Text marketing tools usually handle SMS only. But Emitto covered our Messenger and webpush campaigns too. This is a huge time saver, and feels more comfortable doing the entire campaign from 1 platform. The UI is simple, and campaigns are straightforward to set up. I especially liked the team workspace. I wish Whatsapp was available on the list platforms. Viber is there, but our audience is more used to Whatsapp, and we are missing out there. I also wish there was middle tier. Instead of calling and leaving a voicemail or e-mailing, you can easily type in messages and send them to the customers knowing they will see the message.
