## splose Reviews
  ### 1. Simple UI, Handy Xero Integration, and Proactive NDIS Updates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Guiding Stars A. | Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

We've been using Splose for about 2 years now. They have a simple and easy to navigate UI/UX interface which we love. They recently updated "busy times" with more variety that helps staff manage their schedule better. The Xero integration is handy and really reduces admin time for overlaps. Splose has been a great CRM in keeping tracking of client cases. So great to see how proactive they are in keeping up with changes to the NDIS and rolling out relevant features for businesses in the industry. The Helpdesk chat is always efficient and helpful with any queries.

We've yet to utilise the AI function for notes due to costs but can imagine it being very handy.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Nothing we dislike at the moment about Splose. Love how they allow a space for everyone to contribute ideas and they ACTUALLY listen and make these changes.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A CRM system that helps you keep track of NDIS plan budgets and time.

  ### 2. User-Friendly Client Management with Great Xero Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly J. | Senior Administration Officer, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose makes it easy to store, record and view client data and appointment details. Navigation is easy, along with creating forms to suit your needs. I think it's super user friendly once you get the hang of it. The integration with Xero is great, and the Splose AI feature is helpful although I'm yet to fully utilise it's capabilities. I think the pricing is fair, and the AI support chat and help guides are useful for quick answers. Sometimes the response from the human support agents can be slow, but it's not that often that I need to contact them. Overall I would say the performance of Splose is great. There are a few areas that I think could do with improving, but they have a section where you can submit ideas so hopefully some of my submissions turn into edits on the site.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Batch invoicing saves me time, however there's no way for individual notes from calendar entries to come across onto the invoices. This can only be done during the invoicing process, which in my opinion negates the batch feature. We've had to work around this using many different services to try and accurately convey details from the appointment onto the invoice. However it would be ideal if the appointment notes section on the calendar could automatically appear on the invoice, or a similar feature. This way the practitioner can write exactly what happened in the appointment directly into the calendar, and then during invoicing this just appears on the invoice. This would be extremely helpful for services like ours who have NDIS participants.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client file organisation and history of all forms, progress notes, documents and appointments are all in one place. This has solved the problem of relying on different programs and calendars to keep track of everything. It's also streamlined our forms which is great.

  ### 3. Splose Makes Client Management Smooth and Reliable.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louise S. | Clinical Nurse Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I have used Splose since starting my private practice. It takes the hassle out of client management. Easy to schedule clients, send automatic appointment reminders which decrease DNA's and batch invoicing which is great. It would be good in the future if they integrated with Hnry, but I am aware that they do integrate with Xero (but this is too expensive as a solo practitioner.
I found that Splose was a more affordable option as a solo practitioner. Great help videos and support available. I am aware that it has AI available but I have not utilised this. Performance is fast and means that I spend less time on admin.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Does not integrate with Hnry. It would be good if it displayed overdue invoices first without having to filter .

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is preventing DNA's with it automatic text ad email reminders. Integrates with my personal calendar so I can plan my week.

  ### 4. Intuitive All-in-One for Clinical Documentation, Scheduling, and Invoicing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathon P. | Occupational Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

As a practitioner running a mobile OT practice, Splose handles everything I need in one place. The UI/UX is clean and intuitive; no bloat, easy to navigate on the go. Integrations with my calendar and Xero are seamless and save me re-entering data everywhere. Performance is reliable; it loads fast and I've had almost no downtime.

Pricing/ROI is well worth it. The hours I save on documentation and invoicing more than justify the cost. Support is very good and quick. The newer AI features for note-taking and admin are a nice bonus that keeps getting better.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Honestly, very little. The main thing I'd like to see improved is the form building tool, which can occasionally be a bit glitchy. Beyond that, it does everything I need.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose brings my scheduling, clinical notes, and invoicing into one place, so I'm not juggling multiple tools. As a practitioner and business owner, that saves me hours each week on admin and lets me spend more time with clients. The NDIS and Medicare workflows in particular take a lot of the hassle out of documentation and claiming.

  ### 5. Simple, Smooth CMS with Incredible Support and Great Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenna T. | Speech Pathologist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

It is really simple to use, whilst also providing everything I need out of a CMS. Typically, it runs smoothly, although more recently there have been some delays, Splose have been on to it and working through fixing it's response speed.

I use Xero as the only integration but it is really quick and easy to set up and never had any difficulties with it.

Price wise, I think it is great value for money, I pay extra for the AI function but would love to see the sms function included in the base price.

Support has been incredible, nothing is ever too much to ask.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I would like to see the sms function included in the base price - just for sms reminders alongside emails, not a dislike.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently Splose slowed right down and had issues loading, but the team have been working on it and I haven't seen that issue recently.

  ### 6. Using splose as a small UK based speech and language therapy practice.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louise K. | Director and Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose has so much functionality, digital forms to streamline our processes, automatic reminders for our clients and a great view of the team diary. I can integrate splose with Xero and outlook.
The AI help bot 'Bobby' has been great. He has been able to answer all our questions so far.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

We had 2 minor issues with the data migration: 1) the progress notes for each client were not copied over in order and 2) the third party contact details were not copied over. As we work with children, the third party information was their parents information, but our work around was to email our caseload to introduce splose and ask them to complete an 'update your details' form. The form sent was embeddable so copied straight over to the client record. The progress notes ordering issue was not resolved, but it has been easy enough to search for past notes if needed using the search function.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose is streamlining our processes and helping us be more efficient. It reduces our admin. It looks professional. It sends automatic reminders for our clients. It copies our previous progress note to save time when writing new notes.

  ### 7. Smooth, Seamless ACC Integration with Reliable Autosave and Great Pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adriana L. | Acupuncturist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Interface is smooth and aesthetically pleasing, it's easy to get where I need to with the tabs at the top of the screen. Integration with ACC was seamless, I am able to search for claims and add them to patients easily. Splose is reliable and speedy when autosaving my progress notes. Splose has some of the best pricing for a practise management system that I have found. Finding help has always been easy with the AI assistant Bobby, and i managed to get everything set up and customised within my first week.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Would be cool to be able to customise the home screen/interface. I don't like the new feature where I have to put an authenticator number in when logging in as it is a hassle.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not aware of anything they are currently solving or the benefits to me.

  ### 8. Splose Streamlines Workflows and Cuts Admin Load with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

The most helpful things about Splose are the automation features, the ability to streamline workflows, and the way it can reduce the admin load involved in running an allied health practice. I really value tools that help save time and capacity, especially when that time can be redirected back into meaningful client work. I’ve also found the customer service to be very responsive, which gives me confidence that support is available when needed.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I am yet to use Splose’s features to their full extent as a sole trader, so I cannot comment on every aspect of the platform in day-to-day use. I am also currently taking a break from practice, but I do plan to return to the platform when I return to practice.

From what I have explored so far, the main limitation for me is that there does not currently seem to be an option to place a plan on hold during extended breaks from practice. I would love to see more flexibility in this area in the future, particularly for sole traders and allied health clinicians navigating parenting, caring responsibilities, health needs, burnout or other major life transitions.

Overall, this is more of a feature I would like to see added than a major concern with the platform itself.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose helps solve some of the challenges I experience with executive functioning, cognitive load and keeping the many moving parts of sole trader practice organised. For me, the hardest part of practice is often not the client work itself, but the behind-the-scenes admin, including documentation, appointments, communication, invoicing and staying on top of follow-up tasks. Having these processes contained within one system helps reduce overwhelm, limits the need to constantly switch between platforms and makes practice management feel more manageable.

This is especially valuable in a profession where burnout is common, and where clinicians are often trying to keep up with constantly changing policies, funding models, systems and practice requirements. For me, Splose has the potential to reduce admin load and preserve more capacity for meaningful client work.

  ### 9. Perfect Fit for NDIS Compliance—Bobby AI and Software Integration Make Splose Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I dont really have anything negative to say about Splose. It has been a perfect fit for our small Developmental Eductaion/Positive Behaviour Support Practice.
With 95% of our business being funded by NDIS. Splose has made meeting NDIS compliance requirements an absolute breeze for registration and maintenance audits.
The built in AI bot "Bobby" has been extremely well used as we navigated learning the software and maximising its use for the size and scope of our business. It has been able to clearly answer all of my questions and where there isnt a clear answer, there is always support staff on the other end to bridge any gaps in practical support. But to be honest - outside of my initial 2 week free trial where i was in a 'rapid learning' phase, I have not needed any support outside of "Bobby".
The Splose Facebook group has been an excellent resource in terms of offering ideas of how our business could potentially better utilise the product.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I have found two areas that Splose's functionality doesnt 100% perfectly match the operations of my business:
1. All sub-contracting practitioners who are linked with my splose account ony have access to the clients that i connect them too, but they have access to 100% of the contacts who are created in the contact list (which consistst of contacts connected with their caseload x 5). Its not great for confidentiality and i would like to be able to restrict access within the contacts section of the softward.
2. I invoice from Spose, which integrates perfectly with Xero. However, i need to reconcile through Xero or the payments are not accurately assigned to invoice numbers. I can mark invoices as 'paid' through splose, and this will integrate into Xero as a 'payment recieved' but not always reconciled against the corresponding invoice. Ideally it would be great to be able to both invoice and reconcile through Splose. But appreciate that this would be a next level acocunting software build within Splose where our bank account would need to be linked into Splose.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Practice Management
NDIS compliance

  ### 10. User-Friendly Platform With Comprehensive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darren S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like that Splose is very user-friendly and simple to use. It keeps everything I need all in one place, which I find really convenient. The booking functions work fine and they link to my online booking form on my website, making it easy for clients to use. I also appreciate how easily it shows and collates my revenues, providing a clear visual in a graph format for tracking our clinic's performance. The initial setup was very easy with Splose, and the guidance, support, feedback, and tutorials provided are really helpful. Overall, Splose does everything I need it to do, and I am happy with my decision to use it.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I want a function within Splose to highlight a client and have an active client list separate from others. For instance, if a client cancels an appointment and doesn't rebook yet, I could put them on that list. It would also help with follow-ups, like if I need to organize something for a client but am busy, I could make a quick note and have an overview screen for reminders. Also, the integrations with high caps machines and bank accounting could be improved. Like, with the integration with Xero, it sends information client by client, which isn't how banks reconcile payments from health insurance or cash payments. That's frustrating, but it's not solely Splose's fault, it's more about Xero and banking systems.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splose for booking patients, taking payments, and maintaining a database for notes and clients. It's user-friendly, integrates with my online booking system, and clearly shows revenue, making everything convenient and all in one place.

  ### 11. Splose: Intuitive CRM with Excellent Support and Time-Saving Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I absolutely love using Splose as my CRM. When I first started out as a small practice, I trialled a range of different CRMs, but it quickly became clear that Splose was the right fit for us. The system is incredibly easy to navigate and feels smooth and intuitive, which made the transition seamless for our team.

We’ve had little to no difficulty with Splose, and on the rare occasion I’ve had a question or thought I might run into a problem, the helpful chat function has resolved it straight away. The support team is always responsive and genuinely helpful.

One of my favourite features is the case function, which makes it easy to track how many sessions we have left and how many hours remain in a service agreement. I also really like the integrated forms; we’ve been able to embed our referral link directly into our social media and send it out to families so they can easily add their details, and Splose automatically creates a client file from the referral. This has been a lifesaver for our backend admin.

Creating service agreements within the CRM is seamless, and Splose tracks everything, automatically sending out agreements and copies to everyone who needs them. I also appreciate being able to access Splose on my computer or my phone wherever I am, which is invaluable for a mobile practice like ours.

The price is very competitive compared to other providers we considered, and for the features and support you get, it’s excellent value. I’ve also recently started trialling the AI function and have found it to be a real time-saver for our backend processes.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Nothing, really. They keep updating it, so if anything comes up, it gets sorted out quickly.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose has helped me overcome several challenges as my speech pathology practice has grown. One of the biggest issues was the sheer amount of manual admin, along with the inefficiency of having information and processes scattered across multiple systems. With Splose, everything is consolidated in one place. The case function, for instance, makes it incredibly easy to see how many sessions and hours remain in a service agreement - something that used to be a real headache to track manually. As a result, our workflow is more streamlined, and there’s far less risk of errors or tasks slipping through the cracks.

Another major improvement has been onboarding new clients. Previously, collecting referral information and setting up client files involved a lot of double-handling and back-and-forth communication. Now, with integrated forms and referral links, families can simply enter their details online, whether they come through our social media or via email, and Splose automatically creates a client file. This has been a huge time-saver and has made the process noticeably smoother for both our team and the families we support.

Service agreements were also cumbersome to manage before Splose. Creating, sending, and tracking agreements used to require several platforms and plenty of manual follow-up. With Splose, I can generate service agreements directly in the CRM, have them sent automatically, and ensure everyone receives a copy. Because everything is tracked in one place, compliance and record-keeping are much easier to stay on top of.

As a mobile practice, flexibility and accessibility are essential. Splose lets me access client information and admin tools from my computer or my phone, wherever I am. It’s made it much easier to manage my caseload efficiently, whether I’m at home, at a client’s site, or on the go.

I also really value the responsive support from the Splose team. Whenever I’ve had a question or run into a potential issue, chat support has been quick and genuinely helpful, so I can resolve things straight away and get back to focusing on my clients. Competitive pricing was another deciding factor, as Splose offers these features at a rate that makes sense for a small but growing practice.

Finally, the addition of the AI function has started saving us even more time on backend tasks, further reducing our admin load and allowing us to focus more on client care. Overall, Splose has addressed fragmented admin, manual tracking, inefficient onboarding, and a lack of flexibility. It’s made my practice more organised, efficient, and responsive, and it has genuinely improved both our workflow and the experience we can offer clients.

  ### 12. Intuitive UI, Responsive Support, and Seamless Zoom Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose is largely intuitive to use in terms of its user interface, from setup to everyday use. I appreciate that a support can be easy and quick to get on to, both a live person and the AI chat. There's also an online community via a Facebook page to ask questions and share experiences. Additionally, there is a ideas hub to post wanted features and it includes both a voting and tracking system to follow the progress of the proposed ideas. Anytime there's an issue with the performance, I receive subscribed updates. I only use a couple of the integrations such as Zoom which I've found to connect well and make it more seamless to send out appointment links and start appointments - This includes receiving a notification 5 minutes before which allows me to jump directly into the session. I'd say the pricing is reasonable for the package I receive and there are add-on options such as Splose AI.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

It'd be great to see what seems like it'd be default features to be added such as a receipt automatically sent when online bookings are made. Also, as a practitioner who sees children and adults, it'd be great to have the option to send correspondence with the parent/carer's name as the child rather than the child. I'd also like it to be more streamlined with booking and comms for other services that I do such as group supervision.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose is quite responsive to issues and ideas proposed. Overall it's helping me to to manage my clients and safely store their information in a way that I'm satisfied with.

  ### 13. Splose Centralises NDIS Scheduling, Billing, and Funding Management Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie-Morgane H. | Specialist behaviour support practitioner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose is very adapted to scheduling, billing and fund management in the context of the NDIS. I am able to quickly see how much funding is remaining for clients, and the possibility to setup funding periods is invaluable.
I also love the possibility to link in all notes and communications - I have used other CRM in previous companies, and here were multiple systems in place to complete all these tasks - centralising all in one single CRM has been the biggest time saver for me.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

When I edit appointments, it can reset to a default appointment duration - i.e: if I change the start time but want the same end time, i also need to manually re-enter the end time.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose allows me to keep an eye on funding allocations, communications, progress notes and all risk and RP assessments all in one place.
This is saving precious time - i estimate it has cut my admin time by half if not more compared to previous systems I have used

  ### 14. Splose Is Worth Its Weight in Gold for Invoicing, Booking, and NDIS Case Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron M. | Senior Practitioner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose integration with business software is flawless, the ease of the calendar booking/billing system is fantastic when it comes to invoicing. Invoicing is quick and simple to use, the user guides are simple to understand - so you can get set up the right way the first time. Such thoughtful steps for supporting practitioners and small businesses to succeed easily and cut down on administrative duties makes this program worth its weight in gold. Being able to track cases and set within NDIS funding periods is fantastic to maintain responsible use of funding. Being able to see billed vs paid invoices on the dashboard is excellent.

Customer support is fast and helpful when queries need to be resolved.
I use and rely on Splose everyday for my business - and would be lost without it.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

There are none. Splose is exactly what I need

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a sole practitioner currently, Splose cuts admin/billing tasks in half - it is my primary calendar system, it has become my cloud based client information storage, everything that I do relies on Splose - and it is a super capable platform for my needs as my business scales.

  ### 15. Intuitive, Feature-Rich CRM That Listens to Its Users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda B. | Chief Operating Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Splose is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, even when setting up more advanced features. It has a really strong set of tools that make it feel like a complete CRM rather than just a practice management system. From waitlist management and calendar scheduling through to invoicing and client records, everything is integrated into one platform.

The invoicing process is particularly quick and easy, which saves a lot of administrative time. The embedded forms feature is also fantastic and makes it simple to collect information from clients in a streamlined way. Appointment reminders are another feature we rely on heavily.

One of the things I appreciate most is the level of customisation available, particularly with progress notes and templates. This allows us to tailor documentation to suit our clinical and compliance requirements.

I also really like how community-minded the Splose team is. The Ideas Hub is a great feature where users can suggest and vote on improvements and see what the developers are currently working on. It genuinely feels like user feedback shapes the direction of the platform.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Some of the formatting options for forms and progress note templates could be improved. While the end result looks good from the user perspective, the backend formatting can sometimes be a bit harder to structure when building templates.

Progress note formatting can also shift slightly once notes are finalised, which means templates sometimes require a bit of tweaking to ensure they display well. This setup can be a little time consuming initially, although once everything is configured properly it works very well.

The waitlist function is useful but could benefit from more flexibility depending on the structure of the practice.

One feature that would be a real game changer would be an integrated task or to-do list for each practitioner that can be linked to individual clients. This would be particularly helpful for tracking things like report due dates in compliance-heavy sectors such as the NDIS. Alternatively, an integration with task management platforms like Asana or Microsoft To-Do could provide similar functionality and help streamline workflow management.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose helps streamline the operational side of running a practice by bringing multiple systems into one platform. Instead of juggling separate tools for client records, appointment scheduling, forms, reminders, and invoicing, everything is integrated in a single system. This significantly reduces administrative time and the risk of information being missed or duplicated.

For our team, the customisable progress notes and embedded forms are particularly valuable. They allow us to structure documentation in a way that supports both clinical work and compliance requirements, which is especially important in regulated sectors such as the NDIS.

The automated appointment reminders and simplified invoicing process also reduce manual admin tasks, allowing practitioners to focus more on client work rather than paperwork. Overall, Splose improves workflow efficiency, keeps information organised, and makes it much easier to manage both the clinical and business sides of the practice.

  ### 16. Streamlined Integration with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayemin D. | Speech Pathologist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2022

**What do you like best about splose?**

I love how I can always get help at the drop of a hat with Splose. I don't have to wait to get through to a busy company, and most of my problems are always solved within a short time. I also really love how responsive the team is to new suggestions and features from users. This is something I've never experienced before in a client management platform, so it's a really refreshing change. Splose has been great at integrating everything I used to use different software for into one place, like my service agreements and forms, which is great for record keeping and has really streamlined things for me. It was really easy to set up, and the help guides were great. It's nice to know that the developers care about providing a better service.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I don't have any complaints at this stage

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose integrates everything I need in one place, like service agreements and forms, which streamlines record keeping. It's really improved my workflow.

  ### 17. Constant Improvements and a User-Friendly Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charlie-Rose D. | Administration/Front Desk, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

The constant improvements are what I appreciate most. Yes, some things may not work in the way that would suit me best, but I know I can request changes and then watch as they’re developed. I also really like how user-friendly it is.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I ran into a few roadblocks with ACC, but most of them have been figured out now.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User-friendly overall. We have some casual staff who jump in for a couple of hours every few weeks, and it’s wonderful that they don’t have to struggle to find everything. It’s easy for them to locate whatever they need and get on with the job.

  ### 18. not perfect, but Splose is the best practice management software I've used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SHARELLE T. | Sole Trader, therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

It has a clean interface, the admin and helpdesk are friendly and pretty responsive, and it is fairly tailored to the major work environments that I need to work in

**What do you dislike about splose?**

It is becoming more and more responsive to bigger business I suspect, with batch invoicing and multi location appointments being the sort of focus it is taking, but not attending to long standing issues that sole traders have raised eg, around appointment scheduling and reminders

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has tried hard to implement AI for documentation assistance. This didn't assist me particularly, I found it created as much work to get very little benefit, but I appreciate that many other users have gained benefit.

  ### 19. Easy to Use and Continually Improving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I have been using Splose as our practice management software since starting my business, and it has been really easy to set up and use. The team are very responsive, open to feedback, and it is clear they are continually updating and improving their systems and processes. It has been a great platform for our practice.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

The only area I would love to see developed further is having the option to speak with someone directly over the phone when needed. The chat support team are helpful and responsive, but sometimes it would be great to be able to talk something through quickly with a person.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose helps keep our appointments, client records, invoicing and admin in one place. It saves time, keeps us organised, and makes running the practice much easier and saves lots of time

  ### 20. Splose Streamlines Appointment Management Effortlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma S. | Mental Health Social Worker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I really appreciate how Splose helps me keep track of my appointments and allows my clients to book online. It's quite helpful for keeping track of the number of appointments left in the mental health care plans. I value the booking calendar and online booking features. Keeping track of client notes, as well as communicating with GPs and clients, meets all my general client requirements. Plus, the initial setup was pretty easy, and the Splose team was lovely, helping me integrate quickly without losing much. That's something I absolutely value.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I'd really like the ability for clients to cancel their appointments themselves and get an alert when they do. Also, it would be nice to easily pull out a list of clients on a daily basis to print and place at the front desk, because without that it's a bit tricky because we share a machine among mixed allied health services.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose helps me keep track of my appointments, allows clients to book online, and manages the number of appointments left in mental health care plans. I value the booking calendar, online booking, and tracking client notes and communication.

  ### 21. Great AI Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole R. | Physiotherapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I use Splose for my day-to-day work, specifically for writing my daily entries, assessments, and managing my appointments. It saves me time, and I really like the AI functions, especially for writing my daily entries. I can dictate the session or complete a transcript, and Splose AI generates SOAP notes for me. Splose accurately picks up my accent and correctly writes what I am saying. The support from the team was good; they provided me with videos and information on setup, making it easier.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

As it has different functions, it takes a while to understand all of them.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splose for writing daily entries, managing appointments, and it saves me time with great AI functions. I can dictate sessions for SOAP notes, and it accurately captures my accent.

  ### 22. Streamlined Integration Boosts Efficiency in Clinics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom K. | Physiotherapist and Clinic Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like how Splose is very well integrated and that they use AI to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of my practice. The AI chatbot is really useful to help me find solutions to problems. If I can't find solutions, it often redirects me to real staff who are very responsive and quick at getting back to me, which helps me find a solution.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I think there could be more features on the forms that are currently available, such as the ability to easily duplicate forms and add features to these forms live, rather than having to go to the original template of the form and make edits there.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose integrates my billing, booking, scheduling, and accounting all in one place. It's well integrated and uses AI to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of my practice.

  ### 23. Complete Practice Management Software That Delivers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily B. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

It is a complete practice management software tailored for allied health so I feel like it suits the needs of my business and understands my business. The splose team is very helpful and constantly taking feedback to help improve the product which I appreciate. I know that over time it will continue to improve.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I wish that it had an app that I could use on my phone instead of needing to go through a web browser. Some features are clunky however the team works on these.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a practice management software that understands a mobile allied health practice. This makes it different from more generic software for clinics out there. Because splose is designed by and for people who have businesses like mine, it feels very intuitive to me.

  ### 24. AI-Powered Efficiency Boost with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I really like Splose's AI features; they've dramatically cut my note-taking time, which is fantastic. The platform is really fast to use, especially with these AI functions, and I find it very easy to navigate. I also love how it's naturally formatted and aligned, making it a breeze to onboard new clients and handle invoicing. Since switching, things have only improved, and I'm particularly impressed with the responsiveness of the team behind Splose. They are much more responsive than what I experienced before.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I think that a great feature is that you can email out straight to the client from your email address, but not necessarily emails coming in. That would really be nice so then all the communications are already organised into the client's file.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose solves time management issues by being faster with AI functions and is easy to use. I love the ease of onboarding new clients and invoicing.

  ### 25. Intuitive and Time-Saving Calendar Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naomi O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I use Splose as the calendar management system for my occupational therapy community practice. I find it very useful to keep track of scheduled appointments and appreciate that the automated invoicing helps prevent me from falling behind with admin tasks. I love that Splose is intuitive to use and has a lot of automated features, allowing my focus to remain on my clients rather than the admin side of running a business. I also like the color coding in the calendar and how services can be tailored. The initial setup was very easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I have not noticed anything specific.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose keeps track of scheduled appointments and automates invoicing, preventing admin delays. Its intuitive use and automated features allow me to focus on clients rather than admin tasks.

  ### 26. Affordable Practice Management Solution with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarita S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I find Splose really helpful for several things. It's very user-friendly and affordable, which is a big plus. It gives me the space to handle all my calendar bookings, whether it's for occupational therapy or assistance, and it works well for both online and in-person services. I love it for invoicing and keeping track of my income—it makes those tasks much easier. The chat support team is fantastic, especially when I want to set something new up or do something different; they guide me effectively. The ease of use extends to setting up new forms, integrations, and services with their guidance or using the chatbot. The travel fee organization is quite efficient too. Overall, setting up was simple, and I had a lot of support, making it intuitive to use.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Each time I add a new practitioner, I have to pay more, which makes sense, but it's also a little bit of a challenge for a small business. And also with the AI that's additional, so I haven't used that feature yet, but I would like to explore that. Also, it's a little tricky with the SMS notification. So when my customers get an SMS notification, they can't reply to that. So it's not two way. And I end up sometimes missing cancellations or responses to my reminder messages.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splose for organizing calendar bookings, submitting online forms and service agreements, managing invoicing, and scheduling Zoom calls. It helps streamline my practice management tasks, making it essential for clinic and home visits, and organizing travel fees.

  ### 27. Great AI Integration with Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhys B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I really like Splose's AI integration. The AI tools are really, really great, particularly in how they make it much easier to write notes and letters. The transcription feature works really well, and when everything is used together, it's great. I find it super handy how exercises I give in sessions automatically get logged, and all those notes can be used again with the AI tool for writing referrals and letters, which makes it really, really easy. I'm impressed with how Splose takes feedback well and this keeps us from wanting to change to another product.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I find that sometimes the recording doesn't work properly and it doesn't upload, so I often have to download the recording, refresh the progress note, and then reupload it. Also, sometimes, it doesn't really pick up previous notes, so I have to copy information from previous notes into the AI chat to get it to properly pick things up.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose makes writing notes and letters easier with AI, logging session exercises automatically and integrating previous notes for seamless referrals and updates. It simplifies my workflow.

  ### 28. Splose Streamlines Appointments and Agreements with a Fabulous AI Assistant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

What I love most about Splose is that any changes I made in an appt can be applied to its subsequent instantly;

furthermore, splose integrated some work we used to do at different platforms, such as sending off Service Agreement, which enhanced efficiency.

With overlapping appt (due to travel before time), Splose displays them interlaced which is very smart.

Last but not the least, Bobbi the AI assistant is fabulous, he always answered my enquiry correctly.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

There are some functions Splose currently don't have, which I found very handy, for example: there is no search filter with a client's NDIS no. to help me quickly track a client; I can't quickly check a therapist's case list; the weekly KPI is not displaying on each therapist's calendar.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose helped us integrate some work at the same one platform, which makes our work more efficient.

  ### 29. Nearly ideal solution for my IBCLC work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Very good support, is amazing to have my bookings/client records in one place and most things work intuitively.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

have had to invent a "clinic" address despite me visiting clients in their own home as it's very much designed to clinic based practitioners, and wiggle room as work with parents & baby so ideally would have x2 clients linked for records

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

having had bookings/notes in different places, the benefits of them all being together/filed in ordered way saves me time, plus having been able to design my notes template means I save time when recording visits and can easily share them with families.

  ### 30. Efficient Clinical Software with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** renuka d. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I find Splose very easy for tracking appointments and invoices, which is essential for my physiotherapy business. I like its invoicing features and the ability to connect to different softwares. The AI features also stand out to me as particularly beneficial. Setup was very easy, and the chat option really helped make things smooth.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I wish the text messaging for appointment reminders was free. I'd also like AI notes writing features like some other software have.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Splose makes tracking appointments and invoices very easy and helps manage different settings like clinics, schools, and home visits.

  ### 31. Simple and Customizable, But Integration Charges Disappoint

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I find Splose to be very simple to use and customizable, and its appearance is appealing. The initial setup was very easy, simple, and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I think the thing that you have to be careful with Splose is if someone books online and pays online, you have to pay a separate charge to Splose, not just the charge from Square or Stripe. You also have to pay a separate percentage to Splose for each payment, which I don't think is a good thing. Also, I guess the integration could be improved to connect it to a few more softwares (like freeagent).

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Splose very simple to use, customizable, and I can automate many steps. It solves all my needs as a solo practitioners, from booking online, payment, note taking, etc. It made my work straightforward .

  ### 32. Great Practice Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kaveri p.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I find Splose very useful for handling all my practice management as a dietitian. It solves a lot of admin issues and invoicing so much quicker and integrates well with Xero and my calendar, saving me smart time. The AI feature is very helpful for doing notes and documentation, saving a lot of time, and the SMS feature for sending reminders is also very helpful, relieving me from admin time. The initial setup was quite good with a very good one-on-one session with a team member and helpful videos, making it easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I'm not able to very well understand the linking with all the invoices with Xero, and that's not still working with me 100%. If there is something less complicated, that would be really good. It's really difficult to send forms like a service agreement and the intake form if they are not embedded. Sending them in a PDF format or a link for easy filling could be less complicated. I would love to be able to use Splose with my meal planning software, but it doesn't at the moment. Also, it could be expensive for some people, especially if they are not using AI features or telehealth.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splose for practice management as a dietitian. It solves admin issues and speeds up invoicing with Xero integration, saving time. The AI feature helps with notes and documentation, while SMS reminders reduce admin workload.

  ### 33. Efficient and User-Friendly with Room for Email Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kendra D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I chose Splose because of the competitive pricing, automation features, and online booking portal. The system is user-friendly. I appreciate the ease of use, automation, and visual appeal that prompted my team to switch from Halaxy. The initial setup was very easy, and Splose provided good support.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I would like two-way email communication, and the option to delay send emails during office hours.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splose for automation, online booking, and client management, which makes my private practice more efficient. The competitive pricing and user-friendly system enhance these benefits further.

  ### 34. Streamlined Practice Management with Splose

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jedediah O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I really like how Splose makes setting up appointments easy and how it integrates AI with appointments and notes, which helps with note-taking. I also appreciate how it keeps everything in one place, making everything streamlined. The inclusion of text messaging, clinical notes, appointments, and emailing all in one platform is great. Using the AI bot helped me sort out the setup, even though it was tricky initially.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Setting up text messages for multiple family members under one number can be tricky. If I put the parent's number down for the child, it shows up as multiple messages being sent or received. This process makes it hard to directly send a message to the client parent.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose keeps all my practice management tasks, like setting up appointments, note-taking, text messaging, and emailing, in one place to streamline everything.

  ### 35. Splose Makes Allied Health Workflows Easy and Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

Absolutely love using Splose. The layout is super easy to use, even if you are new to the software. The help guides and chat support are great because they give you visual steps to answer your questions. Since I started using it, I’ve become much more efficient in my practice, and I love that it’s built specifically for allied health. It’s also great knowing it’s a local Adelaide business. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I guess the pricing is steep when you're beginning out.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client management and invoicing.

  ### 36. Easy, Intuitive Scheduling with Effortless Billing and Invoicing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katrina M. | Service Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I find scheduling appointments to be easy and intuitive. Billing and invoicing is very easy, compared to other systems I have used.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

It would be helpful to have more flexibility in personalisation across features, options, and templates. For example, the placeholders available in templates feel limited depending on the template type, the appointment status' are restrictive and you cannot limit the services available to each client/case. It would also be nice if it integrated better with outlook.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been a huge time saver and our visibility of appointments, communication, invoices and payments have never been better.

  ### 37. User-Friendly, Innovative, and Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy H. | Occupational Therapist and Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I appreciate that Splose is super easy to use for managing my clients, documentation, and payments. It's user-friendly, community-oriented, and innovative. Splose keeps adding useful new features, inviting user feedback, and is very helpful through the user Facebook group. The integration with Xero saves me from manually reconciling invoice payments. The initial setup was easy, and I highly recommend it with a 10 out of 10 score.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I'm still having teething issues with using the integrated AI, but that's probably as much me as it is Splose. I'm having trouble with it distinguishing between different people speaking when I use it to transcribe client appointments. I'm still figuring out what is needed to solve the problem, but it's a minor issue.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose makes it super easy to manage my clients, legal documentation, and invoicing, streamlining my workflow as an occupational therapist.

  ### 38. Effortless Invoicing, Learning Curve for Full Potential

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yvonne C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I really appreciate the financial side of Splose; it's really easy to write invoices, make sure I'm getting paid, and the reports to show how much I'm earning are fabulous. I also found that since I started using the AI on Splose, it has made leaving case notes so much easier. Overall, I found the system quite good, and the initial setup was quite easy, especially putting in customers and clients, and archiving files, which hasn't been an issue.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I think it would be great if we could have somewhere to record small amounts of time we're working with people. I have to keep records for that myself. Note keeping was a little bit difficult, I couldn't seem to work out how to do that. There were a couple of things I couldn't put in during setup, like notes on the client page and ABNs.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love Splose for its financial side, making invoices and tracking payments easy. The AI has simplified my note-keeping, making it much easier to leave case notes.

  ### 39. Essential Platform for Billing, Progress Notes & NDIS Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I love how easy Splose is to use. I also appreciate how it integrates with the NDIS portal. It's great for tracking billing and staff performance. It saves hours of time, making it efficient for my needs.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I wish we had a longer time to change progress notes rather than just twenty-four hours. It would be great to have up to seven days. This allows for time to receive progress notes from other allied health professionals in the team who may have been on a case conference with you.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose is excellent for my practitioners to enter all their billing, integrates with the NDIS portal, and tracks billing and staff performance, saving hours of time. It's easy to use, especially by staff across different ages, making our workflow seamless.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

When you use the chat (bobby) you cant just minimise it, you have to exit out of it which is a pain when youre doing a step by step instruction

Invoicing ACC and speed of doing admin/notes

  ### 41. Streamlined Invoicing with Seamless QuickBooks Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zac L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I just like the completely streamlined invoicing and the integration with QuickBooks; it saves me a hell of a lot of time. That's probably my favorite feature, acting like an admin assistant. The setup was incredibly easy, taking no time at all.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

It could be improved for people who are multidisciplinary by allowing you to build other people easier through patching voice and in calendar entries.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose streamlines invoicing, provides calendar visibility for the team, simplifies paperwork storage for clients, and helps keep us calm.

  ### 42. Streamlined Practice Management with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like that Splose is relatively straightforward and intuitive, making it easy to use for practice management tasks. I also appreciate the 'continuous improvement' approach they have towards the software. Having the calendar, clinical notes, and client details all in one spot is a big plus for me, as it means I can find all the information I need, whether it's regarding my client or another team member. This setup increases efficiency and transparency, which I find very valuable.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

I miss being able to drag busy blocks and would like to allow certain busy blocks to count towards utilization targets when running reports.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splose to manage my practice with features like calendar, clinical notes, and client details all in one spot, increasing efficiency and transparency.

  ### 43. Intuitive UI, Easy Online Booking, and NDIS-Ready Invoicing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

User interface, ease of online booking pages for clients, and invoice template compatible with NDIS requirements

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Currently there's no feature to create distinct episodes of care for clients. If a client has been discharged and returns to receive supports with us again, I can't sort or filter progress notes relating to their first episode of care or treatment period to their second care episode. There's also no task to-do list feature - this feels super important as after every therapy sessio, there are 'next steps' I have to take specific to each client. I would like there to be a practitioner to-do list where I can add and tick off tasks (as in a simple checklist note).

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their recent launch of the multiple booking pages has been SUPER helpful - thank you!

  ### 44. Streamlined Practice Management with Stellar Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madeline B. | Speech Pathologist and Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like splose for making admin easy and the way it handles automations and integrations. The Microsoft teams integration is great because it means not having to send telehealth reminders manually. The Xero integrations make accounting easy for me, and I find the two-way SMS feature very helpful. I also love their new performance metrics. The initial setup was quite easy, especially with help from the splose team, and splose offers all the tools I need, so I don't have to use any other software.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

nothing

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose makes admin easy, automates tasks like telehealth reminders, simplifies accounting with Xero integration, and provides two-way SMS, which is hugely beneficial.

Easy to navigate and use, very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Limited reporting capabilities.
Can only have 1 calendar open at a time.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working on how to integrate non face to face billable time into the calendars for invoicing.

  ### 46. Streamlined Practice Management with Advanced Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like that Splose seems to be more advanced than other practice management systems we've used. I also think its integrations with Google Calendar and Xero work well.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

We sometimes wish that the timeline of improvements would be faster.

  ### 49. Easy Invoicing and Powerful Admin Automation for Sole Traders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about splose?**

I like how easy it is to send invoices, rebook clients and automate lots of administrative processes as a sole trader. I like that you can chat to support anytime and the AI feature that will help you navigate the website.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

The UX is not completely optimized, and it definitely takes more time getting used to than a standard clinic software. However, once you become familiar, you realize how much greater it is then other practice management softwares. I also don’t like how when you press to rebook or repeat occurrences the default is “daily”, it should be weekly.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves handling practice management as a sole trader with no dedicated admin team.

The AI chat feature is really helpful, and helped me navigate the areas of my business really easily. Also, the initial setup was quite smooth and well supported.

**What do you dislike about splose?**

Sometimes some of the emailing can be a little bit confusing as certain emails are only available from certain pages.

**What problems is splose solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splose automates a lot of my processes and saves me a lot of time in admin for my private practice.
