I like IRONSCALES for several reasons. The Agentic AI SOC is really impressive because it offers automated remediation when a new email is reported, and 99% of alerts are automatically remediated, which is a huge time saver. Plus, the ease of integration stands out, as it's API-based and can be completed in just two clicks, which means we don't have to change the MX record. This fast integration is beneficial because customers can integrate and test the solutions during the demo call itself. As someone in a non-technical role, I've found Ironscales amazing. The platform is straightforward to navigate and the phishing simulations have been one of the most valuable features for me. They've helped me further understand what to look out for in suspicious emails and given me more confidence when reporting potential phishing attempts.

I appreciate the ease of deployment of IRONSCALES, especially thanks to its integration with Microsoft 365, which is done in a few clicks without requiring complicated settings. I would say that one of the problems is that it is necessary to have Microsoft 365 or Google for it to work. If you have a local system or pop or SMTP boxes, the solution is not compatible. I really like the centralized management feature of IRONSCALES, which makes it easier for us to manage email security across different partner tenants. The platform is genuinely easy to use on a daily basis. The AI threat detection is quite impressive as it works well in catching threats that other software we've used in the past have missed.
