**What do you like best about eduMe?**

Customizing and tailoring training modules for my team and other departments on eduMe is an enjoyable experience. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, eliminating the need for extensive training. Particularly for GenZ associates, completing their training on mobile phones is more common than traditional desktop methods and more interactive, making it a time-saving solution.

**What do you dislike about eduMe?**

So far, it's excellent; however, there should be an option to add videos or links and make it more immersive

**What problems is eduMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making L&D champions saves time and space when organizing course modules for large teams, also providing statistics to whine completed the courses and time taken to do the same and launching schedule for time slots

**What do you like best about eduMe?**

eduMe allows for training topics to be broken down into small, digestible chunks that can be viewed by learners on mobile devices wherever they are. This helps reach our geographically dispersed employee base to provide them with the quality training content they need to succeed.

**What do you dislike about eduMe?**

The least helpful thing about eduMe right now is the inability to organize the content easily on the eduMe dashboard in helpful ways.  We're not currently able to customize how courses can be organized based on our business needs, which makes it difficult to create "learner pathways" for our employees.  This is something they recognize as an opportunity for improvement.  eduMe has been incredibly open to customer feedback and finding customized solutions, so I expect we'll have a solution for this in the near future.

**What problems is eduMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eduMe is helping us scale our training curriculum and is allowing us to get necessary training out to the masses in ways that they're able to digest and learn.

**What do you like best about eduMe?**

Customer success teams are constantly providing insights and benchmarking KPI versus what should be an expected outcome of a healthy and efficient use of the solution. Te also provide support and inspiration on continuous improvement of training material (guides, AI generated courses, knowledge hubs).
Our comms team loves how easy it is to create and publish courses.
It has delivered outstanding results to explain what we couldn't achieve even with 1:1 calls
Out customers constantly provide us with feedback that completes the picture of how many concepts stick to them while learning with eduMe

**What do you dislike about eduMe?**

I wish all our organization could benefit more from the tool and replace old legacy solutions in a quicker way. Still many alternatives providing low interaction and difficulty to measure. 
Dashboards can still improve: a quick overview of 15 groups is missing, feedback is still hidden inside CSVs, and we find seeking for registers is still difficult.
The license moder we are using (to onboard) has a flaw which is that we are paying twoce for a license used on the 30th of january and the week after... which was tricky and doubled the price we had with the previous model. Interesting to consider a different approach (unlimited access for 15/30 days?)

**What problems is eduMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customization was a big bet, and edume has improved a lot in the last 20 months
Knowledge hubs came to solve the old  "manage your learning" providing a great experience
Integration with salesforce, braze, workday and other data platforms (looker, tableau) make the tool stonger than standing alone. 
Dashboards are attractive and still lack the power we need, so we had to develop our own tools.

**What do you like best about eduMe?**

The best part of EduMe is that it is straightforward to use and build content within. I also love that it can be linked with other internal tools our business operates to place the learning content for the best visibility.

**What do you dislike about eduMe?**

There is not much that I dislike about EduMe. I think the first that comes to mind is the need for emails to be entered if I wanted to link an EduMe course to an email I manually send out, though I understand the need from a reporting perspective.

**What problems is eduMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pain points our new providers experience, such as: creating their Soothe account, creating and completing their Stripe (payout account), and properly using our app to the best of their ability. All things I was able to create courses on to educate and empower our Providers

**What do you like best about eduMe?**

It's really smooth and easy to work with on a daily occurrence, it's reliable and if I've ever needed support, the eduMe team have been so quick and caring to assist me. 
It's constantly being improved, and our Customer Success Manager is great at updating us on new changes to utilise.

**What do you dislike about eduMe?**

The process for translating courses into different languages is a little manual currently however we were recently informed that this is due to change and improve!

**What problems is eduMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some of our typical users have resistance to completing time-consuming assessments, so we recently created new microlearning modules for one of our clients. This has made a transformative impact on their business already as the training in eduMe is so much better and quicker to complete than their previous system, and has had a far greater uptake.

The most trouble we encounter is from user side, which makes it difficult for them to sign in or register in Edume, usually im not having trouble as an admin but lots of users have said they encountered this issue

The platform's interface is user-friendly and intuitive. The ability to duplicate and modify courses on EduMe significantly reduces the time required for content creation and course management. Their support team is responsive and attentive.

The localization feature needs improvement. Currently, creating and modifying a multi-language course is impossible without contacting EduMe's support. I hope this changes in the near future.

EduMe helps us onboard and train thousands of contractors. It offers an easy-to-use content creation tool to build microlearning courses, quizzes, and surveys. - It is very easy to create new contents on the eduMe platform, and the UX/UI designs are very interactive and user-friendly so that anyone can learn to use the platform quickly
- eduMe provided a seamless onboarding training experience to the customers (no separate logins required) through the technical ability to integrate the two platforms
- Through eduMe, we surfaced a mobile-friendly educational content straight from our app to eduMe platform for all new customers

- It would be helpful to have more detailed/flexible ways to look into the data so that we can make even more informed decisions

**What do you like best about eduMe?**

EduMe is now a necessary step in our recruitment process, allowing our drivers to train in their own time, coming back to it when they need it, and at the same time allowing our drivers a seamless and smooth experience with accessing the content.

**What do you dislike about eduMe?**

It would be good to get more flexibility around the fonts available and creative limitations when creating the content, but the team is very open with concerns and always seem to address our concerns by putting them on the roadmap to be implemented.

They have allowed us to move our recruitment training to be accessed remotely, allowing drivers to learn and absorb it in their own time and come back to it when needed. This has freed up our teams time giving us the available resources to concentrate on other tasks

We like best the simplicity of the service. It is really easy to set up a course in EduMe and start with it. Also, the service is freeing up a lot of time which allows us to use our time to attend to other tasks, making our work more efficient.

I dislike that some of the features are not available to set up or edit directly from the EduMe page, such as the multi-language course. But, their team is super helpful and responsive if you need it set up.

eduMe allows the admins to navigate through the content like a slide deck allowing them to create the best and most effective learning modules and courses. In addition to that, the seamless dashboard allows the learners to enter the LMS without any login or password with just a touch of a button.

I think the team section of the platform could use some work. Particularly when creating a new team there is only one individual tier of bifurcation available which is sometimes not sufficient.

We have a very large warehouse workforce that is spread across the country. eduMe's mobile-based workforce learning solution allows us to administer functional training to the team remotely and effectively, which eventually translates into a reduction of delivery times, complaints and processing times.

I have been deeply impressed by the solution of the seamless links and how easy this has been to implement into our processes, likewise, the admin portal and reporting suite are thorough and very UX friendly.

**What do you dislike about eduMe?**

The levels of customisation and branding are currently quite low but by no means a blocker for our usage. It would be great to introduce additional colour schemes and graphic tweaks but the core set is solid.

eduMe will play a pivotal part in our user onboarding at scale and alleviate huge costs in the manual, person-to-person training as is our current delivery method.

I like the concise and easy-to-use UI to add features such as videos and photos, generate and rollout educational campaigns and courses through eduMe platform.

As an engineer, I would like to see improvement in the consolidation and categorization of groups and courses. The current references to ids are sometimes confusing (e.g. groupid, courseid)

It's really easy to create great and simple content for our heroes to view on any platform. With added videos recently which has been a gaemchanger.

There's not much I dislike with it, I'm not a power user of it so it works perfcetly for me.

There isn't anything I dislike, for what we use Edume it's perfect.

We are onboarding a big number of new partners every week and they need education about our platform. Edume made it simple and easy to give the same level of knowledge to all of our newly onboarded partners, so they can be confident when they start using our platform.
