**What do you like best about Noota?**

I was very impressed by the wealth of information provided by Noota during an informal meeting. Only a few spelling mistakes appear. The debates are well transcribed, but of course, the editor's perspective, the "angle" as they say in journalism, is missing. The document was sent to the meeting secretary who still had to revise a number of points due to this perspective.

**What do you dislike about Noota?**

Nothing, for now nothing displeases me, except for the price which is high for the use I have of it.

**What problems is Noota solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I hate making reports and I often settle for making decision summaries, which are less detailed and ignore the context of the exchanges. Noota allows me to have all that. I also had a good impression of the marketing team, without knowing whether they are humans or AI.

**What do you like best about Noota?**

Originally, I had taken Noota for subtitles for long videos. But the application goes much further. Also, what I like about Noota is first of all the user-friendly aspect. Whether in person, online, or by phone, note-taking in meetings is facilitated. In addition, we have a report automatically generated by the application according to predefined templates. No need to translate videos into foreign languages because Noota automatically translates the video into our language. And finally, there is the possibility to customize note-taking according to my needs, for Chinese names for example.

**What do you dislike about Noota?**

What I regret at the moment is that we cannot record meetings outside of Google Meets, Zoom, Teams, or WebEx. Unless it's me who doesn't know how to proceed. These are applications that I don't use for my meetings. But I want to believe that this will evolve over time.

**What problems is Noota solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Noota saves me time by offering me video transcriptions and meeting summaries with action plan suggestions.

I appreciate Noota's transcription which allows me to fully concentrate on my call, as it takes all the necessary notes. The speed of execution is another aspect I really like. After uploading my call and sending it to Noota, the transcription reaches me in a few minutes, and it is very comprehensive. It also gives me directions for a future call. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple and quick.

I do not know the tool well enough to allow myself to critique it.

I use Noota to transcribe my phone interviews, which allows me to fully concentrate on my call knowing that all necessary notes are taken. The speed of execution and the completeness of the transcriptions provide me with directions for future calls.

**What do you like best about Noota?**

I appreciate with Noota the quality of the reports that are true to the exchanges. A real advantage of Noota is being able to choose your type of report (Detailed report, client discovery...). About twenty templates are offered and the output is different. Moreover, at the end of each meeting, a note with about ten criteria allows for evaluating the exchanges. Very interesting in interactions with prospects.

**What do you dislike about Noota?**

Two areas for improvement:
- Remove carriage returns when copying and pasting into Word
- Ability to delete the minutes of the exchange, see the moment of the intervention

**What problems is Noota solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a consultant, I participate in several video calls a day. Obviously, the tool saves me time in drafting reports, but especially during the review, I often discover details that I had missed. This is even more important during technical discussions. I am always pleasantly surprised by its ability to contextualize technical exchanges.

- Ease of use: after an initial setup that simply involves connecting to your email/calendar account, noota automatically detects meetings and connects to them.
- Integrations: convenient for directly sending summaries to Notion, for example.
- It's one of the tools I use most frequently without even having to think about it.
- Never need to contact support, there are no bugs (at least I haven't seen any).

**What do you dislike about Noota?**

I would see an improvement on the "chat" that allows asking for information about meetings. The responses indeed take a little time to arrive - not much, maybe 30 seconds, but in the era of ChatGPT and similar, we have gotten used to having instant responses from the LLM.

**What problems is Noota solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I make prospecting appointments on behalf of my clients, and I am responsible for ensuring the follow-up after the appointments. Noota allows me to receive a complete report, with the added bonus of the meeting recording => it's like I was there!
So the benefit is clear to me: a huge time saver. No need to be present at meetings or rely on my clients' sometimes incomplete notes.

I have been using Noota for about two years now, and it has become critical for my business use.

I am a web designer, and all of my meetings are on Zoom with customers. The detail we go into would mean copious notes for their website preferences, changes, etc.

I deal with a little bit of arthritis in my hands and a little bit of ADD in my head. I can't tell you how much sanity this saves me and how many times it has helped me remember everything I need to do.

I love the fact that you can add it during a current meeting—just invite it—or upload items later. The summaries and bullet points are on spot every time.

I'm thrilled I got it. It really is making my work a lot more successful, and I don't know what I would do without it. Hands down, one of the best apps I've ever gotten.

Love how it can be automatically added to meetings, love how it is now the storage for my meetings, love how well the AI works to summarize notes. No AI is perfect, but this rarely gets it wrong.

There is plenty to like about Noota - it is simple to set up and integrates easily into my workflow, and the output has a lot of flexibility, in terms of different type of reports based on the type of meetings as well as the ability to organise them into folders and to share the meeting notes with others. It is such a useful tool that I use it pretty much daily - so much so that even if a meeting is recorded in another tool, I take the time to download the recording and re-upload it to Noota so I have it all in one place.

You only get to set the meeting type once when the AI is generating the report - so if you make a mistake, you're stuck with it.

We use it across our agency, so it helps us to maintain a high degree of transparency and makes communication much simpler with our clients - allowing us to quickly send across meeting minutes. Also, it allows us to easily refer back to what was said in case there is any miscommunication.

Noota is a remarkable tool! I've been using it almost since its launch and it has proven to be very practical and effective. It always faithfully transcribes recorded meetings, and I can even use it with recording devices outside of appointments. Whether it's linked to my calendar, where Noota joins my online meetings, on the browser to add my recordings, or on my phone thanks to the mobile app, it accompanies me every day of the week!

Having both the video, the raw transcript, and the formatting (via predefined or configurable template) provides several options depending on what I need. It is very simple to use, set up, and connected to different platforms. It is connected to Slack to automatically send reports to my team. It is an essential tool for me that I use several times a day.

I would like it to be invisible to my interlocutors. Some are resistant or ask a lot of questions (curious or suspicious), which is understandable. The Noota agent is added as a participant to the meeting. As a result, it is also impossible to add it if it is not a compatible platform (internal platform for certain clients or exotic tools).

Noota is very easy to use. Transcriptions are available very quickly. The reports are excellent and very clear. And I really appreciate the summaries; there is a To-do list where everyone's actions are listed. Very practical in the transcription of a work meeting. Allows for quick progress in projects. I am not yet using all the features, and I still have a lot to discover. Special mention +++ for customer support, very responsive, everything is resolved within the day.

Personally, I don't rewatch the videos; if I only had the transcript without the recordings, it wouldn't bother me that much.

The time saved by eliminating manual note-taking is significant. The output in French makes a real difference compared to other Anglo-Saxon tools, which truly changes the game. I would like the tracking of meetings to be carried out in the same way as the management of the actions that result from them. This would allow for better organization and more effective follow-up after each meeting.

Noota has shown a strong commitment to improving their product, consistently working to ensure everything operates smoothly. In all the time I've used the system, I only encountered one issue, which they resolved very quickly. That was over a year ago, and I haven't experienced the same problem since. I use Noota two to three times a week, so it gets plenty of use.

I don't have any disadvantages to mention about the product itself. I do wish the phone add-on was included, but I understand that an upgrade is required to access it. I plan to get it early next year.

Noota is super handy and easy to use. We can invite Noota to our meetings or just upload the meeting recordings to Noota and get a clear and concise transcription along with the summary, email content. It's quite easy to integrate with the Teams and Zoom. I am using it almost everyday. Best part, I can create a meeting template and use it for my meetings.

Nothing so far, native app would add more value for sure.

There are couple of ways where Noota helps me.
1. Meeting transcription and action items. I don't need to write what I need to do after the meeting.

The summaries produced by Noota are structured and very true to the content of the discussions. They save time by effectively summarizing the key points addressed during meetings. I also really like the AI assistant Ask Noota, which allows you to ask questions about the content of one or several meetings.

I would prefer customer service accessible by phone rather than online, even if it is responsive and efficient. I know that Noota has a small team and cannot afford to dedicate an agent to this telephone customer service.

I greatly appreciate Noota for its ability to record meetings and provide detailed summaries, which allows for a considerable time saving in transcription. The option to have a video reminder is particularly useful, as it allows me to revisit the information later to fill in gaps or clarify misunderstandings. I found the initial setup of Noota very easy, which allowed me to quickly put it into service and integrate it into my workflow without difficulty. I replaced Lexi with Noota because the latter proved to be more comprehensive in terms of transcription. The ease of use and enhanced functionality of Noota mean that I have encountered no negative aspects in its use, quite the contrary. Finally, I am so satisfied with the service that I would be ready to recommend it to my friends or colleagues without hesitation, with a rating of 10 out of 10.

I appreciate Noota for its reliability in transcriptions and the structured synthesis it performs. It saves me a lot of time and allows me to focus on interactions during professional meetings and for my association. The installation was very simple, both on my phone and on my iPhone, and the usage is intuitive. I use it with Teams and Zoom to integrate directly into my remote meetings.

I have been using Noota for 1.5 years and I particularly appreciate it for drafting meeting minutes and candidate interviews in my HR role. The product was recommended to me by my manager and after comparing Noota with other solutions like Read and Copilot, I chose to stick with Noota. The absence of difficulties during the initial setup was appreciated, especially thanks to the effective predefined templates that greatly simplify the process. Noota has saved me time, ensured greater objectivity, and allowed me to better synthesize information. A feature I love is 'Ask Noota', which is quite innovative for cross-referencing job descriptions, interviews, and resumes, thus generating suitable and relevant interview question ideas. The integration with Teams is pleasant, and I plan to continue using all of Noota's features as they perfectly meet my current needs.

I find it great that Noota is very intuitive and has really made it easier for me to get started. Noota's ability to understand Swiss German clearly sets it apart from other solutions and is particularly valuable for my work as a coach. In numerous virtual meetings and networking events, Noota is my reliable companion. I particularly appreciate the Chrome integration, which allows me to record my screen and conversations in the browser, both via video and audio. The ability to record user conversations and use tailored AI summaries as well as useful templates is very helpful. The transcripts and reports received are of excellent quality and significantly simplify my work, as I can easily forward them to my coachees and network participants. Furthermore, I am pleased that there are regular updates that offer new features, which I am happy to be surprised by and eager to test. I have integrated Noota with Go Brunch, which represents an excellent experience for me and constitutes an essential part of my work tools. Noota has become indispensable for me, and I would buy it again at any time, as it significantly contributes to my virtual activities in the digital space. I give Noota a full 10, as I find it to be an outstanding application.

**What do you like best about Noota?**

Noota is a joy to use, intuitive, lean, reliable, and right on the spot - packed with some powerful integrations that help me every day. I use the AI-powered notetaker on a regular basis several times per week, it works effortlessly, joins meetings via my Google calendar integration (or Outlook calendar should work as well, but didn't test it). Noota joins the meetings, transcribes in German and English (or 80 languages in total), and crafts structured summaries that you can tailor using templates or build from scratch. It saves me a lot of time every week, and advances the way I use meetings (or better: the meeting notes) in my daily routines.
Noota is a French company, so GDPR is just solved, and I do not need to check Data Privacy Frameworks for other Notetaking companies. This was something I especially appreciate as online meetings call for trust and privacy - and honestly it looks strange when all these AI agents join your meeting and you do not know what happens with your voice data. Noota stores data securely in European data centers and adheres to GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 standards. So, for me a clear win.
Regarding implementation, you can very, very easy start immediately- just upload an audio or video file and Noota starts working, for the more advanced and helpful scenarios simply use integrations, like connect your calendar with the system, and allow Noota to connect automatically - in case you miss the meeting your AI-agents is there ;-) I recently had an issue with my Google calendar connection, so I had to connect with customer support via their chat tool always in reach when logged in - as I submitted my request at night, I did not receive response immediately but next morning the answer was there, and more importantly: Was helpful and solved my problem. So, I am super happy about the fast and kind communication with the support team.

**What do you dislike about Noota?**

Compared to some other tools like zoom's transcription service, Noota needs a little longer, but it is not an issue - waiting times like few to 15 minutes are acceptable for my scenarios.

I use it mainly for automatic note taking. It is also helpful for transcribing long audio/video files, in search for a sentence in that hour-long file.

I appreciate the performance of Noota as well as the strict respect for confidentiality, which convinced me to remain loyal to this tool. I found it extremely easy to set up and use Noota, with the developer continuously improving it. The application helps me save a lot of time, especially for synthesizing training sessions, coaching sessions, and making meeting reports, since I can easily review the information I missed. I also like the chat set up to query each transcription; once optimized, it will be really useful for retrieving information and saving even more time. The feature that allows for automatically generating the report at the end of a meeting greatly simplifies the communication process, making the whole thing even more efficient. Moreover, the ease of use and reliability of Noota continue to be determining factors in my choice to use it. Finally, I find the numerous available integrations, like Google Drive, Notion, Slack, and Teams, particularly useful, even if I don't personally use them all.
