It just worked, reliably, every time. The room systems were fairly easy to deploy and manage. Adding users was very easy and administration of meeting spaces was super simple. The ability to record sessions and to download or directly share with other employees was also very convenient. The product integrated well with our existing A/V system at some locations. **What do you dislike about Lifesize?** The costs were getting extreme. They missed a great opportunity once the pandemic hit and companies started entertaining at-home workers. At first, the costs to add more users were very high. This is what caused us to look at other options. Later on, in the beginning of the pandemic, they developed a cost-conscious license model, but it was only temporary pricing and we knew we could not afford to maintain the expanded licensing once the temporary price reductions expired. Now it seems that they are more geared for call center scenarios. We could not use the lifesize room units to participate in 3rd party conference options such as Zoom and Teams meetings. **Recommendations to others considering Lifesize:** If you are looking to deploy large-scale conferencing, this is a valid option. If you are on the Microsoft Platform already, I would recommend looking at deploying MS Teams as it is every bit as good and will likely cost you much less in the long run. Yealink and Logitech make great room units that integrate very well with your Microsoft tenant. If money is no object and you want a nice, professional system, you can't go wrong with Lifesize. **What problems is Lifesize solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed meeting spaces that were always available and that did not require a licensed user to begin meetings. We needed ways to have crews from multiple locations be able to join and participate in meetings, discussions and presentations. We also needed ways to record and download meetings to share with individuals and groups on multiple shifts. Had they adjusted better with the pandemic and sudden requirement for more users and licensed users, we very likely would have stayed with Lifesize as the product itself was very good. ### 7.
