Patronum Reviews & Product Details

Access to more advanced Google Workspace features that are not available in the Native Google Admin console. No knowledge of CLI is needed. Perfect for non-technical users who need to manage Google Workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven’t found any real downsides when it comes to the abilities and tools you get. The interface can slow down occasionally, but it’s pretty rare, and it has shown major improvement in that area over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to bring order and security to your Google Drive Folder structure. The customer support is great too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing at all. I am in awe with how well it works and what it does. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple and intuitive interface makes managing Google Workspace a breeze.

Our first policy was to create a unified email signature, but we quickly expanded and now have Patronum automating almost everything.

We configured onboarding policies that automatically emails new members, and welcomes them to the business, a game changer from where we were before. Users automatically have access to all the correct resources. Google calendars are added to users calendar view, team members added to Chat Spaces without needing to request access. And Google Groups are tightly controlled.

Our offboarding policies mean that leavers are security removed, while retaining all data, which we store on a central Shared Drive.

The File Sharing section was a massive addition, and help us identify files that had been shared publicly which we then reviewed and unshared via Patronum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. Although I wish Google would just buy Patronum, as it's much nicer and easier to use than the Google Admin Console. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Patronum offers many features that SHOULD be native to the Google Workspace experience. Patronum allowed me to do things I could NOT do in G-Drive, and FAST. Google leaves so much to be desired on their design...and Patronum fills in the gaps and makes things EASY. Simple things like exporting a file list or searching for external emails/users is not possible in Google, yet Patronum makes it a breeze. I am so grateful and want to shout Patronum's praises from the rooftops! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There were some parts of the layout that occasionally got a little buggy. Occasionally I'd have to run tasks more than once—but the end result I needed was always successful! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Patronum is by far one of the best solutions available to admins and resellers alike. It had brilliant onboarding and offboarding features, signature management, and sophisticated permissions analysis for Google Drive. It's an affordable GUI solution that is invaluable. No fiddling, no complicated command lines. It just works! And, the folks behind it are accessible, friendly, knowledgeable, and always there to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's not Microsoft 365 version of their solution? But that's just fine. Patronum is built on Google for Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

An intuitive, user-friendly, and powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven’t noticed anything so far while using the trial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used Patronum to assist in migrating a recently acquired business from Google Workspace to our Microsoft 365 tenant and it was invaluable in analysing and change ownership of Shared Drives and individual Google drives so we could plan to migrate it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There seemed to be a limit on the number of files I could complete a change ownership operation on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We can easily access one another's inboxes without the difficulty of logins and two-factor authorization. It really helps for leavers and those off work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really. It does exactly as it promises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great support and service

easy implementation - had great documentation and quick support response Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it was once Afi - I think the rebranding didn't work so well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The styling matches Google Workspace, making it easy to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation workflows were unnecessarily complicated and Patronum provided little or zero documentation to support them, which meant I had to regularly request support, which was only ever provided by one person, the owner of the business. Light on Google Workspace features to manage, for some reason a heavy focus was put on signature management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
