What do you like best about OfficeCalendar?

Office calendar is one of the best Official Calendar in the industry as it is very easy use and has many features so that we can makes our appointment and dates up to date and maintain our to do list well organised and perform them on time.

You can format it however you like. It features features for recording email addresses, taking notes and scheduling meetings. One of my favorite features of OfficeCalendar is the ability to schedule email sending times. It can also have many windows with meetings, tasks and contacts, making it an amazing system for managing tasks increasing productivity across our organization, with the security of your data and the levels of protection they offer. "Practical and Helpful for other Outlook Users."

What do you like best about OfficeCalendar?

Outlook has always been something when office-based that was incredibly helpful for staying on task with other employees. Its reminders and sharing capabilities make it ideal for trying to schedule around multiple people's schedules at any given time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OfficeCalendar?

If a staff member is not office-based and does not have Outlook, OfficeCalendar becomes a little less helpful in my opinion. It becomes less impactful as compared to other scheduling tools when you are the only individual employing this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OfficeCalendar?

You will be pleased with this product if you have used Microsoft Office in the past. In addition, if you are a new user, the software has become more intuitive over time and I highly recommend this product.

What problems is OfficeCalendar solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used this for years to not only track meetings and appointments, but to also schedule my tasks. The task list in Microsoft works fine except when the due date occurs, one does not have any further options at that point.

I have used the Appointment feature in the Calendar to schedule my tasks or I as I call them, my "to-do" list. I do this for both one time and recurring tasks. What I like about using the Calendar for tasks is if I am busy when a non-critical task "pops up" as a notification, I can select to be reminded in an hour, two hours, or at anytime in the future.

I have more events for this purpose than I do for traditional appointments and meetings combined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
