Pollfish Reviews & Product Details

Professional and super quick service, reliable results, transparency in the process, knowledgeable CRM providing the needed technical support, and flexibility. This is the second time I've used Pollfish, and I highly recommend it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the pricing were a bit lower, I would have used it more for all my research projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customer service was always incredibly helpful whenever I had a question or needed something fixed. Marsa went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate their support when I was stressed about one of my surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was a little confused when it came to setting quotas and when the survey was live, understanding the quota data. But they helped me understand it all when I reached out to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I could create the form myself. Set the questions to my liking, click on the preview as many times as I wanted. I didn't have to contact any sales department. I did it all myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For someone who is creating it for the first time, it can be more complicated. Especially the logic of how to review questions based on previous answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This seems to be the most inexpensive and yet targeted way to get a poll out to the public. We wanted 400 survey completions from Australians and that is what we got. All 14 questions fully complete with verbatims, qual, qant the lot. We set up enough safeguards that I can see they are real people giving their honest opinion. This is definitely people filling out a poll to get paid. You are not necessarily going to get blazing insight into the minds of CEOs, but you can get a good poll on the general public. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pollfish removes the wait for actionable insights from your target users. You are able to plan, schedule + run a survey then receive in depth analysis within 12 hours of completion. No other survey platform in the market offers this. The price per completion is economical especially when budgets become tightened for profitability sprints. The support staff are top notch, more than willing to jump on Zoom calls to walk through survey flows you have in mind vs proper programming the platform needs. End users tend to be too positive in responses as the platform is an incentivized system vs a database of qualified personnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a big fan of Pollfish's audience quality. PollFish uses 1st-party data from their own audience, whereas competitors like SurveyMonkey primarily use 3rd-party panels sourced from various vendors. I trust the results coming from PollFish far more than I do from other survey platforms.

Additionally, their support feature is phenomenal! I can get detailed answers to my questions in minutes. This has allowed my company to launch surveys more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't dislike much about PollFish. I wish there were even more features and formatting options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are very open about pricing structure. It was really easy to build the survey and before going live the survey was checked and I received solid feedback before going live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m not sure how Pollfish can address this, but I included a consistency check question, and based on that, I have doubts about some of the responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is really easy to set up a survey and even easier to field. The responses come back so quickly. I am blown away by the user interface, the ease of cross-tabbing, and the high-level summaries that are delivered to your inbox after fielding has ended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had a magic wand, I’d wish I could use Pollfish to reach truly niche audiences. I don’t have a premium account, so maybe there are additional features I still need to explore, but it would be great if we could field B2B surveys with high-level executives in the same short timeframe that you can field consumer studies. Pollfish makes surveying accessible. It provides both a powerful interface and access to audience. The AI component is a strong way to start surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pollfish's audience is accessible, but not expansive. This can limit the feasibility of targeted regional polling. While the pricing is transparent (it adjusts when you change parameters), it's difficult to predict in some cases. Screening questions are quite expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pollfish made it immediately easy and intuitive to create a survey, either manually or with the AI prompt. And it was great to see the pricing dynamically update based on number and complexity of questions and audience. Finally, and most importantly, Pollsifh delivered great results and FAST...less than a few hours! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform had a good interface to review the survey results, but no interface to look at the demographic data. I had to ask for help (which was fast) but the answer was to download the Excel file and look at a separate tab with 600 lines of respondent demographic data. Seems it should be easy for Pollfish to display demographic data inside the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
