**What do you like best about InCruiter?**

What I like most about InCruiter is the way it adds structure and consistency to the entire hiring process. The platform streamlines interview scheduling, coordination, and execution, which saves time and cuts down on manual work. Features such as live video interviews, calendar management, and customizable branding help improve recruiter efficiency while also creating a better experience for candidates. It’s straightforward to use and doesn’t require much training to get started. Overall, it makes recruitment feel more organized, professional, and dependable.

**What do you dislike about InCruiter?**

What I dislike about InCruiter is that some features could be more flexible and customizable to better fit specific or complex hiring workflows. At times, the more advanced settings aren’t very intuitive, and I may need help from support to configure them properly. I also think the reporting and analytics section could be improved to deliver deeper, more actionable insights. Finally, I’ve noticed occasional minor technical lags, especially when interview volumes are high.

InCruiter addresses several common hiring challenges, such as interview scheduling conflicts, inconsistent interview processes, and the heavy manual coordination that often comes with recruitment. It also helps ensure consistency and transparency across interviews, which in turn improves hiring quality. From the candidate side, the experience feels smoother and more professional as well. While InCruiter offers an interesting concept for interview management, my experience has been impacted by inconsistent coordination and lack of clear communication from the operations/admin team. Interview timelines and expectations are not always communicated effectively, which leads to confusion and sometimes unfair evaluation of performance.
Additionally, there seems to be a gap in aligning internal processes with what is communicated to interviewers. This makes it challenging to maintain consistency and trust in the system.

The biggest downside is the inconsistency in process execution. There are frequent gaps in communication regarding interview timelines and rating criteria, which creates uncertainty and sometimes leads to unfair evaluations. Additionally, concerns raised are not always addressed promptly, which adds to the frustration.

InCruiter is very user friendly platform for the candidates and Interviewer and Admins. This platform improves the speed, accuracy in the Recruitment Process and Candidate Interviews completion and feedback processing. It's AI generated feedback system illustrates and summarize feedback in systematic and presentable manner. It gives features for Chat and Communication with Admin and candidate easily.

On the main screen of the video display platform when interview is going on and when the three members join, namely the candidate, interviewer, and interview coordinator, the PIP (picture-in-picture) feature appears as a white screen. During the interview, the interviewer is unable to see himself or his view on the display when interview is going on. When there are only any of the 2 members joined then it is working properly.

I really liked the smooth and clear communication with the coordinators during the entire interview scheduling process. Everything was well-organized, and it made it very easy for me as an interviewer. Another major positive was the extremely low no-show rate — out of around 120 interviews, only about 5–6 candidates didn’t show up, which is impressive.

**What do you dislike about InCruiter?**

The overall experience has been great, but the code editor can be improved. Adding better support for TypeScript and enhancing the editor’s features would make the technical interview process even more seamless.

I like that all interview sessions are recorded, and I can check transcripts later to ensure nothing important is missed. I really like the InCruiter dashboard; it's amazing and fantastic. The aspect that stands out the most for me is the start rating, which is also fantastic, and the status updates such as scheduling and accepting invitations. These features give InCruiter a more specific and outstanding edge. I appreciate the quick process and the dashboard design, as well as the features and benefits for both interviewers and candidates. It's very good, especially for filtering the right candidate for the job description, which makes it easier. It gives me more interest to work on the portal. The information gathering and the integration of the interview button and feedback button are also really nice.

I wish InCruiter had the option to upload images of candidates. This would be a very useful feature to help avoid fake candidates attending interviews.

**What do you like best about InCruiter?**

Incruiter has multiple tool as per company requirement. It has basic 2 verticals one is for interviewer and other for candidate.

As a interviewer, I found Incruiter very smooth and user friendly tool. On Dashboard all the details about total interviews, scheduled and conducted is given.
It gives option to schedule and reschedule the interview with minimal efforts.
With my calender I can quickly update my availability and share free slots.

During interview complete confidentiality is maintained. Complete interview report of candidate gets generated after interview, which can be shared to company for further investigation.

**What do you dislike about InCruiter?**

Plateform is really good. For interviewer adding questions and its response can be more user friendly. Before interview Interviewer cannot save questions.

I like using InCruiter for taking interviews of candidates for multiple organizations, as it helps me, being a consultant, to submit the technical expertise of a candidate using the portal. The platform gives a 360-degree view of a candidate's skills and expertise, which is quite helpful. I also appreciate the report post submission of feedback feature that stands out to me. The initial setup was good, and I am likely to recommend InCruiter to others.

I don't like the coordination of HR for reschedule and cancellation of interview updates. They don't come through. It would be better if updates were communicated at least via WhatsApp or a call, so the person waiting to conduct the interview is informed.

The opportunity for getting the interview is little difficult and AI generated summary is very slow.

Incruiter is an awesome platform for hiring which I have used .Following are the salient features. 1.Seamless onboarding.2. Wonderful coordination by team between panelists,candidates. 3. Ease of use.4.AI enabled summary,question bank.5. Rating mechanism, code editor on diverse languages, whiteboard. 6.Flexibility of usage from web or mobile. 7. Wonderful support team to assist. It is by far the best interviewing platform which is having pertinent features,ease of use,smooth working & engagement with audience.

There are lot many platforms which are bloated with features, which are extraneous and makes the navigation hard devalueing the primary objective. Incruiter never failed me.

TBH, I wish I could have found something dislikeful. But honestly I did not find anything earth shattering.
Some improvements can be made on the code editor for some languages.

It is making hiring activity seamless helping act as middleware between companies, candidates and consultant field experts who can evaluate candidate skills.

**What do you like best about InCruiter?**

With Incruiter it was really seamless to join as interviewer. They hadve provided detail walkthrough video of the portal. Their representatives also keeps informing about the process and are always available in case of any doubt.
While conducting the interviews, the HR from incruiter also joins the call and make sure the interview is seamless for both candidate and interviewer. 
The payout was also very seamless and quick.

I think the iterview timings can be more comfortable, due to work commitments not able to take much interviews

Due to time crunch many a times professionals aren't available to conduct the interviews. Incruiter has found a great solution to bridge this gap. and this not only benefiting the organisations to speed up the process but also seasoned professionals like us to earn extra with the industry knowledge.
This also helped me in understanding the business requirement and latest market traits better.
