Also I when I update a completed test, and it is updated with a failed testcase, there should be an option to set the whole test as failed automatically. **What problems is Qase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making the work of QA visible and transparent. Allowing to integrate into existing workflows without the need to write too much custom code unless you are integrating with custom code, then you will need to use the API only.
