It is easy to use and understand. It is customisable with insights and AI. **What do you dislike about MyNextHire?** As of now, I cannot thing of anything wrong with the software. Just a small suggestion, if the dashboard look can be a bit improved. **What problems is MyNextHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has made applications tracking a smooth process with all details at one place. It simple to understand, fast, automated and hiring friendly software. ### 2. Saves lots of man hours with this automated tracking software **What do you dislike about MyNextHire?** My next hire team should take efforts to make the dashboard for tracking more intuitive. It could have better front end look which is appealing and helps to easily find candidates based on interested role, work experience (years), educational qualification. **Recommendations to others considering MyNextHire:** Good tool for intergation with administration tools required for hiring purposes **What problems is MyNextHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have multiple job openings and we have tremendously benefitted by reducing our man hours with next hire. Also, the application made operated with simple pieces of training. **What do you dislike about MyNextHire?** Recently a few UI elements have been added like, "Login using Azure ID" for login purposes. This change without proper documentation has created trouble in already existing automation processes. So I would suggest the company bring up some documentation in case of any changes **What problems is MyNextHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recruitment, Referral management, Automation of Recruitment Process. ### 4. On-boarding a new recruiter is extremely easy. The tool keeps track of all our requirements, manages the applications throughout the life cycle, helps in scheduling interviews and overall makes the team more organized. The automated reminders also are a great help - they ensure that an application is acted upon in timely manner. The tool also provides an excellent insights, which help us make better decisions. **What do you dislike about MyNextHire?** Nothing that I can think of, that I dislike about the tool. Initially, the team took a little time to change from manual system to an automated one, however the MyNextHire team remained with us until we gone live fully and started using it regularly. **What problems is MyNextHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a distributed team, and need the tools that helps this distributed working. MyNextHire does that really well, the team is efficient from anywhere. Also, it makes us more agile, and our speed of response to the clients have increased significantly. ### 6. The MyNextHire team customized the software as per our needs in a short span of time and the entire team was using the software with minimal training. The software has greatly improved our visibility across the entire recruitment chain. MyNextHire has a great set of custom reports that provide detailed insights. Their account team has been very responsive to our needs and are just a call away. **What do you dislike about MyNextHire?** I don't particularly dislike any feature, but the product team can provide ability to connect with additional job portals **What problems is MyNextHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to get a complete visibility of our entire recruitment process in one tool and MyNextHire provides that visibility. Also, ease of use and support were other important criteria . ### 7. MNH has reduced the manually effort of Recruiters of data entry by excellent parsing, notification to stakeholders on the candidate movement.
