I also like the technolgical basis for the platform and how the website stays active. All documents were filed with state agencies in an expedited manner. The pricing is competitive, and the service and actively tracking the accounts are very helpful. **What do you dislike about Filejet?** I would like for Filejet to have a summary chart of applicable deadlines for states where an entity is registered. For example, a list of dates for corporate compliance. They might have this chart of deadlines; however, I have not been able to locate it. I also have not been served with service of process. I am slightly uneasy about using an upstart company for service of process when I have traditionally used legacy providers. **What problems is Filejet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Filejet has allowed a single interface for corporate related filings and information. I appreciate it is working on the Corporate Transparency Act and allows for organizational charts and additional applications. Filejet does seem to scale well for a small business and offers significant savings over the traditional entity management platforms. ### 2. I like the auto reminders to submit our annual reports and the option to use Filejet as a registered agent and to create new entities. The dashboard is great: at a glance, we know our compliance status and when annual reports are due. I love Filejet's incredibly responsive customer support - you can actually speak with real human beings that know their stuff so I don't have to submit a ticket for someone to get back to me at some unknown point in the future, maybe. Additionally, the organizational chart is useful and easy to use, inviting multiple users is better than sharing a single sign-on, and I like being able to upload all relevant documents so they are available in one place. Filejet is also very cost-effective. Hiring a registered agent to do what Filejet does would be way too expensive and far more than we need. **What do you dislike about Filejet?** That I didn't know about it sooner. Doing all of this manually is a pain, especially when we forget to file. **What problems is Filejet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being compliant with the state and county, not having to remember what to do, and filing annual reports late. ### 3. Before FileJet, I would miss annual reviews, miss payments to registered agent, etc. The product handles all of my entity and document management. Puts entities and entity maintenace on auto-pilot! **What do you dislike about Filejet?** No downsides but you pay extra for this white-glove service so have to be willing to pay for the exta service. **What problems is Filejet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Handling all of the admin tasks related to entity management. The product handles all of my entity and document management. Puts entities and entity maintenace on auto-pilot! I can easily see the 20+ entities I have, get access to EINs easily, store documents here and have the administrative work taken care of. ### 4. They have excellent customer services, unlike their competitors who can't be bother reply to customer emails. The implementaiton was seamless, even with regards to our foreign entites and the ease of use makes it a pleasyre. **What do you dislike about Filejet?** The only think I dislike is that Andy White, CEO, didn't launch the platform earlier in my CLO career! **What problems is Filejet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall entity management of numerous domestic and international subsidiaries. ### 5. They recently revamped their portal, and I like the changes. **What do you dislike about Filejet?** When service of process documents are uploaded, they are not always correctly categorized with the type of document that is uploaded (e.g., garnishment vs. another type of document), or always tagged to the correct entity (we have a large number of entities). **What problems is Filejet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Filejet helps us stay on top of entity annual renewals by listing all entities (and states in which each entity is registered), along with reminders of when renewals are due. Now everything is streamlined.
