Recently a few UI elements have been added like, "Login using Azure ID" for login purposes. This change without proper documentation has created trouble in already existing automation processes. MyNextHire is quite simple and intuitive to use. On-boarding a new recruiter is extremely easy. The tool keeps track of all our requirements, manages the applications throughout the life cycle, helps in scheduling interviews and overall makes the team more organized. The automated reminders also are a great help - they ensure that an application is acted upon in timely manner. The tool also provides an excellent insights, which help us make better decisions.
