I was given help with other tools to remove the last page. But it was working fine when I was again downloaded from my dashboard. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed to sign some documents by the first party was about 300 KM away from the location. If DigiSigner is not available then I need to download first then print and sign then scan. which is very time-consuming and costly. I got then DigiSigner and got my solution within 5 mins. ### 2. It has sequential signing, templates, adding text and signatures is really easy and intuitive. It shows me the status of who has signed and who hasn't. It has an available date/time stamp with the signature like Dotloop has. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** The checkmark is difficult to place accurately, and this is an issue I'm told they're working on. I can't correct a document after it's been sent for signature, like in DocuSign. I must void it and start over. It also only has one customizable message that goes to all signers, rather than custom messages for each signer, like DocuSign has. Also, it would be nice if the audit trail was downloadable. As it stands, I sometimes need to screenshot it, convert to PDF, combine with the document in another app. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are working on the placement of the checkbox fields. I hope they will also consider allowing correction of all aspects of the signing envelope: document fields, signatories, messages after it's been sent but not signed yet. The ability to have a template that I can easily update and send out has been a huge time saver. And I love that I can easily see what clients have submitted forms or are still waiting on signatures, all from the dashboard. I use it once a year for a flurry of documents and then occasionally through the year to update, and my policies are all there ready to be updated. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** No major downsides that I can think of, just balancing the need for this service with the fee. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used to have to print out contracts, send them home with clients, and then bug them over and over to return the signature page to me. It makes having documents electronically signed so much easier, and with a lot less steps. DocuSign and the others are okay, but in my opinion you have to go through too many steps. I don't have to do that with DigiSigner. It's like Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 -- DONE. With the others? Step 1, Step 2a, Step 2b, Step 2c, Step 3a, Step 3b, do this before you get to Step 4, then you're done. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** There actually aren't any downsides when it comes to DigiSigner. It's my go to for digital signatures. Just keep up the great work. It's simple and not complicated. When running a business, a lot of time can't be wasted. I do have DocuSign and a few others if they're requested. I have been using this platform for about 2 years and so far I have received 0 complaints from any customers of clients. You couple those facts with its affordable price tag, I can't see a reason why not to use the service. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** Once you upload a template and you edit it on the platform, those edits cannot be removed. The simple work around is, before you edit the templete, by adding customers information for example, you simply duplicate the templete, then edit one of the copies and have the un-touched template saved for future use. It would be extremely helpful if we would be able to remove those changes that were made on the platform, but again, for the price point and given all of the other upside, it's more of a suggestion than it is a complaint. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** I own a company that opperates coast to coast. I do all of this from my offices in Illinois and Utah, I do not have to travel, or mail documents for a signature. So far, all of the companies and firms that we have sent our signed documents to have accepted these documents with no issues. It allows us to grow, with out over commiting. ### 8. We switched from a competitor 4 years ago and DigiSigner's API has been rock-solid and their service has led to substantial cost savings. That means I'm happy because there's no unreliability, and the client is happy. DigiSigner was very easy to integrate into our web app and customer support on the 2 occasions we've needed to contact them was top notch. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** My least favourite parts of DigiSigner are the web UI, which is dated, and that they track every view of the signed PDF. Sometimes I as an administrator need to view the document but don't need to have my view recorded because I'm not a party to it. Overall though I'd rather they tracked every view than too few. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use DigiSigner for legally binding signatures, integrated into our web app. Our use of DigiSigner is transparent to the end-user, which is excellent. ### 9. I find the interface exceptionally user-friendly and easy to follow. The starter plan is very generous and convenient. It was tricky to figure out how to change the outbound default message. Beneficial because while the process of getting a document setup is easy, Digisigner keeps you informed of the progress of it at every stage and also, sends over a finalized copy at the end of the exercise. I use it to sign documents for work, for my own consultancy, and for social organizations to which I belong. What sets DigiSigner apart is that it isn't just for document signing. It is possible to add text, dates, and more as well. Additionally, DigiSigner allows users to send documents to others for signature. It sends an email when the item is signed so recordkeeping is easy too. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** The only down side is that the free version allows a minimum number of signatures per month. I don't need to use this type of service for my job except for about two times per year and don't want to pay for an expensive service if I am not using it. This worked so well sending forms to clients to sign. I was able to upload the form and make it a template and then it is ready to use. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** I really didn't see any downsides. The service was easy for me and for my clients to use. The form looks professional, Digisigner notifies you when it is complete. I did have one form expire before the client coud sign it, but that was my fault because I had adjusted the time on the form. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** The clients were having a difficult time signing the PDF form that I sent them because they don't have programs to do that. This eliminated that problem and made the process so easy. Best thing was that for someone like me that only uses this twice a year, the program was FREE! I like the simplicity where I can quickly upload my contract and send it to my client within a couple of minutes for them to sign. The best part is DigiSigner takes care of everything from sending the initial email to my client to sending reminders right into their inbox. Once the contract is signed there is also a possibility for the client to donwload the PDF file so I don't have to worry about sending it myself. It's not always clear what feature is part of the upgraded package. The online Guide is sketchy, and difficult to locate what I need help on. Most disappointing is the lengthy response time to emails to support. I still haven't received a couple of responses sent a week or so ago. Along with when I'm editing the document to add signatures lines or options like "required". I also like the ability to quickly change the assigned assigner or the email or name of the signer in case I want to use the template for someone elsr or switch who's signing it. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** After uploading a document as the account holder, When I'm adding a text box from the edit view (not when signing) the text box input on the right of the page is extremely small it cannot be widened. So when I have to put in a lot of text I cannot at all navigate to the lines or sections that I want to edit or create paragraph breaks. It's extremely tiny. 2) I also notice if the text box is too big or wide, after you save and exit, the text box auto adjusts its size to be BIGGER. So the text actually gets cut off of the PDF after I download it. Hard to explain but I replicated it multiple times. Any text box with a large amount of text, even if I keep it within the boundaries of the page, after I save an exit it goes past the boundary of the page when I download it as a PDF and view it. So basically my issue is just with the text box input window and the text box Behavior itself on the document **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allowing me to send a document to someone without having to explain everywhere to sign and worry about the missing spots. The only problem I find is that the audit log of signatures is appended to the document when I download it. The information there can be confusing to the people we send these signed documents to. This is my only criticism. It allows adding text, checkboxes, initials, and signatures without hassle. Just a simple drag and drop experience. The "multiple signer's" function is also easy to work with and has ordering functions. As a nice final note, the audit trail is clear and you can't edit documents afterwards without breaking the internal security signatures. **What do you dislike about DigiSigner?** After making text changes to documents, I can't edit the changes; this is particularly frustrating, considering I must again upload to make modifications. Having to upload a document again will cost a single upload in my payment plan (or even in the free payment plan, which only provides three uploads). **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to avoid having to be in person when signing documents. I have many clients who only speak Spanish and it has not been helpful to them and has created more work for me. I am not sure if anything is being done. Right now I have to translate some of the messages myself. I would love to have the ability to pick in which language the email should be sent. **What problems is DigiSigner solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have clients who live far away and having to wait to mail them documents and wait for them to return those documents takes too long.
