It enjoys a quiet computer when you have a good backup service in the cloud. Everything stays there until there is no longer need it and that concerns about the status of files on hard drives. But needed strong and reliable services are made, rather than flexible. The most important thing is safety, comfort as we have in our PC in our home. ElephantDrive offers that and is something I'm really enjoying each file upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Usually when you do file backups usually want to be shared and is something that is also expected to ElephantDrive. But at this point unfortunately this platform does not offer the necessary flexibility. In other words, it is not what it should be collaborative. Actually, it is not easy share a file with some contact to do things in common. You have to put heart in this regard, one as big as an elephant to work together. I really liked using ElephantDrive for the security copy you can obtain with this application. ElephantDrive operates automatically, allowing you to back up files safely. On several occasions, I've found myself away from home needing to make changes to my documents, being the only one with access. Then ElephantDrive is at my fingertips to do what I need without problems. Even using my mobile, I've been able to access files I needed urgently, regardless of the distance. Unfortunately, the ElephantDrive interface is not entirely user-friendly for ordinary users. It actually takes some time to understand it to use all its functionality. I think it's something that needs improvement. It would help if there were a better startup process or even a tutorial when starting the application for the first time. This would facilitate knowledge of the service and its future benefits. I suggest such changes to make it a more user-friendly web application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ElephantDrive is an excellent choice when it comes to choosing a cloud backup service. Nowadays, having a backup of our data is very important, especially information that is sensitive and important for our job. ElephantDrive allows users to create backup copies of their files with a high degree of security by encrypting them. Its web interface is very intuitive and easy to use, which greatly helps the user, making it a friendlier platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like all things, there are positives and negatives. Among the negatives, I could say that with ElephantDrive, the server sometimes goes down, and therefore, you cannot use the service until the server is back up. This really bothers me because it is supposed to be a service available 24/7, and they should always be prepared to face and quickly resolve such contingencies. One of the things I like about ElephantDrive is its ease of use is very simple without any complications or cumbersome procedures and that is always a feature that benefits the user another thing I like about ElephantDrive is its price is not as expensive as other such services and last but not least is your service many times I've needed them either because he has a mishap or any questions I have responded quickly achieved quickly resolve any drawback that and I had Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I do not like about ElephantDrive is that its plans do not offer an unlimited choice as other services do. This is always a great and attractive feature because usually when you acquire this type of service, you start with small plans but then, over time and depending on one's needs, users typically look for bigger or unlimited plans, and ElephantDrive lacks this. Access and configure was very simple, its price is accessible. Its functions with excellent use, in terms of second executions, backups and its interface is of good quality. This software has been useful since the ability to view file versions is unlimited and enjoyable for both us and our users. You can edit and execute jobs with just one click, the support almost always has quick answers because they have experts in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I did not like about Elephantdrive is that I only have to open the most used applications but my computer is very slow. Sometimes we have several problems, because when a job goes wrong, the help desk does not seek a solution to our problem. We do not have a view to look at files or folders in particular, its interface can be confusing at some times, but when you have a good learning about this application, things become easy. Among the positive aspects that I like about ElephantDrive is that besides creating a backup of my files, I can synchronize them through many devices and share them with other users without any inconvenience. I can also make a backup for local storage, including network storage of devices and external units. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are cheaper alternatives to Elephant Drive, its download speed is somewhat slow and the experience from the desktop is somewhat frustrating Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ElephantDrive has a simple design to use. It has the ability to synchronize and save files, documents and presentations. It allows me to share files between the different members of the company. The best thing is that it provides up to 1000 GB of storage to synchronize from more than 100 devices. Also, it gives me great comfort not having to press a button every so often to synchronize, since this program does it automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have problems with the format options since they are limited with some services of the unit. I also considered that ElephantDrive should mention which security protocols it uses, since it mentions certain keys for encryption, but the name of the key is not displayed. I love how it synchronizes perfectly with all my devices and is accessible from anywhere. It also indicates how to use the software very easily, which helps me a lot because I am by no means an expert in technology. I feel safe knowing that my data is protected. The price is competitive and works at least as well as Dropbox for my incremental backups. I think he wins on the synchronization side. It just seems more reliable in that regard. I loved that they had a free trial so I could play with it and see what it was like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least I like is that ElephantDrive does not offer an unlimited plan, therefore, it would be advisable to add that plan because competitors offer unlimited backups. On the other hand, it shares files very well, but it is not designed for collaboration as much as other programs. However, this makes sense since ElephantDrive is more for the backup of all my files in the cloud than for anything else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
