Invoices creation, payment registration and signing con contracts **What do you dislike about Sellsy?** I don't like the fact that sometimes, in automatic mode for subscriptions invoices, they are not sent and we cannot see in the emails if it was sent or not. Even though I receive an email saying it was sent, I can't find it in the email section in Sellsy **What problems is Sellsy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Invoicing, payment registration, everything related to sales administration ### 6. It offered easy invoicing features and was good for customer relationship management. **What do you dislike about Sellsy?** There was nothing that stood out that I disliked about Sellsy however I would say it is more of a basic CRM system for smaller businesses. **Recommendations to others considering Sellsy:** If you are a smaller business looking to grow I would recommend Sellsy. **What problems is Sellsy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sellsy offered the ability to solve customer issues in real time. Its color and UI design are looking good and easy to use. User interfaces frequent updates with improvements quick review of the Invoice/offers/orders with efficient filters It is definitely an all-in-one software that does everything I need it to. It is easy to use and intuitive. It's got great stats and analytics. It helps our sales and marketing team significantly. Highly recommend it. Great customer service too. I have to mention the customer relations team first as they have been incredibly helpful and responsive. Overall a fantastically made software that is designed well and delivers solid results. I use Sellsy for several months and it's complete. I don't need other tools for daily management. I recommend it! **What do you dislike about Sellsy?** Nothing to say any dislike reason. Overall sellsy works well and is a stable platform. Nice UI and we never experienced any downtime with the product. Anything I have not criticized in detail below can be considered to work perfectly or has not been tested by us. Sellsy commented on my review almost demanding that I should write about what is great? For the record, any sellsy feature I do not mention in the cons section below should be considered as on par with competition or better. I am not here to promote sellsy nor am I getting paid for my review. **Recommendations to others considering Sellsy:** No other Recommendations **What problems is Sellsy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes the additional features take time to really learn, but I figure, that's to be expected. There's nothing bad I have to say about Sellsy. However, I do know that it is a nice product and it fits best for companies that want to use a great variety of features. ### 8. Even for old customers (like me). They did this during summer holidays to avoid people noticing them too soon. I contacted the support, which lied to me (in contradiction with CEO's declaration). They also doubled the price. No chance to avoid it. **Recommendations to others considering Sellsy:** Check you cannot use another solution. Double check it.
