Loren Data ECGrid has always been available and approachable. They have helped me through some major changes at my current employment. I can't thank them enough. If you are looking for a VAN replacement, I would highly recommend them. **What do you dislike about ECGrid?** I am not sure I have anything negative to say. So far they are a great comfort for our migration from Open Text. **What problems is ECGrid solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are in the process of migrating several direct customers and replacing our current VAN with Opentext. Issue ONE: Certificate Management. We had too many direct connections for a ONE person EDI team. I am not sure the word team should even be present when referring to one person, but I digress. Issue TWO: Missing Orders because of communication Outages. Their service will retry sending any documents to our system until we send them a good MDN. Also, the portal provides a way to resend documents to our system. The portal will be a great way for us to resolve any unreceived outgoing documents from our system as well. They have a great search method that will enable to us to investigate our own possible communication issues. (if any). ### 3. It is what EDI mailbox hosting should be, the ability to quicky send and receive EDI files and then translate them however you need with whatever platform you have. The Support and reliability of the system is top of the line and quick. I have recommended this platform to everyone I know that uses EDI over the years and have never heard of a complaint after they started using it. I have been working with EDI for over 20 years and can say that ECGrid is the best decision I ever made when it comes to EDI! **What do you dislike about ECGrid?** It is hard to find something wrong with the ECGrid platform, it does what it is supposed to do all the time. **What problems is ECGrid solving and how is that benefiting you?** EDI mailbox hosting and connecting to EDI trading partners easily and efficiently ### 4. The GUI interface is clear and understandable. There is help available on the screen and it is easy to understand. I like that you can download the instructions for later use. I also like that their support is very responsive. I got an answer right away. They fixed the issue and then sent me an email on how I can fix it next time my self; thus, helping me to work independantly. **What do you dislike about ECGrid?** I wish there was an editor on the guid interface so I could see the exact unprintable characters that are on the file, for example at the beginning and end of the document or also at the end of the lines. **What problems is ECGrid solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me to see what has been sent even if I cannot find it in my local software. Additionally, when we have problems with our local EDI software (not related to ECGrid), the mailbox search tools on ECGrid have been very helpful. **What do you dislike about ECGrid?** Searching for certain documents (e.g. 753) can take some work sometimes because certain data (e.g. PO) isn't searchable for some reason. **What problems is ECGrid solving and how is that benefiting you?** ECGrid provides a stable access to our EDI mailbox. We exchange information with many customers and the most important function of a VAN is to be reliable and available at all times. It has become our source of record for all EDI exchanges. ### 7. We've experienced solid, steady performance and a broad variety of connectivity options for a vast pool of trading partners. They're a joy to work with. **What problems is ECGrid solving and how is that benefiting you?** The vast majority of our business involves carbon copy setups, a scenario that some VANs handle better than others- ECGrid's solution is far and away the simplest, best option for us. ### 8.
