**What do you like best about Docubee?**

Docubee made contract creation easy, It is easy to implement in our daily work. We are using this frequently in our organization and it has very good number of features. Since it has a good ease of integration there was a less use of customer support and saves us a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

I wish the pricing was clearer and some of the advanced workflow options were a bit more flexible.

**What problems is Docubee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docubee has helped us eliminate manual document handling by automating contract creation, approvals, and eSignatures. It removes back-and-forth on email, reduces errors in templates, and gives us a clear view of where every document is in the process.

unable to save changes to forms that I make, need Administrator privledges to re-send a Document if not acted upon in a timely manner

printing paper copies, sign, email, fax and send back.  DB saves TIME and provides excellent convenience

It is simple to learn and integrats well with our case management software. The customer support has been great! It is easy to use and implement across platforms.

**What do you like best about Docubee?**

It's been really helpoful to sign documents, create draft documents with all fields mapped that can be signed again and again without much effort. And it also allows to build processes around these documents.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

I'd love to see automatic followups but I believe there is a way to do this when setting up a process.

It makes it easy to sign legally binding documents quickly.

**What do you like best about Docubee?**

The pricing is unbeatable compared to some competitors. Docubee is also integrated with our case management software which makes it easy to use. 

I also enjoy using the Workflows, which automates a lot of functions.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

I wish there was a contact book that could be saved into the system that can be accessed through multiple QuickSign processes. 

I also wish we could upload a document into QuickSign and type into the document via a text box. I understand that can be possible through a Workflow, but we just need something quick and simple.

**What problems is Docubee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The cost of sending per envelope is a lot lower for us, especially since we send out a lot of envelopes. The document generation is also useful because it cuts down on the time used to generate each document manually.

**What do you like best about Docubee?**

This is a great way to collect signatures or other data on forms quickly and efficiently. I sometimes need to process forms that require multiple signatures and 1 person might be on vacation. This allows me to get it done right away without having to wait around and get everyone together to get this done by pen and paper.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

It takes a bit to learn the features but pretty straight forward once you use it a few times. It proably would help if I took time to get online with one of the siminars that offer sometime, but by now I am pretty fluid with it anyway.

**What problems is Docubee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting paperwork done quicker and sometimes getting done jobs that wouldn't happen otherwise.

**What do you like best about Docubee?**

I am pleased with the work flow of Docubee. It is easy to send out and keep track of. I have been working with Joel my first year with them creating and perfecting my workflows. I am very happy with his knowledge. This is a program I use everyday.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

With any program there are things you would like to add or change. I would like it to be eaiser for me to create new workflows with out the help of their team.

**What problems is Docubee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me use less programs when onboarding new independent contractors. I did use Jotform to upload documents, Docusign for e signatures, and a special link for background checks. Now I am able to house everything in one place. Also I still have the ability to send out other e sign documents out side of their workflow. I also appriciate that I have it set up to send me email reminders as well.

**What do you like best about Docubee?**

The greatest upside to DocuBee is its user accessibility, not only for our clients but also for our less-than-tech-wise managers.
Integrating this platform into our selling took less than an hour of training and we now use this on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

I wish that we could combine new documents and existing forms so that we don't have to send two emails or completely re-fill our contract pages.

**What problems is Docubee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The greatest issue prior to DocuBee was having clients print, sign, and scan documents back to us in a timely manner. It slowed down our operations and often frustrated clients.
Now, it's as easy as a few taps and the contract is signed and back to us within the hour.

Price. Ease of use and integration with my other applications. Their implementation team and post-sale customer service goes above and beyond at every opportunity.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

It always take some effort to change eSignature software but Docubee made it as easy as I could imagine. I also wish it was FedRAMP certified.

Executing and managing our customer contracts utilizing verifiable eSignatures. It's simplicity for the user allows for faster turnaround and execution.

The biggest plus to DocuBee over our previous program, DocuSign is being abe to send documents as texts. That really helps for our clients that aren't that email-savvy.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

I don't like that I can't void a document if it hasn't been sent through the portal and that I can't send automatic reminders.

**What problems is Docubee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making it easier to get signed authorizations back from clients.

We have used Docubee for eSign for several years. It is a much easier UI than our previous service. Their document automation platform is just as well designed.

**What do you like best about Docubee?**

Docubee has helped streamline processes for our HR department. We've even been able to assist other departments with the help of Docubee. Creating custom workflows and sending documents have been made simple thanks to Docubee. We've used the system for a few years and it has truly been helpful for us, we will continue using for many years to come.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

It would be great if Docubee added more processes aside from workflows and document signing.

We are able to make most of our processes paperless thanks to Docubee.

**What do you like best about Docubee?**

It's about the same as OnTask which I like because switching to a whole new system and layout is always more difficult. I like that we can use the links on our website and not have to worry about the streamline of the process.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

Upon the switch many of our users were having trouble with our original links that were under OnTask. When they went to fill out documents and forms, the link would ask them to create a login. This didn't happen with OnTask but has happened since the switch to Docubee. As an administrator I'm able to solve the issue by reposting the links and restarting some of the forms however this can be tedious.

Quick signatures, systemized processes, workflows.

It says me a ton of time when logging reports. It also saved me time because it automatically sent out reminder emails when tasks wern't complete

Interesting Setup, some things were not easy to do in setup, like rename files, but customer service set it up.

**What do you like best about Docubee?**

There are several things I like, but overall I would have to pick Responsiveness.  Everyone I have engaged with at ONTASK has been very responsive and helpful.  Team members will work with you to find solutions and the company is open to feedback.  They regularly add templates and learning resources as well.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

It's not a matter of dislike, but I recommend investing in at least 1 or 2 internal staff to become 'experts'.  More complex workflows do require a degree of competence and knowledge.   Make use of support hours, resource videos and webinars and with some time it comes together.

**What problems is Docubee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining processes that require input/sign off by one or more parties.  We were managing these originally in hard copy format, then we tried to use e-mail - but Word and PDF documents were not providing us with the flexibility we needed, and we were manually tracking processes.

**What do you like best about Docubee?**

With OnTask, you have the ability to customize workflow processes around data gathering and form completion in a very easy and intuitive environment.  The ability to also have esign capabilities that are SOC2 and UETA compliant ensures that your audit trail is there.  We utilize this solution for several customer facing document workflows with very little interaction in helping our customers to complete the process.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

The only improvement which I believe may be on the roadmap is to give a little more granular rights controls to non-admin users for deleting submissions - today this requires administrative rights where it should be author or group based level IMHO.

**What problems is Docubee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this solution to enroll our existing and new customer base into new service programs within our organization such as signing up for Paperless Invoicing, gathering ACH payment information along with esignature acceptance, and various other services within our industry space.

The staff at OnTask are caring, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. The platform has tons of options and can be useful in a variety of ways.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

I think I'm still exploring all of the opportunities and ways to use the platform and want to make sure I'm using it to get the most bang for my buck. Maybe they could share more ways to use it or popular ways to use it.

It's been most helpful in covid vaccination and health screenings for a hybrid remote staff.

OnTask is super easy to use and user friendly!  the support has been amazing.

**What do you dislike about Docubee?**

The reports are not as manipulative as i wished they were.

We have several HR clients that we are helping through COVID.  Specifically we are managing the COVID vaccination cards and exemption requests - all through OnTask.

I like the ability to create workflows easily and integrate that into my document processes - signatures, storage, etc.

It takes a bit of training to get used to how to design workflows.  But, they are constantly improving that.

Hiring documentation.  Volunteer signature documentation. COVID documentation. Automation of manual processes.
