I feel compelled to share my extremely negative experience with KuCoin.com, a cryptocurrency exchange that has proven to be more of a headache than a helpful platform. Since August, I have been trying to withdraw my funds, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, signing up was straightforward, but that ease quickly turned into frustration. KuCoin.com has continuously refused to allow me to withdraw my money, and instead, they bombard me with requests for excessive personal information. They want detailed documentation about my bank account, my residency, and even the source of my funds that I initially deposited. It feels invasive and unnecessary, especially considering they didn't ask for any of this when I signed up. This has raised serious red flags for me. It seems like a scheme designed to keep users from accessing their funds. I’ve tried to communicate my concerns, but the lack of transparency and responsiveness only adds to my frustration. I strongly advise anyone considering using KuCoin.com to think twice. It’s not worth the hassle and stress of dealing with what seems to be a scam. I just had4 thousand dollars worth of assets stolen from my KuCoin wallet and their service team can care less, they have no intention of helping. Their service team is rude, they tried blaming me even though I followed all security procedures and then some. Now I'm out 4 Grand that they have no interest in helping me. Stay away from kucoin, if you for whaver reason decide to use them, don't say you weren't warned when all of your assets are stollen and their support team does nothing to help. There are advertisements that are too flashy and get annoying after some time entering and getting those ads every time. Also, I dislike the fact that when using that bots, the reference yield is annualized, which shows an enormous but unrealistic performance under every bot.
