**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

I work with several different companies, which means I manage a large number of social profiles and SocialBee has made this so much easier. The platform is extremely organized, allowing me to categorize everything clearly and keep a complete overview without feeling overwhelmed. I also really appreciate the content approval flow. Even though I’m mostly working solo, it’s great to have a structured system where drafts, approvals, and final versions are clearly separated. It helps keep everything organized when handling multiple companies.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Because SocialBee offers so many advanced features, it took me a little time to get familiar with everything. It’s not really a downside but more something to keep in mind when starting out.

It helps me manage multiple brands from one place, stay organized, keep consistent branding, and work efficiently from both desktop and mobile. The AI-powered Co-Pilot that adapts to your brand voice is a huge time saver as well.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

SocialBee has been a game-changer for managing our multi-brand social presence. I had used Crowdfire previously, and the difference was immediate and positive. The interface is clean, intuitive, and built for efficiency. It allows us to customize content by platform (especially for LinkedIn, which is our main B2B channel) while maintaining a consistent brand voice. I really appreciate how easy it is to organize content into categories for campaigns, blogs, and educational posts. The scheduling tools are flexible, and the ability to recycle evergreen content saves a lot of time. Their customer support is excellent, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping you get more out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Overall, SocialBee has been excellent, but having greater control over posts once they’re live on their respective platforms would be a great addition in the future. For example, being able to edit or adjust a post’s formatting or tagging directly from within SocialBee would streamline management across channels. Post-publishing control further evaluates the platform.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialBee allows us to maintain a strong and consistent thought-leadership presence for our brands without needing a full-time social media manager. I can batch content for two or three weeks at a time, schedule it all in advance, and trust that our posts will go out across all primary channels, especially LinkedIn, where most of our audience is. It’s helped us stay visible between campaigns, promote webinars and product updates, and keep engagement steady.

Please do not use this company, they are costing you money, because I have sceduled videos on their platform untill mid December and their system got stuck, and there is a glitch in the system, and they are costing me money and I pay them a monhtly fee for videos getting stuck, and videos that sends out by themselves, more than 5 times a day, Now I need to send out all 31 videos individually, where I do not have the time to do that. Please refrain from using them. They are not that helpful.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

I've been using SocialBee for a little over 3 years now and it's been an absolute game changer. I can easily manage multiple social media accounts for various clients while avoiding content duplication issues. It's also important that I mention how easy it was to implement SocialBee into my teams work flow. As a daily user it's important that I receive customer support in a timely manor should I need it and the SocialBee team is always there for me and fast to resolve any issues or answer any questions that I have.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

There's really nothing that I dislike about social be. If there were one thing I would like to see added to social bee it would be more storage for storing media and the ability to organize that media into folders so I can easily access that media when writing posts. There is currently media storage available but it's limited.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialBee greatly reduced the amount of time that it would take me to post to multiple social media accounts on a daily basis. Instead of logging into individual client accounts and having hundreds of tabs open, I simply launch SocialBee and create my posts within the posting feature. I absolutely LOVE the ability to create different variations and add content to multiple social channels within the same posting window. This saves me at least 20 hours a week.

**What do you like best about SocialBee?**

I like that I can post across multiple social media platforms at once, and customize each. It is simple enough for someone like me who isn't a super tech wiz to use and figure out without having to watch tons of training videos. It was very easy to implement and immediately start using. I also love that you can upgrade to Concierge Bee or other options if you want to hire someone to help (which I did for several months, and would go back to again!). Customer service has been excellent every time I've reached out.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

I would appreciate more functionality in seeing all of the posts in one calendar, rather than per account, but they are adding this functionality soon.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SocialBee helps me save time, which is invaluable. I am able to post across my various social media platforms, and when combined with batch creation of content, it means that a couple times a month, I can spend a few hours creating everything for the following two weeks or so, and then schedule it all to post in SocialBee. It helps to create consistency and show that my brand is dependable and gets the content in front of people who want to see it. Before, I'd post here and there and only on maybe two platforms where I could easily cross-post (for example, posting primarily in Instagram and cross-posting to Facebook). Now I am able to seriously build my Pinterest (which I'd been putting off for years!!), LinkedIn, and other profiles with ease.

SocialBee is a great tool for scheduling social media content, and monitoring results. If I ever have any concerns with the service, their customer service is able to jump in very quickly and support me which is greatly appreciated. I check it every day.

Sometimes I feel that the social media scheduling can be a little cumbersome, but for the most part setting up a schedule and creating the content to be automatically published does work. If there are any issues, their customer service takes care of it quickly.

Using SocialBee media has helped me save time by posting social media to multiple accounts in one location. Their engagement tools also help safe time by understanding where people are commenting on my posts and what they're saying.

Without a doubt, the ability to categorise content and turn content into evergreen is an absolute time saver. Working in the non-profit organisation space, we do not have big budgets and platforms like Social Bee that can save time on repetitive tasks are really appreciated. They also offer generous discounts for NGOs.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

To be honest, there is not much to dislike. To be pedantic, I would say there is a learning curve and because the platform is so powerful, it might seem more difficult than it is... BUT Social Bee support is pretty amazing, without spending a dollar, they extended my trial, jumped onto a Zoom call at an indecent hour for them to suit my timezone (Down under in Australia) and stepped me through, after which, everything made more logical sense. The UI is undergoing an update, and I am looking forward to the new UI.

I’ve been using SocialBee for years now, across multiple businesses, and it continues to be one of my favorite tools in the stack. It’s full-featured without being overwhelming, and it just works — consistently and reliably.

What I really appreciate is how the platform keeps evolving. The team clearly listens to user feedback, and every update brings smart improvements without disrupting what already works well. Whether I’m scheduling evergreen content, organising different brands, or collaborating with a team, SocialBee has made it simple.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

There are a couple of things I’d love to see improved. There’s no drag-and-drop option to reorder posts in a queue, which would make content planning feel smoother. Editing draft posts can be a little sluggish at times, and occasionally video previews don’t load as expected.

But none of those are deal-breakers, just areas I hope will get some polish in future updates. Overall, SocialBee is a solid, dependable choice for social media scheduling, and I’ve happily used it for years.

The best part is that it saves me so much time, since I have 4 businesses that I need to make posts for, and each business has multiple accounts. It means I can do all my work in advance instead of frequently logging into each separate account.

Sometimes things don't save, and I have to redo posts or categories which can be annoying and time consuming.

It is allowing me to have more free time because I can schedule all social media posts in one place, and at the same time rather than invididually logging into each account, which would be super time consuming. It benefits me because I can spend more time on other parts of my job, and also means I put more effort into the posts I create.

Comprehensive social media management platform with all features including AI content generation, details analytics, and social inbox. SocialBee belongs to the top contenders in the market segment with and covers all relevant functionalities. Integration is easy. Implementation with relevant platforms straight forward. Customer support is fast and responsive. The scheduling function makes it possible to use the application as daily driver.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

Some functions are unnecessarily hidden and complicated to find, e.g. first comment, or hashtag adjustment. Other SMM are a bit easier to handle in that respect. If asked about potential improvements I would probably wish for integration of social listening.

Relatively affordable compared to its competitors, might have a little bit of a learning curve but I really like the recycling content as well as the unified inbox.

More user-friendly design hopefully. Even tho the customer support was helpful, I wish they were a little bit faster in terms of replies.

Not only did they respond to my email within a few hours… they created a five minute video for me doing it in my account so I could see where I needed to go to find the information that I needed. They responded back with this video the same day!!

There isn’t just one calendar where you can see all of your posts for all your accounts at the same time. However, they are working on adding that option.

I like the ability to post on multiple platforms from one place.  The dashboard will prompt you if you need to make changes to comply with a certain channels rules.  Getting started was a breeze as well.  Once you connect your accounts, you are ready to start posting your content.  

I like the personal response to the feedback I shared. Any type of support I've needed has been helpful and quick.  

I'm looking forward to using this more strategically.

The only thing I dislike is not having the amount of content necessary to really capitalize on this tool.  When upgrading to a plan with more accounts, it wasn't clearly stated that you would pay a prorated amount for the upgrade.  i.e. the 5 account plan to the 10 account plan.

SocialBee is helping me have a presence on social media!  I've been attemping* to post from my phone but life doesn't allow that to happen and to stay present. I've tried a few social posting management solutions, and what I love about Social Bee is that you can tag your post with a category and schedule it by category. It makes it easy to create 30 posts that are "quotations" and put them in an ongoing rotation to post twice a week, for example, and then another category, "case studies" or "launch sequence," and schedule them separately. Then, see them all on a calendar!

I have posts going out several times a week, and I don't have to touch it. 

Also easy to integrate RSS feeds into the mix so my podcasts and blog posts are automatically picked up. 

Chrome extension makes it easy to quickly do a post at the moment. 

Very cool.

Oh, and automation with zapier and pabbly seal the deal. I can create a post that automatically announces when new members join my organization.

**What do you dislike about SocialBee?**

I think the hashtag collection features need a bit better integration and it took a minute to figure out the framing of categories to posts, but once the lightbulb went off, I was in.

My posts are on automatic a lot of the time. Two posts a week, 100 posts - you're done for the year for you basic rythme of posting. You can easily add point in time or campiagns that layer over the baseline posting.

I've spent the past couple of months trying out most of the social media schedulers out there, searching for the functionalities and automation I need. I'm trying to automate as much as possible, set up very varied categories of content, and then have those publish at specific set times and patterns. I was thrilled to find that SocialBee not only has them all, but they're setup exactly the way my brain thinks about them. It's a giant relief to have come across them.

The support resources for learning the product are excellent, and the team seems super responsive and genuinely interested in bettering the product.

As a solo entrepreneur I was hoping for the pricing to be a bit less, but it's manageable and justifiable. I'm using the mid-tier as I want more platforms.

The service/product UI could use a bit of a refresh visually just for user pleasantness, but it's all very clear and easy to follow.

I think their visual branding could be improved, the web pages come across as a tad bit dated and not as appealing as some competitors. This of course has no bearing on the product itself.

**What problems is SocialBee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared to other social media schedulers, they use content categories extremely well, and can set specific conditions for them, such as how they're posted on each platform. As I publish very varied content, this is something I absolutely need so that I can automate as much as possible. They also make reusing old content easy which is also a must for me. It's so bad if you can't reuse all the work you've done previously, if the content has the potential to be evergreen.
