**What do you like best about Jobsoid?**

It looked good on paper. It has all the bells and whistles that you'd expect from a CRM provider like this one.

**What do you dislike about Jobsoid?**

But the sales and customer support is horrendous. The person giving the demo wasn't even in a quiet environment and couldn't answer my questions. After the demo, I followed up with several emails to ask about pricing and migration but got completely ignored and ghosted. Worst part is that the supervisors are in the email chain and they didn't even bother to intervene at all.

How can you expect to have a good platform when the support is non-existent. What if something goes wrong and you are left in the dust? I wouldn't risk it at all.

It was suppose to help be a CRM but we never got past the discussion stage.

**What do you like best about Jobsoid?**

The most helpful about jobsoid is that you can post a job and you can spread it to Indeed, etc to get more qualified candidates. You can set-up any questions for candidates to answer, as well as have them upload a video if you wish. You can assign different jobs to managers to review resumes so they can accept or deny the candidates.

**What do you dislike about Jobsoid?**

There isn't much that I dislike about jobsoid but if I had to pick one thing it would be finding prior jobs posted it takes a few steps to find. Also the generic candidate response if sopmeone isn't going to be hired.

**What problems is Jobsoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing numerous resumes received to jobs, as opposed to getting them via email and getting lost in the email system. I really like and appreciate that. Keeps candidate resumes organized and you can even put those important ones on the side in which you don't have a position for as of yet. It helps keep recruiting organized and clean.

I like how easy it is to post a job and have applicants upload their resume.

**What do you dislike about Jobsoid?**

Not very much. It is very user friendly.

Get it, it will make your job easier.

Great for resume storage and also helps us track who uploaded the resume a recruiter or an applicant.

Ease of use and a large number of features it surprisingly has hidden haha. It pushed to different job boards like Indeed which is always a plus!

**What do you dislike about Jobsoid?**

UIUX needs some work. It can come off as older tech.

Posting job to different places at the same moment.

**What do you like best about Jobsoid?**

It is a platform very easy to use, its interface is very intuitive, the board reflects graphics that collects information and cause a pleasant visual impact, now with respect to its operation is very effective, allows publication in social networks, so it expands the dissemination of our requirement as a company and we get more postulates, in addition to the whole process is done automatically so the system will make the selection of the most suitable candidates for a particular position, or the vacancy offered, through this tool we can. to manage the sheets of lives or curriculum, programming of interviews and the sending of invitations by electronic mail to the candidates or postulates, besides it allows that the members of our work team (the department of human resources of our company) we can save time when processing the applications through the different available filters. It has a very affordable price and another aspect to highlight is that the application has a mobile version and desktop both very good and functional, so you can access information from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about Jobsoid?**

For some inexperienced users it can be overwhelming, due to the great variety of functions that integrate it, in our case part of our staff required training because their learning curve was not easily assimilated, on the other hand I would like to develop other notifications or alerts of new postulates through other options than the internal mail that hosts the platform.

**What problems is Jobsoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our experience with this program has been very rewarding. Since it has allowed us greater effectiveness in the processes of capturing postulates, as well as the selection processes associated with the new hiring of the company, so that our human resources department has increased its levels of effectiveness, another aspect to highlight is that it has allowed us through information filters to obtain or take into consideration only the candidates with better skills or attitudes for the conduct of the interview and then the subsequent hiring, so we no longer waste time or we wear out the interviewers of our team generating thousands of interviews, not only are made the necessary staff or pre-selected candidates in the different steps of the filtering process, on the other hand another feature that we have used continuously is the generation of monthly report, so as to have a constant analysis of our effectiveness rates or productivity for management reports that are presented to the general management of the company.

**What do you like best about Jobsoid?**

It is a platform very easy to use, its interface is very friendly and intuitive, so the learning curve is null, in addition to being very comprehensive and have great functionality, an aspect to highlight is that it allows customization to meet the needs that each company has, we can enter which are the positions of the vacancies we have available, the profiles, characteristics and skills of the positions to require, in addition to publish on the web through social networks or marketing. on the other hand allows the organization of the evaluating team as well as the programming of the interview, all this in a single tool. 



**What do you dislike about Jobsoid?**

We acquired this program 9 months ago and since we implemented it we have not presented any incidence with it, on the contrary we are very satisfied with its performance.

It is an excellent management tool, offers simplification of selection processes, has a lot of functionality and additionally has an excellent price and good quality.

**What problems is Jobsoid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 As human resources department of a large company in expansion and growth we were looking for a simple and effective software to optimize our management after testing 4 software we came to Jobsoid and really were pleasantly surprised, is a very effective application that allowed us to improve and optimize greatly our selection process through its automatic filters, processes that previously took us a month now on average takes a few minutes and provides us with the candidates more in line with our requirement, providing the possibility of scheduling the interview immediately so it is a very effective tool. It also improved communication between the members of our team, so in general the team has increased their levels of performance and efficiency.

One click publishing to multiple job boards. Allows us to manage the entire recruitment process without using spreadsheets. Interview scheduling. Smart filtering candidates. Very simple and easy to use. Could get our entire team onboard in no time.

Nothing as such. Having a very good experience with the product so far.

Helped put our entire recruitment process in place. Before Jobsoid we were using Excel and email to manage our hiring.

**What do you like best about Jobsoid?**

Incredibly intuitive and easy to get started. My whole team was able to start using the platform in a few days. The one to one demo provided by support team was also excellent and lasted for about 30 minutes.

Not much customization available depending on the price point you are willing to pay.

Posting jobs on multiple job boards and tracking candidates through the recruitment process. We've managed to make some very good hires in a short amount of time.

**What do you like best about Jobsoid?**

The interface is nice.  Easy enough to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Jobsoid?**

I was researching and trying low cost ats for an agency recruiting company.  Jobsoid is strictly created for companies.  I told sales, a guy named Sam, I pass on the product as it did not have the functionality I needed.  He asked what did I need.  We literally had five video screen share conversations where I showed him exactly what we needed.   He had to ask IT each time and each time came back with a response that it was easy and it would customize it no problem.  Finally I get an email saying if you buy today we will have it up and running by one week.  One week cone and goes and the very next conversation, Sam is saying it would take a week just to import the information and he would have to ask it if they would be able customize it as we had discussed.  When we entered the second week I asked if there was anyone else that could assist me and when the response was no but I will credit you time, I asked for a refund.  He clearly stated he could not have anyone else help me and was unable to customize and he didn't have a computer because he was away for several days.  BTW, it is like a con artist.  He was away without his laptop for several days?  Buy there are no other sales members in the office that can assist me!?  Completely deceptive sales.

**Recommendations to others considering Jobsoid:**

Due to the deceptive sales inducement, I would never do business with the company.  They will promise to deliver then say they can't and state they are sorry for having focused on something else.
