Qvantum Media

The overview states how you can define your planning session, what data you can prepare, deadlines if any, and your team members. Once you have the data ready, you can start planning.

Here is the form you built; the planners would later fill it. You can access the parameters you want to set up for your planners through this panel. Defining fields that they can input along with simple syntax to follow for effective planning.

Planners through these forms can start planning and giving inputs about their data. You have fields that you can edit and input your data so that the Controller can see the overall planning of your company.

Admins can assign Teams and the roles each of these team members can perform. You can even set up access points in the planning sheet to a greater detail.

The modeling tool helps you to import your current data and also export it. By following simple instructions, the data can easily be imported and viewed in your forms.

"Agile planning in a 100% Cloud based Software"

What do you like best about Qvantum?

We were able to replace our excel solutions and therefore the amount of time invested in the maintenance of those. The new data center helped reduce the amount of work needed for planning singnificantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qvantum?

There's no real possibility for financial planning, which was not a problem for us, since we didn't need it at the moment, but would certainly use it, if Qvantum offered it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qvantum?

Strong modelling functionality which can be used by yourself. Tool is cloud-based and therefore it is very easy to connect to planners. Basically we do it all with a self-service approach although we received a lot support during onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qvantum?

Qvantum is a toolbox which means you are free to build your models. However, once you want to use it for more standardized financial approaches such as P&L or Balance Sheet planning, other tools might be stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qvantum solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it mostly for planning yearly budgets with our subsidiaries, e.g. revenues, contract values, churns, costs etc. Before we have mostly used Excel, which was not only more work, but also unflexible in terms of modelling. Qvantum helps in many manner but it is not that useful in financial planning.

"Perfect tool for Planning & Controlling"

What do you like best about Qvantum?

The tool is very intuitive and simple to use. Upload your data and you can start planning. That is the best thing. We did not require IT support or a longer onboarding time, plus the team was super helpful in getting us up and running quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qvantum?

It does not help in financial planning. The other aspects of operations, sales, and personnel planning helped in our controlling and planning process, but having the financial planning would make this a complete tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
