**What do you like best about ShiftWorx?**

Inexpensive and immediate.  FreePoint's ShiftWorx is a great product to get started with an IOT project.  They provide a small device that connects directly to your machines that monitor whether the machine is operating or down. The device will seamlessly communicate to an azure cloud every millisecond and provide real-time visibility and performance to the operator. Most shops will have this on dashboard monitors or cell phones. The benefit is truly for the operators who now know if they are doing a good job and strive to 'pain the bar blue' 

**What do you dislike about ShiftWorx?**

ShiftWorx does have API's but no out of the box integration to any of the major ERP platforms on the market. It only captures up time and down time.  This limits functionality in a repetitive environment as typically you would want to capture production cycle times.

**Recommendations to others considering ShiftWorx:**

Great way to get started with the internet of things.  Connecting your machines to computers has never been easier.
