"Dynamic Collaboration Tool with Stellar Speed"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I like how Revizto doesn't force me into a single way of doing things. There are multiple avenues to go down for a single solution, which makes it really helpful to address various issues. It's a wide dynamic tool, allowing us to make adjustments on the fly and develop new workflows as we go. It's also really cool within our team since having multiple people using the same program means we can share ideas and different workflows, bouncing ideas back and forth, which is super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I don't like that the measurement tool only allows one measurement. It would be awesome if you could have multiple measurements coming off of one measurement in the same view. Just having that single view option is a bummer. One other area would be the Procore integration. Right now, to my knowledge, it only connects to Procore documents. It would be really nice if we were able to plug it directly into the Procore drawings rather than the documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revizto: Empowering Collaboration and BIM Integration"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I really appreciate Revizto's ability to facilitate more connected coordination and collaboration. The advanced automation features significantly reduce the time to resolve problems. I love the 2D to 3D overlays and the ease of use in moving between these formats; it allows for more contextual understanding of issues and helps resolve them faster. I find the integrations particularly adept at letting everyone see problems and issues regardless of their proficiency with 3D modeling. Revizto truly democratizes the BIM model. The navigation through the model can be done in various ways, which means all project team members can access model information. The initial setup of a project is very simple, making it easy to start using the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I think some of the visibility settings are a bit problematic. With such a robust tool, sometimes the filters or the appearance profilers tend to get long, and it would be helpful to condense them or put those in folders or create profiles for different people. "Streamlined Coordination and QC Enhancements"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I like the graphic processing speed of Revizto when opening and navigating the model. It's really helpful that laser scan models are available on a cloud server for everyone to view without needing setup on their end. As a general contractor, I appreciate that everything is on one platform with all the great APIs, which makes sharing current information easy and eliminates the need to train team members on linking point clouds or being limited in how they can view them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

The metadata around zones could be a little more flexible to allow you to categorize objects in a sub zone of a larger zone for planning and isolation. I also wish we could set up certain view settings for the 2D workspace so certain sheets can either be shared or not shared with the overall project. Additionally, it would be good if objects could be manually tagged or not with additional zones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revizto: Unmatched Coordination and Viewer Capability"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I find Revizto's MEP Coordination and clash detection really robust. I love the ability to share and track issues without needing extra plugins. The Viewer capability is impressive, providing more power on various devices than other products. It allows the field access to the model and gives designers all the detail they need, eliminating the need for separate coordination/install models. The centralized project data repository for models and scans, along with the flexibility of the Issue Tracker, adds tremendous value to our projects. The built-in issue tracker has solid features and the clash detection and automation tools are much more robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I don't like being unable to link projects to each other for building/site boundary conditions. The transition and training of new users was a big effort and challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Collaboration with Geolocation and Issue Tracking"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I use Revizto for clash detection and issue tracking on large projects, which helps avoid individuals tracking issues in multiple formats by creating a single source of truth for the project. I love the ease of using the software and how quickly I can train teams and set up scheduled exports, which saves us time. I really appreciate the ability to connect all the models using geolocation and control tags for organization, ensuring alignment without manual tweaking and allowing us to organize and filter issues quickly in a large team. The initial setup was very easy, and the Revizto team was very helpful with questions and onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I find Revizto's ability to handle larger models challenging. We sometimes deal with models that are 30GB combined, and it struggles to process these quickly without crashing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Effective Coordination, But Some UI And Functions Need Improvement"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I really like Revizto's issue tracking feature. It gives a clear delineation of who is in charge of what and outlines what needs to be done. It's perfect for tracking how we get to the finish line and staying on top of everything in our business. I also find the ability to integrate 2D and 3D overlays within Revizto very useful, especially for quick comparisons between contract drawings and the 3D universe, which can be tricky for some people to grasp. The integration of these overlays makes it easier. The appearance templates are great too, allowing us to set up different views, which helps in seeing how the project started versus how it's currently coordinated. This gives us insights into what was, versus what is, and enables us to make everything uniform and clear across our projects. The ability to view, hide, and set up different appearance templates for 3D models is really critical and helpful for all stakeholders in the construction process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I think the user interface of Revizto still could use some improvements. I feel like the app was built by engineers and not by graphic designers. Features are there, but they are not necessarily done well or clearly. There's all sorts of quirks that need to be resolved to make the app simpler to use and more consistent. I think the initial setup for Revizto is one of the most difficult parts for the program. It's not simple to get into because there's so many different features. It takes a big lift on the front end. "Centralized Collaboration with Robust Automation"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I use Revizto for collaboration coordination, clash detection, progress tracking, and quantity take-off. I like how it centralizes all the information into one hub, ensuring that there's always the latest and greatest information available for everyone. It lets multiple stakeholders collaborate without needing to leave the platform. I really appreciate the automation features. They make the entire clash detection process a lot more efficient, saving time on categorizing issues. The issue automation also helps reduce time in managing external stakeholders like consultants and trades, ensuring they remain on top of their issues and coordination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I find the limitations with custom properties frustrating. The lack of date type properties can lead to data errors that break dashboards. Also, there was quite a learning curve when we first started using Revizto, although we've improved implementation over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Coordination with Revizto"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I really value Revizto as a complete tool, as it helps centralize communication with my clients through its issue tracker. The ability to update 3D models for everyone to see the latest versions is excellent. I also like using it as a 2D file repository, which works very well, allowing us to exchange markups and use the overlay tool. Revizto's multiple tools, like the 2D file repository, great 3D model view, and the fact that everything is stored in the cloud, replace a lot of other solutions like Autodesk ACC and Navisworks, making my workflow much smoother. The learning curve was fast, and I’d highly recommend it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I've worked on a project where the GC decided to use Revizto for the VDC coordination. The problem is that there is no way to 'bridge' two projects in Revizto. So all trades are publishing in the GC’s Revizto environment, but if I need to get all models into my internal Revizto, the only way is for exporting an IFC and importing again. Revizto could make that easier. I like the idea of creating a parallel environment to allow subcontractors to have their own environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Onboarding and Robust Collaboration"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I use Revizto as a general contractor to manage our digital construction projects coordination and clash detection. I appreciate its faster clash detection and tracking. The collaboration platform with 2D and 3D reviews is useful. I really like that Revizto is simple and easy to learn, which makes it fast to know exactly where I am in the project, identify what the problem is, and follow along with its progress. It also makes onboarding faster for both my internal team and subcontractors, which has been a big pain point in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I think Revizto needs more integration with Procore so we can better utilize the tracking in the field for reviews and punch list items. Currently, we can only elevate to RFIs, and it would be awesome to use it for deficiencies and observations with direct links to the drawings folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Coordination, Needs Improved Integration"
What do you like best about Revizto?

I find the augmented reality features in Revizto super interesting. They are not just for BIM coordinators but help the field team by overlapping the 2D and 3D models, making it easier to find solutions on-site and understand if people respect the coordination. It really helps us to make better understandings on-site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revizto?

I have some limitations about linking the sealed sign plan from Oracle to Revizto. The open API provided by both platforms doesn't allow direct access to the model plan from Procore, which is a limitation we've encountered. Also, the calibration of augmented reality on-site is quite challenging. People aren't patient enough, and if they fail a couple of times, they just stop using it. These are two features I think need improvement in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
