"Pumble Streamlines Collaboration with Fast, Organized Channels"
What do you like best about Pumble?

Pumble has become one of my go to collaboration tools, it keeps internal communication streamlined, organized and focused, which is incredibly helpful when coordinate campaigns, content review and performance reporting. i create channels for different campaigns, product launches and cross functional discussions. this keeps conversation clean and searchable, so i dont ware time digging through long emails threads. its chat is fast and responsive no lag during quick brainstorming sessions or campaign stand ups , i can ping designers, analysts or product managers instantly which speeds up decision cycles. its integration with google workspace and Jira is very helpful for tracking marketing tasks and conversation. I use it almost daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pumble?

while it is an excellent for messaging, it lacks deeper built in tasks management features , for complex campaign roadmaps or deadline tracking , i still rely on dedicated project management tools like Jira, some advanced integration are a bit limited compared to bigger players. "Substantial Team Communication and Collaboration"
What do you like best about Pumble?

Pumble is an excellent app for messaging, document sharing, and organizing video calls within our organization. It has proven to be very helpful for team building and streamlining communication, which is crucial for any organization. I particularly appreciate the built-in video conferencing and advanced search features, as they boost our team's productivity by making it easy to connect instantly with colleagues both inside and outside the organization. Another major advantage is the ability to invite external stakeholders to video calls through a simple meeting link, even if they don't have a Pumble account. Additionally, the initial setup process was straightforward and hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pumble?

Pumble shares many features with other apps available on the market, so it doesn't really stand out as a strong competitor. One notable aspect is its unlimited message tree, which can make it easy to lose track of important information if you're not careful. Because of this, I think there is a real need for improvements to the user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Cost-Effective, and Perfect for Seamless Teamwork"
What do you like best about Pumble?

I really like Pumble for its simplicity and ease of use. Its clean and intuitive interface is welcoming and makes it easy to send messages, join channels, and start calls without any steep learning curve. The unlimited message history and channel access on the free plan are fantastic, especially for small businesses or groups that can't afford a paid subscription. It's great for team communication because of its organized channels and threads, which help keep conversations clear and reduce confusion. I also appreciate the cross-device functionality, making it easy to catch up on desktop or mobile. The search feature that lets me find past messages, files, or links without hassle is also super handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pumble?

One of the areas where Pumble doesn’t work as well as some competitors is the number of third-party integrations. There aren’t as many apps you can connect directly, which can make it harder to build a fully integrated workflow. Pumble's voice and video calling features feel more basic compared to more mature tools, lacking things like screen sharing or breakout rooms. Some users have reported occasional performance issues like the app slowing down or lagging, especially with large files or long group chats. Compared to other communication apps, Pumble has fewer ways to customize the interface or notifications, which feels a bit limiting. Because it's newer and less widely used, there’s a smaller community of users sharing guides or resources, making learning or troubleshooting a bit slower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Communication with Seamless File Sharing"
What do you like best about Pumble?

I use Pumble as our team's primary communication hub because it is user-friendly, and I love how intuitive and easy to use the interface is. The drag-and-drop file sharing is seamless, making collaborating on documents much faster than using traditional email attachments. It saved time by removing the upload and send lag of email. Being able to drag a file directly into a chat means my team gets what they need instantly, keeping our momentum going. Additionally, the initial setup was incredibly easy; we were able to create our workspace and invite the team in a few minutes without any technical hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pumble?

I will love to see more third party migrations. While the core features are great, being able to connect more of our other daily tools directly into the app would make it even more powerful. I will love to see direct integrations with popular project management tools like Trello or Asana, and cloud storage like Google Drive. Being able to receive task updates or preview documents directly in the Pumble chat would streamline our workflow significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Value and Usability, But Limited Integrations and Storage on Free Plan"
What do you like best about Pumble?

What users generally like best about Pumble is its value for money, particularly the free plan. Key features that stand out are the unlimited message history and the ability to add unlimited users even on the free tier, which is a significant advantage over competitors like Slack. Reviewers frequently praise its clean, intuitive interface and ease of use, which makes onboarding and navigation straightforward. The platform is also appreciated for offering built-in voice and video calls and secure file sharing, making it a comprehensive and cost-effective solution for team communication and collaboration, especially for small businesses and startups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pumble?

Pumble is a strong, budget-friendly option, but it definitely has a few downsides. My biggest frustration is the limited ecosystem; it just doesn't have the deep, native integrations with popular apps like Trello or Notion that I'm used to, so you often have to rely on Zapier. Also, some crucial collaboration features like group video calls and screen sharing are locked behind the paid plans. Finally, the total file storage on the free plan is a bit restrictive, which is a hassle if your team shares a lot of heavy documents or media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unlimited Message History Sets Pumble Apart"
What do you like best about Pumble?

This is truly a game changer for an IT environment. Unlike competitors that heavily restrict history on free or entry-level plans, Pumble provides unlimited message history for all users, even on the free tier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pumble?

Although Pumble supports essential integrations like Zapier and GitHub and links well with the CAKE.com suite (Clockify, Plaky), its overall integration library is much smaller and less mature than platforms like Slack. If ISDM relies on deep, out-of-the-box connections with dozens of specific third-party ticketing systems, monitoring tools, or bespoke DevOps applications, you may find Pumble lacking and potentially require custom API work. "Clean Interface with Easy Document Sharing, Needs Better Integrations"
What do you like best about Pumble?

I use Pumble mainly to chat with my team and share documents faster and easily. Pumble solves the problem of scattered team communication by bringing all chats, files, and conversations into one place. What I like most about Pumble is its clean, easy-to-use interface combined with unlimited message history. The clean interface of Pumble makes it easier to chat and stay focused, as there is no clutter so conversations and channels are easier to find. Having an unlimited message history adds a lot of value because it lets me easily search and refer back to past conversations without missing anything important. The initial setup of Pumble was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pumble?

There are very limited third party integrations and sometimes there are notification delays or inconsistencies across devices. It could be improved by making alerts more reliable across devices especially for thread replies and mentions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Distraction-Free Messaging That Keeps You Focused"
What do you like best about Pumble?

What stands out most about it is how simple and distraction-free it feels compared to other messaging platforms. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate, which makes it much easier to stay focused during a busy workday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pumble?

The integrations are still somewhat limited—especially when it comes to linking with tools we frequently use, like project management or document collaboration apps. Even though Pumble has been adding features gradually, having smoother integrations with tools such as Google Drive, Trello, or Notion would make workflows more seamless. "Centralized Communication, Easy Client Collaboration"
What do you like best about Pumble?

I appreciate how Pumble provides a central place to chat, allowing me and my clients to divide things by channels, which results in great outcomes. I find it pretty generous in the free version, enabling me to do many things, and if needed, the client can upgrade anytime. Channels and their pairing with Plaky for project management are most helpful to me. The transition from Slack was smooth due to Pumble's features, like keeping chat history without deletion. Also, the initial setup was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pumble?

I would love more integrations in free versions, but overall super satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
