Customer support is what it should be: Quick & Knowledgeable reps who are willing to go beyond the call of duty. I've never felt stranded and without any support. If I request a particular representative, my message is always routed to that individual as long as they are on duty or expected to be on -duty. I have not received affiliate commissions promised by Globalfood. Their first the excuse was that there was an "issue" inouf Paypal account, after providing multiple accounts, contacting Paypal (which denied there were such issues used as excuse) we were ghosted by GlobalFood account. Promised payments were never done. If you work with GlobalFood as a Partner, make sure to pay for their services and charge your clients, do not trust their affiliate program, you will loose your earned commissions. Unlike other food delivery platforms, there is a feature in GloriaFood, which is when we receive an order we can give the delivery time and customers can see it in real time. GloriaFood provides a button that we can place on any website and the button is nothing but works exactly like a website, so you can take orders from any website by just putting that button. The menu button which we can place on any website is opening another site on a mobile device. Also, there is no my account section for users to see their previous orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The easiest tool i've ever used, it took me less the 5 minutes to complete the setup wizard and get my restaurant menu.
