**What do you like best about ProMed?**

They provide excellent service and are extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about ProMed?**

My staff have told me that the quality of the paper items are not good. The paper towels and the napkins are not good at all. They do not like using them and we had to switch back to a different company for this.

**What problems is ProMed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us with our supplies. With them, we are able to do a lot more and save money.

**What do you like best about ProMed?**

The software is easy to navigate and integrates with intraoral cameras.

**What do you dislike about ProMed?**

Scheduling can be a little tricky with placement and colors.

**What problems is ProMed solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing camera images and digital x-rays with patient information is a big plus.
