Still seem to have problems with Documents saving properly. I have lost many updates because IceWarp failed to save and have had to redo too many documents. The collaboration feature is troublesome again it does not update and when a shared folder is not used I have to search through emails to find the link, this is a waste of my time when I have to update documents monthly. I have been looking at different options to run my private mail server with on premise setup so I could have a full control over data.

Icewarp was a definite winner on my shortlist by the number of features offered at a decent cost. Even though in my use scenario conferences and chat are not used, this could be a great feature for others.

Icewarp is not only about mail server, it offers a comprehensive collaboration ecosystem with video conferences, team chat, cloud storage and some other perks.

I personally like Documents webservice and cloud sharing features offered by icewarp 9n top of mail.

Recent Epos release delivered a bunch of enhancements which I personally like a lot, like attachments tracking, modern webmail and modern look.

I was missing some minor bits in previous release (deep castle), but IW Epos release has fixed them all.

A great collaboration system, simple to use and with a high security level. Conferences and document online editing are better than Microsoft and Google with a better price.
