups, and coordinating logistics, the platform streamlines everything — from creator matching to product delivery.

**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

I like how Statusphere briefs are easy to navigate and only take about 30 minutes to complete after doing the first one. It allowed us to scale TikTok campaigns through multiple Cyber 5 periods. All creator content is kept in bulk on the platform for easy download, and its dashboard lets us see top trending content before deciding on paid promotion. Their support team is great, always responding within 24 hours. I value their results dashboard because I can easily see all videos in a brief and how many should still be expected, along with the aggregate engagements across all posts. The initial setup was very easy. After onboarding, the team clearly explained how to send inventory to their warehouse, and we were up and running within 6 weeks.

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

Having creators adhere more strictly to the brief instructions. We've experienced creators saying the wrong offer, not adhering to dos/don'ts, or not posting within the posting schedule with no repercussions. The videos do not get flagged when they have the wrong offer, but they should. I would also like if we would receive automatic updates from creators if there are delays and/or need extensions.

**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

I really appreciate Statusphere's customer service. Their team genuinely cares about the success of our brands and ensures that the platform works hard for us. They're very open to critiques about their platform and excited about new ideas, like in-person activations. They're super helpful when reviewing our campaign briefs, providing thoughtful suggestions to make them stronger. They have also been instrumental in making our briefs more exciting and eye-catching for creators, which has helped us convert them into potential brand loyalists. Additionally, Statusphere's team has been very responsive and helpful in assisting us with the initial setup, which was surprisingly easy despite a learning curve with the credit system. They’ve positively received our feedback on reporting filters and other platform optimizations, implementing them effectively.

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

Their credit system is still a bit confusing and hard to understand. It would be awesome if they could have a credit bank calculator or content calendar that could exist within the platform.

**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

Statusphere strategically selects the right types of creators needed for each unique campaign by allowing both creators and brands to select their content niche. For example, you can select to search for creators with beauty, skincare, and lifestyle niche for a new moisturizer or cleansing product launch. This saves the brand a lot of time because it would typically be a lot of legwork and time to manually look for creators. Our brand uses Statusphere month over month to support our products, both existing and new.

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

Sometimes, the app will crash in the middle of setting up a campaign or looking up a campaign. I'm sure these are painpoints the company is already addressing though for a better user experience.

You are also not able to know which creators opted into a guaranteed camaign until the post goes live. This does not allow us to track any instagram stories that creators tagged us in prior to post go-live. Anyhow, the Statusphere team is very attentive to us voicing these experiences and always looking to improve.

**What problems is Statusphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As previously mentioned, it takes a lot of time to manually look for creators at scale. Typically searching for 250 to 300 creators that fit a brand's product niche will take up to a month. However, Statusphere makes it happen in less than a week which saves our team so much time. The content we get through Statusphere is also very high quality (ex: great lighting, amazing speak to camera testimonials) and great for social repost on our owned channels. We always hit a wall with having enough content to post, but not anymore with Statusphere.

**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

With just two people on our team, the automation has been a huge time-saver, helping us reclaim at least eight hours each week. It efficiently analyzes all our campaign content and performance data, then presents the results clearly in the dashboard. The reporting dashboard is also highly customizable, which makes it easy for us to generate specific performance reports for our leadership team quickly and without hassle.

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

The only drawback our team has encountered is that, at times, the creator content is not uploaded in a file size large enough for us to repurpose it as UGC on our own channels. However, the support team is always prompt in resolving this issue, so it has only been a minor obstacle for us.

**What problems is Statusphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Statusphere has proven to be an excellent resource for authentic UGC, enabling us to strengthen our organic social presence with content that truly resonates with our users. It has also been very helpful in spreading the word about new retailer distribution and product launches. **What do you like best about Statusphere?**

I find Statusphere extremely simple and easy to use, making it an intuitive platform right from the start. Its robust filtering options enable us to tailor our outreach to content creators whose demographics, interests, and other characteristics align precisely with our target audience. This capability ensures that our brand's content reaches the right consumers, enhancing the relevance and impact of our campaigns. The platform’s performance tracking tools are a great asset, allowing us to monitor content success efficiently. I also appreciate how Statusphere enables us to leverage content for paid purposes seamlessly all within one platform. Notably, the onboarding process was very straightforward, which facilitated a smooth transition to using the platform. Our work with micro-influencers through Statusphere has yielded stronger performance compared to other strategies we employed, and I particularly value the platform's ability to keep our brand messaging on point through its briefing features. Altogether, these aspects make Statusphere immensely valuable and a tool I would highly recommend.

The one area that could improve would be to provide more line items for do's and don'ts. We have a lot of legal requirements and were limited by the allotment of lines for do's and don'ts, knowing it's a balance with keeping the brief simple for creators. I think just having a few more line items or allowing more characters would allow us to incorporate all the requirements vs. trying to shoehorn them into different areas of the brief.

**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

I am Brand Manager and manage multiple brands - some include launching new brands that are "NEW NEW" to the market. Launching a new brand is never easy, and building a UGC pool and having new consumers try the product can be challenging. When it comes to customer acquisition, people need to see "real" people try the product, so with that Stausphere is a helpful tool in getting micro-influencer content to scale. The beauty of the content, is that you will be getting a series of content with full perpetual rights that you can use for your socials and product descriptions pages. These are valuable spaces that are important when building a brand to help the consumer journey learn more about you, but also have content that you can use.

We brief and ship product to Statusphere, they handle the rest! Managing multiple brands simultaneously can be challenging, particularly at scale. Statusphere allows us to focus on crafting effective briefs and targeting creators within their platform based on demographics, content type, and specific attributes like skin type and curl pattern. A/B testing in small groups, coupled with detailed reporting, has been crucial for learning and optimizing our briefs before launching larger SEO campaigns. This valuable feature enables informed decision-making and improved ROI. In addition to readily accessible dashboard data, Statusphere's team provides post-campaign reports and data analysis, guiding my team through the results and search lifts observed on TikTok and Google. This support helps us optimize future campaigns and informs decisions beyond the Statusphere platform.

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

Our team manages multiple brands on the platform and we have collaborators working on each brand by function. We've previously shared this feedback with Statusphere but we'd like to reiterate our need for enhanced video tagging and feedback capabilities. Specifically, we need the ability to tag videos for different use cases (e.g., paid ads, PDPs) and allow multiple users to leave ratings and comments. The ability to sort or folder content by use case would also be very beneficial.

Statusphere's network of micro-influencers has been a game-changer, offering both effectiveness and ease of use. Having briefing, shipping, performance tracking, and content management consolidated into a single campaign view within the platform is a significant advantage for our teams who typically handle these tasks manually. Our influencer teams are consistently impressed with the high-quality content generated through Statusphere campaigns, as well as the comprehensive reporting features that they can then share with leadership post-campaign.

**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

The Statusphere platform is extremely intuitive. My team has executed several campaigns, and with support from the knowledgeable and dedicated Statusphere team members, we've been able to optimize campaign offers and briefs to improve content quality and achieve our various goals. We have scaled the amount of Statusphere programming significantly due to the various benefits of the program (i.e. strong content for media and owned social, lifts in Social & Google search). I appreciate the thoughtfully-developed streamlined communication with creators (limited clear Dos & Don'ts), and the integration of AI recommendations. The platform makes it easy to sort through content to identify top performers by various metrics. The "community" tagging tool allows for my team to easily ensure we keep track of our preferred creators for future programming.

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

Very few downsides. The Statusphere team always takes our feedback back to the development team, and the platform seems to frequently add new features/functionality as a result. We would love an easy way to export all the social profiles of all the creators in a campaign for internal tracking purposes, but we often get that from the team directly.

**What problems is Statusphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have sat through countless capabilities decks of various Influencer Marketing platforms, and I have never been as impressed and excited as I was about Statusphere when I first discovered them. I genuinely felt that they were filling a whitespace in an already crowded market. Scaling unpaid product seeding has been a consistent need, but a challenge to execute with limited bandwidth in-house. We have found that the influx of product content on social has helped to increase relevance, driving lifts in Social Search and Google Search. As well, the same program has provided content for use on owned social channels, in media and on product pages.

**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

It's been great working with influencers across the country who shop at a variety of different retailers.  That Statusphere portal makes tracking, reviewing and analyzing each campaign super easy...everything is in one place!  It also makes accessing comments in the influencer's feeds very convenient.  After setting up your first campaign, which is not difficult at all, setting up future campaigns is a breeze.  I've also appreciated being able to use the UCG for our geotargeted META ads...driving significant traffic to our website...what a game changer!!!!

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

It can be a bit tricky emailing Statusphere at their universal email address.  I'd love to have one dedicated contact with their own email and phone number.  Having said that, someone always gets back to me in a timely fashion which I very much appreciate!

**What problems is Statusphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is creating significant brand awareness for us and lending credibility to the brand. It also helps show our retail partners how we are supporting our brand at shelf in their stores.  The stores get just as much praise as our products do!  We were also in need of UCG for social media posting and product reviews on our new website, both needs have been solved working with Statusphere.

**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

I have loved working with Statusphere, particularly because of the excellent support from Sofia Salinas, who consistently goes above and beyond. The platform is incredibly valuable for launching nano influencer programs for my clients, providing a one-stop executional shop for everything from product fulfillment to content reviews to launch. I enjoy how seamless and hands-off the process is once a campaign is up and running, which adds a lot of efficiency to my workflow. It's impressive to have a solution that supports getting hundreds of pieces of content live just by setting up a campaign. Sofia Salinas made the initial setup process seamless as well. Overall, the team at Statusphere is very helpful, enhancing the overall positive experience and making it incredibly likely that I would recommend Statusphere to friends or colleagues.

The technology helped us to find the right creators at a much larger scale than would have been possible using our internal resources. The dashboard was clear and easy-to-use. Our team was up and running quickly based on the easy interface and great support from the team - there was no steep learning curve.

It would be helpful to give multiple people access to inputting on the platform. It would also be helpful to have more automated ranking of content based on the quality.

Statusphere helped us to identify the most resonant message for our product and then drive UGC content at a scale that we would not have been able to get without their platform. It was easy-to-use and simple to set up. It didn't require a ton of work on our end and the results were strong.

**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

The team at Statusphere are incredible to work with. They offer so much support, especially if you are a start-up brand. No matter where you are in your brand journey, they offer a range of solutions and expertise and offer "white glove" service along the way. They listen to your suggestions, and they are constantly updating the experience and improving the platform. I also found that the level of influencers was great, micro to macro. They answered my non-stop questions and help our hands throughout the process and were incredible partners. They are not just another "platform" and their team are top level! I highly recommend them as a partner!

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

The only thing I would say is that for Tik Tok, you have to pay for the spark codes and the TT Shop mentions in addition to your credits. But, the Statusphere team worked with us on any concerns or roadblocks we may have experienced with this.

Gaining more content with UGC Tik Tok community. We need more brand awareness and conversions on Tik Tok.

I really enjoy the ease in which I can navigate through the platform. I also love that the campaign set up details are very straight forward. The team that we work is also super helpful and is always willing to help us, answer our questions, and send reminders about due dates.

**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

Statusphere makes scaling gifting programs easy, removing hours of manual team labor while delivering high-quality and effective content! With Statusphere, we've been able to quickly scale--seeing double our usual posting numbers from organic giftings on a weekly basis. Additionally, the platform was quick and easy to onboard--not to mention, it's intuitive for the team's use! We now have implemented Statusphere campaigns into our quarterly influencer strategy to help further drive growth.

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

There are certain backend technicalities that make the platform challenging at times. For example: strict campaign waves (only the 1st and 15th of the month), which doesn't allow for as strategic timing when planning campaigns. The many deadlines (product arrival, campaign setup, reviews / publishing, etc.) also add an another element that the team must keep close track of, otherwise, campaigns are at risk of going live on schedule.

Growing gifting programs at scale to drive mass brand awareness and more frequent brand mentions / posts.

The Statusphere team has been a pleasure to work with from start the start. They are always responsive and answer any questions or doubts we have quickly. We have had some tight deadlines to work against and at every step of the way the team behind Statusphere has made my experience smooth and easy. They have made adding this way of working into campaigns as first-timers something we want to keep doing whenever we can.

The only thing that I would say has been a downside to using Statusphere is the restrictiveness of the creator briefs! HOWEVER, I think this is just a barrier to working for a brand that deals with a sensitive demographic like kids. I'm sure if it was another type of brand the limits in the brief don't hinder as much.

Statusphere provides a turnkey, low lift solution that has allowed my team to quickly and effectively scale our influencer program. They have various solutions and programs that meet different needs of our business - from inserting brands in viral trends, to creating high quality UGC, and even driving conversion with retailer programs. The platform itself is very easy to use - we love that everything live in the platform, and that it even makes optimization recommendations. The Statusphere team provides additional live support to ensure a human touch.

There are few downsides to the platform - and the team is always working hard to make updates and optimizations. It would be great if at some point the tool could integrate into other influencer marketing tools we use (e.g. Traackr). But in the meantime, we are easily able to track our Statusphere campaigns in other tools with just an additional step.

- The platform doesn't allow real-time optimization.
- The platform relies on algorithms to streamline the process, but sometimes these algorithms don’t fully meet client expectations. In such cases, additional effort from the client may be required to ensure everything runs smoothly and as expected.

Having worked in the beauty industry for 10 years, I've used many influencer platforms, and Statusphere is by far the best. It checks all the boxes other platforms miss, and every feature is well-thought-out. I especially appreciate how the platform streamlines contracting with creators, who after working on 3 + campaigns I can confidently say  consistently produce high-quality content. The ability to purchase boosting rights with a single click and the straightforward workflow for campaign creation make our jobs much easier. The campaign timelines and inventory tracker are also incredibly helpful for our team to reference. Beyond the platform itself, the close relationship with our account managers is a huge asset. Their consistent communication, feedback on our campaign briefs, and the mandatory review calls are fantastic for catching errors and optimizing our strategy

The one feature missing is the ability to download a static PDF of the campaign brief. Our team's workflow requires us to save a shareable PDF of the final brief for easy reference in our shared drive, without needing to log in to the platform. We currently use a Word document as a temporary workaround, but a dedicated "download PDF" feature would be ideal for streamlining our process.

But they listened, adapted, and helped us blow our results out the water. Their team is always on call for us and we never have to wait to get a response. The platform has been constructed so that it's easy to see when content has gone live and real-time measurement to help us adapt, if needed. Our team uses Statusphere in an always-on capacity, which allows us to test and learn new ways of working - ultimately giving us the ability to seamlessly integrate the platform into our every day strategies. Honestly, I don't know what I would do if we didn't have this easy, efficient, and reliable tool at our fingertips.

The only challenge we've had is that we can't approve creator content before it's posted but it hasn't been a huge bother! We'd prefer to partner with creators at mass which sometimes means you cannot review every piece before it's posted. Statusphere is a turnkey way for our team to create hundreds of content for priority products. We've been able to utilize the content for UGC and boosting needs. The campaigns are a low lift way for our team to engage nano creators.

There's nothing I dislike about the platform. Looking forward to seeing what new capabilities we're able to use.

I’ve been consistently impressed by how knowledgeable, strategic, and collaborative their team is. They truly understand the challenges brands face in scaling micro-influencer marketing and are deeply committed to delivering value through both their technology and their people.

If you’re looking to scale always-on influencer campaigns and boost your content engine with minimal lift, Statusphere is definitely worth a look.

**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

We've been working with the Statusphere team for 3 years now -- they're incredibly kind, understand our business, and are flexible and open to testing new ways to approach a campaign. In the last year they've helped us produce over 200 UGC assets, and I love that we're able to repurpose that content across our channel mix. Highly recommend working with these guys.

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

The only challenge we've had is when we have micro campaign needs in smaller DMAs. At times, there aren't enough creator options in these markets to generate meaningful matches. However, I'm sure that issue will be solved as they continue to grow and scale.

**What problems is Statusphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Developing branded content at scale that feels authentic, native to platform, and endorses our brands -- with the rights included allowing us to mix and match the creative into other advertising ads and campaign efforts.

**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

Time savings, taking so much manual work of marketing teams plates. Great customer success team with tons of subject matter expertise, based in the US and easy to get a hold of whenever you need. Getting content at scale and making it easy to support evergreen campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

I'm excited to see some of the new features roll out that are on the product roadmap, like the ability to whitelist right within the portal and the ability to also see the metrics from those paid ad efforts.

**What problems is Statusphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's extremely time consuming to do microinfluencer campaigns consistently and at scale. Having them take on the burden of pairing with the right creators for the brand, communciating to creators that was in our creative brief, holding them accountable to posting plus an easy to use platform that pulls in all of the metrics in real time are big wins for marketing teams.

**What do you like best about Statusphere?**

The fact that Statusphere handles the fulfillment to the influencers is key! It saves my team so much time and energy 
 - plus it is a much better experience for the content creator too. I appreciate that we can target which influencers we want to receive products based on 250 different data points which means I am getting the right product into the hands of the right creators. The platform makes it so easy to scale your UGC initiatives up and down each month - especially in an agency where clients change their minds and budgets daily! I also love that the content that is developed has user rights built in which again - saves my team lots of time and of course, money!

**What do you dislike about Statusphere?**

Not much! I have been really happy with not only the ease of use but also the quality of influencers who have wanted to participate in our client campaigns.

**What problems is Statusphere solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What marketing departments and agencies continue to come up against is a lack of resources (people, time, money) and added pressure to show ROI and value all the while the demand to increase share of voice and brand recognition. Statusphere allows marketing departments of all sizes to scale their UCG initiatives with ease. Using their platform continues to save my teams a tremendous amount of time and energy. We are also constantly pleased with the quality of the content produced.
