**What do you like best about Kommunicate?**

Kommunicate is exactly what we had been searching for a long time. It offers a wide range of automations, the pricing is very reasonable for what the software can actually do, and most importantly, it comes with a human fallback option which is extremely valuable. Their support team is always fast, responsive, and willing to help whenever we need assistance.

**What do you dislike about Kommunicate?**

Sometimes the bot feels a bit buggy and the mobile app is not the most responsive, but hopefully these things will improve with time as the platform evolves.

Kommunicate helps us handle customer support more efficiently by combining automation with the option to seamlessly transfer conversations to a human when needed. Thanks to this, we save a lot of time, reduce repetitive tasks, and still keep a personal touch in customer interactions. **What do you like best about Kommunicate?**

Kommunicate enabled us to efficiently manage a very high volume of learner inquiries across a global audience spanning 193 countries. The chatbot was intuitive to configure, with no complex coding required, and the availability of pre-built templates significantly accelerated deployment. The platform integrated seamlessly with our LMS through its APIs, allowing us to centralize and automate responses. Additionally, Kommunicate’s customer support team has been exceptional consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us optimize the solution.

**What do you dislike about Kommunicate?**

There were minimal challenges overall that's what sold us on this product. As with any robust platform, some advanced configurations required an initial learning curve, but Kommunicate’s documentation and customer support mitigated this quickly.

**What problems is Kommunicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kommunicate solved a critical scalability challenge. With a very large learner population and only two staff members responding to training-related inquiries, manual email-based support was time consuming and not timely. The chatbot automated the majority of repetitive and informational queries, saving hundreds of hours of manual work and significantly reducing email traffic. This allowed our small team to focus on complex or high-priority issues while still delivering timely, consistent support to learners worldwide. The result has been improved efficiency, better learner experience, and more effective use of limited organizational resources.

The Staff are really easy to talk to, and will do their best to help you if you need changes to be made.

The chatbot is quite easy to make once you understand how it works

At the beginning, the report dashboard had limited features, but this has now improved

**What problems is Kommunicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a few issues, all of which have now been resolved. One of them was related to how we use our chatbot—our approach was something Kommunicate hadn’t encountered before. This required the ability to download larger data sets from the dashboard. Once we explained the situation to their support team, they quickly provided a temporary solution while they worked on redesigning the report to support larger data downloads. We really appreciated their responsiveness and support.

We've greatly benefited from using Kommunicate, which has significantly improved our handling of customer inquiries and boosted their satisfaction. It's great because you can connect it with different channels like Facebook, WhatsApp, and web chat all in one place. It comes with some cool automation features that help not just with customer support but also with getting new leads. Plus, there are these neat forms for collecting lead information. The dashboard is pretty straightforward and makes it easy to keep track of all your customer and lead conversations. It's simple to integrate, and if you ever need help, their customer support is quite friendly and helpful.

**What do you like best about Kommunicate?**

Kommunicate provides an amazing and modern UI for our library's chatbot. We were easily able to integrate this with our existing Dialogflow bot, but we also can create a chatbot using their service, which is a lovely option. There service also comes with analytics, which is really nice since  Dialogflow's analytics feature alone are not as easy to understand (Grow level). I also like Komunicate's  documentation and help guides. I'm not a programmer, so I really appreciate how clear their instructions are for embedding chatbots, integrating multple chatbots, and enabling rich messages. It really makes creating chatbots easy and accessible. Lastly, I've only had really great customer experiences with them. The Kommunicate customer service team is reliable, quick to answer any questions, and they really work with you.

More UI customization options would be nice.

**What do you like best about Kommunicate?**

It is incredibly easy to use, interactive, with a beautiful UI and amazing customer service. 
I was using kommunicate with Amazon Lex for a school project, and to be honest, the AWS's documentation, in general, is terrible, which brought us a lot of issues that could have destroyed our project. 
We asked for help from the kommunicate team and they immediately contacted us to set up a zoom call and help us out. They ended up solving most of our issues, both by helping us with Amazon Lex and by using kommunicate tools.

Nothing, it was a great experience, and would totally use Kommunicate again.

**What problems is Kommunicate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using Amazon Lex and Lambda to create our chatbot, but then we realized we had no idea how to link it to our frontend, this is where Kommunicate came to save us with a beautiful and highly customizable interface for our chatbot. 
The option to add FAQs in such an easy way opened a variety of possibilities for what we could do with our chatbot.

In general, there is no serious problem, we always get support when needed, both technical and buiness.
One small point is that the price of the service is a bit high, some of our customers don't feel comfortable paying

- this is a quite good combination of both human and bot chat. This solution makes your online support more responsive and prevents the loss of time in searching for the history of conversation with the client;
- you can integrate this app with the CRM system that you use at the moment;
- nothing spectacular, but of course you can have the whole conversation with the client in one place;
- they give you also a dashboard for reporting all activities.

- They are missing integrations with some platforms, but once they do it, it will provide quite cool chat tool.
