What I like most is how practical and approachable it is. It’s easy to use, doesn’t require a lot of onboarding, and has grown with our organization without pushing us into higher costs too quickly. We sync with Klaviyo for email thank you flows to new and returning donors - sometimes this mysteriously glitches, so we have to keep an eye on it, but that seems to be on the Klaviyo end.
