It also assists us in keeping track of all scheduled meetings with customers and business partners, and it also displays detailed information about such meetings. To create a schedule, all we have to do is make entries in its calendar. **What do you dislike about Picktime?** There aren't many cons to using Picktime, but one thing we'd like to mention is that there isn't a way to notify all members booked during a change in time and or venue, etc. The attendees are notified only during the time of cancellation of the entire schedule. **What problems is Picktime solving and how is that benefiting you?** No doubt that Picktime has been an outstanding online booking management solution for our business. It also allows you to list more than one of each, so your client can see all that you offer. Either way, for lead generation, it's very easy to integrate into your website as an Appointment button and you can even determine what infor is *required for them to submit their request. Another cool feature is tha tyou can add multiple Reps / Employees to be selected for the appointment AND you can toggle this feature off so the customer doesn't have to select anyone, they just go straight to choosing their service for booking. **What do you dislike about Picktime?** The time slots / available appointments were a little confusing. It goes based of the duration time you set for your services as well as the schedule for your selected rep. To get certain time slots to appear, I had to set the reps hours to a later time and then it was refelcted on the scheduling calendar. **What problems is Picktime solving and how is that benefiting you?** It will serve as a less "in your face" lead generating tool on our website. We know that pop-ups and chat boxes can become a bit annoying so we're hoping this is a more welcoming feature. ### 5. It is crazy how many free features Picktime gives you. I also like how I can manage multiple accounts for my staff. Nothing else out there gives you all these features for free. **What do you dislike about Picktime?** If I had to pick, I'd say the learning curve is a little more difficult, but once mastered it's pretty easy. It is really useful for things such as Parent/Teacher bookings, facility requests, etc. The integration with other tools is also amazing. I work in a district that uses Zoom for video conferencing and it was extremely easy to get the automatic zoom scheduling working. **What do you dislike about Picktime?** I can't really say that I dislike things about the software. There are a few features I would really like though. It would be amazing if there were ways to mass import staff and schedules. Being able to clone schedules from one staff to another would be great too, or the ability to duplicate a staff member and then just change the identifiable information. It is really great software but if you are working with a large group of individuals it takes a lot of time to set up. One final thought..I would also like to see a feature for multiple calendar schedules, or perhaps a feature on the option to limit to specific calendar days to include specific times. The interface in very nice and simple, Picktime is free and great. I have a precise schedule of appointments with clients or partners in a very complete way. Picktime gives me the option to schedule appointments and add them to the calendar and I also have the option to modify the dates, place and time in a few seconds, and Picktime is responsible for sending an automatic email to inform customers of the changes. **What do you dislike about Picktime?** I am progressing satisfactorily with Picktime and I am not exaggerating. Picktime is free and amazingly great, I'm used to using it for its easy-to-use features and I like all its aspects. Picktime is a very colorful product that is very nice.
