I don't have to look for new templates anywhere else. So far so good. ### 2. Roger, cut the time to signature to minutes instead of days. I highly recommend it and the team is easy to work with and receptive to feedback. We had new features fast and up to date with their roadmap. **What do you dislike about Roger?** Our enterprise sales contracts are complicated and each one is a little different. It was difficult to use for this particular contract when they launched but we have no doubt that these agreements will migrate this year. **Recommendations to others considering Roger:** Don't buy anything else without a demo or trying Roger. Love it! **What problems is Roger solving and how is that benefiting you?** Set it up and forget about it, we can quickly send out new contracts and user authorizations that guide a user through the agreement with plain English descriptions from open to signed. Time from open to signature went from days to minutes. ### 3. It's so fast and so convenient. I'm adding my required field and just hit send to all my contacts. **What do you dislike about Roger?** Nothing I can think of right now. They're doing an amazing job. In case anything comes up, I will edit my review at a later time to reflect that. By developing a template with fillable fields with the Roger team beforehand, we can focus the customer call on the specifics of the letter of intent that are unique to them. When we finish discussing specifics, we send the customer the letter of intent while still on the call. By the time they see the agreement, they already know what's in it, and Roger makes it sleek and easy for them to sign. **What do you dislike about Roger?** It's a little rough that we can't build the template agreements ourselves, but the Roger team smooths this out by keeping a clear line of communication open and implementing necessary changes to contracts very quickly. **What problems is Roger solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past, we would draft letters of intent for customers after a conversation with them, but the difficulty of signing a pdf and the unfamiliarity of the details of the letter made it so few letters were returned. Roger solves this by making it so easy to tailor and sign the letter. ### 5. It only takes a few clicks to send an agreement, and I can see right away if it has been sent or signed. We send out around 15 agreements a week to contractors and Roger allows for a super-easy way for them to sign them. **What do you dislike about Roger?** I have very few complaints about Roger but I am hoping that Roger will eventually integrate with HRIS systems so that I can connect contractor or employee accounts to include their signed documents. **What problems is Roger solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem Roger solves for us is helping us stay compliant and get all of our agreements signed in time. Roger also stores and holds onto all of the signed agreements, and I can download them later if I need to access them. I realized after using Roger how much time I was spending tracking down people who needed to sign agreements and stressing over where to store that document. ### 7. Super simple and quick. The team is amazing and responsive, and the platform makes it easy to sign from your phone. **What do you dislike about Roger?** Wish I could delete or remove docs that are not going to be signed, as well as employees no longer a part of my org. It just makes things a little messy in the dash. **Recommendations to others considering Roger:** Be aware that they have to upload all documents and tags for you. It is quick but there is no customization once part of your library. Other than that, an excellent buy for us. **What problems is Roger solving and how is that benefiting you?** Speed up the sales cycle, and make the sale process more polished and concise, all while improving conversion percentage and time when a deal is in the final stages. ### 8. Previously, I had to edit a Google Doc, save it as a PDF, and email it manually. **What do you dislike about Roger?** It costs a little more than the budget solutions out there, but the time savings are worth it to me. I would also like to customize the email template in my signature requests. **What problems is Roger solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefits to my business are: - time savings for me when onboarding new employees, consultants, or contractors. - faster turnaround time to get new-hire paperwork signed, since the new hires just need to click one button instead of figuring out how to print and scan a PDF. - automatically saving all the signed contracts in one place, so I don't have to download and organize them in Google Drive. ### 10. I had to edit docs in Word, upload to PDF then send via DocuSign. It was also an ugly and janky experience for my clients. Roger fixes all of it. I can edit and send agreements in seconds and Roger's friendly mobile-first experience makes signing super easy for my clients. **What do you dislike about Roger?** They have missing features like advanced team share and workflow automation. The agreement email tracking feature is very granular, which is super helpful to our agents to follow up on specific prospects based on email activity. The team is super responsive and always ready to help! **What do you dislike about Roger?** The Agreements Dashboard can have even better view/filtering options and have more features to track when agreements were originally sent and resent to track signup dates accordingly **What problems is Roger solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking and follow up of agreements sent was a challenge especially when we could not reach our prospects and we dealt with lengthy sales cycle with multiple follow ups. With the 1-click signup and powerful email tracking features of roger we have seen reduced time to signup and higher velocity of signed agreements! ### 12. They are very user friendly, and our recipients are able to quickly fill out and submit them. **What do you dislike about Roger?** I am tech savvy, and I would prefer more features available to me on the back end to edit the templates themselves. It's been great at getting our customers to sign agreements faster and at higher rates of conversion as well as having partner companies to sign NDAs and scopes of work (SOWs) that have only a few variables. **What do you dislike about Roger?** Roger works really great and as advertised. There are still more features on their roadmap (that they're delivering on crazy fast!) around their API development. **Recommendations to others considering Roger:** Use Roger if you want to increase conversion of simple agreements for signature with a few variable fields! **What problems is Roger solving and how is that benefiting you?** Roger makes conversion of client agreements higher. The other thing I like is that with the contract templates, the contracts always look clean and sleek vs. dragging boxes I onto DocuSign, which end up making the contract look unprofessional and quite frankly, embarrassing. **What do you dislike about Roger?** They should build out sequential signing. **Recommendations to others considering Roger:** I like how sleek, intuitive and user-friendly it is, reflecting my company's brand.
