The ability to quantify income by specified date ranges is very useful. Exporting is an added benefit, so should I need to export anything for any reason it is easy to do. I like that I get a notification every time I get a payment. From an admin perspective, it is easy to select the employees and balance payments because it gives you a grand total as well. The only thing that I don't like is that it requires MFA every time for the employee side. Even if I accidentally close out the window and immediately open back up. As an employee, it is a reporting mechanism only so I don't see the need for MFA. However, as a site admin you have access to funds, so I expect and appreciate MFA there. I love how Kickfin allows employees to get their money quickly, and it tracks everything for payroll, making it super easy at the end of every pay period. It's super user friendly, easy to go back and track, and it keeps great records. I like that we're able to pay out our tipped employees nightly and very quickly, which helps with retention. The price point and the interface are also big positives for me. I really like that Kickfin allows the employee to pay a dollar for the immediate payout. I use Kickfin to payout employees like DJs, security guards, bartenders, and cocktail servers for my nightclub platform. What I like most about Kickfin is the speed at which it operates, which is definitely its strongest asset. The platform is stable, and I rarely have any issues with the app. The ability to pay everyone instantly or like a regular payroll process all in one place simplifies my work. I also appreciate the direct deposit and debit card feature, which is great for employees who don't have bank accounts, as it gives them the option to get a hard check printed or use a Kickfin debit card to purchase things online or at stores, simplifying their life.
