Our technology is for organizations and individuals that want to integrate applications, automate workflows, and process data, but more efficiently and up to 5x faster - both on-premises and in the cloud. With PROCESIO you are able to: test as you build, visually debug, visually build data models, dynamically generate documents, schedule processes, create and assign webhooks as triggers and build any front-end on top by using our SDK and API Key Authentication. You can also easily extend PROCESIO’s functionality by writing custom code and generate Custom Actions that you can use in any process. Our clients' data, accumulated over years and in need of cleaning, categorizing, and migrating to new systems in more straightforward formats, presented a significant challenge. PROCESIO offered us an automation solution to address this need. Initially, we were concerned about potential difficulties in using the application and configuring everything correctly. However, PROCESIO's team was incredibly supportive, guiding us through every phase of the process. Their commitment to our project's success was palpable and reassuring. **What do you dislike about PROCESIO?** Frankly, I haven't encountered any drawbacks. Initially, there were some reservations within our team due to PROCESIO being a relatively new player in the field. However, this concern quickly transformed into a perceived benefit. The youthful vigor and dynamism of their team have proven to be a major asset. **What problems is PROCESIO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our primary task was to transfer from outdated CRM systems towards some modern alternative. Previously, this task was a bit of a slog, requiring lots of time and manual work. But ever since we started using PROCESIO, things have gotten way easier. With just a few tweaks, we can now whip up a new deployment in no time, making us way more efficient. ### 2. What it stands out with is that it has a clear and intuitive dashboard, and functionalities available in the process designer are powerfully customizable. Our main benefit using Procesio is that we managed to create a powerfull sales team by automating our CRM and adding/pushing data to other tools. **What do you dislike about PROCESIO?** For the moment, they don't have a MYSQL connection integration. The only option that is available to connect to a database is a Microsoft SQL (MSSQL) integration. **What problems is PROCESIO solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem it solves is human resources. Until now, we needed to hire people for specific cases to cover some gaps in our processes that we couldn't automate in-house. To automate in-house, we needed developers, which are somewhat scarce these days. With Procesio, we created the automation and didn't need to hire anybody new. Our clients typically hold years of information that also need to be cleansed, categorized, and transferred into new databases in newer, simpler formats, and so we’ve tried PROCESIO to automate this process. We were afraid that we would have problems using the app and setting all up but the friendly team at procesio guided us at every step and we really felt they were invested into the success of our project. Also, every time we have a question they are really helpful We configured once and we’re now using the same primary method with only minor tweaks for each client. **What do you dislike about PROCESIO?** I did not see any downsides. I think there were some doubts in our team since they are pretty young company - but this turned out to be a major advantage. Their energy is great **Recommendations to others considering PROCESIO:** Try it - they will exceed your expectations for sure **What problems is PROCESIO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We migrated our old crms to newer systems. This is an ongoing process that was kind of tedious and would take ages and some manual work Now with procesio it just takes some minor tweaks and a new deployment is ready ### 4.
