I have lost many updates because IceWarp failed to save and have had to redo too many documents. The collaboration feature is troublesome again it does not update and when a shared folder is not used I have to search through emails to find the link, this is a waste of my time when I have to update documents monthly. **What problems is IceWarp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was using Spreadsheets as we use IceWarp as our email and office suite, and was having an issue printing only the chart from a spreadsheet ### 2. Icewarp was a definite winner on my shortlist by the number of features offered at a decent cost. Even though in my use scenario conferences and chat are not used, this could be a great feature for others. Icewarp is not only about mail server, it offers a comprehensive collaboration ecosystem with video conferences, team chat, cloud storage and some other perks. I personally like Documents webservice and cloud sharing features offered by icewarp 9n top of mail. Recent Epos release delivered a bunch of enhancements which I personally like a lot, like attachments tracking, modern webmail and modern look. Happy user for 3 years already! **What do you dislike about IceWarp?** I was missing some minor bits in previous release (deep castle), but IW Epos release has fixed them all. On premise initial setup could be a bit complicated, especially when it comes to MYSQL backend setup, but support team is very responsive and ready to help. **What problems is IceWarp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Modern webmail client for end users, MS activesync and mobile clients support, comprehensive antispam and antivirus protection ### 5. Some features (automated stat reporting) disappeared between versions 11 & 12. **Recommendations to others considering IceWarp:** User forums are useful for setup information and basic configuration. It definitely need a little bit of modernization done.
