Today, the tool is clear and structured; I particularly appreciate the filter feature, which updates screen displays instantly. **What do you dislike about Ganacos?** Sometimes quite a few back-and-forths are needed to make screen changes, but the teams are available and responsive. **What problems is Ganacos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ganacos helps us run our S&OP process for private label by consolidating all data into one place. Every night, the platform aggregates delivery histories and master data from Simplicité, calculates the volumes to be prepared for the three delivery profiles, then enables forecasters to adjust, freeze or simulate the impact of a promotion or new store opening before sending the validated quantities to production. It also sends alerts of unusual deviations, tracks gross margin by item, and sends consolidated forecasts back to the ERP to trigger production. In short, Ganacos acts like a GPS: it transforms raw data into usable logistical decisions, reduces overstocking and secures product availability, while offering visual reporting to management.
